Instandhaltung
Das Elektronikmodul ist wartungsfrei. Bei einer Reparatur
müssen Sie das Elektronikmodul an folgende Adresse

Hinweis
Das Elektronikmodul mit der Gerätekategorie 2G dürfen
Sie im explosionsgefährdeten Bereich der Zone 1
einsetzen.
An die Eingänge des Elektronikmoduls dürfen Sie Geber/
HART-Feldgeräte der Gerätekategorie 1G, 2G und 3G für
die Zone 0, 1, und 2 sowie Gerätekategorie 1D, 2D und
3D für die Zone 20, 21 und 22 anschließen.
Montieren
Gefahr
Unter Umständen entstehen bei Montage-Arbeiten
zündfähige Funken oder unzulässige
Oberflächentemperaturen. Montage nie unter
Explosionsbedingungen durchführen!

Beachten Sie beim Montieren die Installations- und
Errichtungsvorschriften nach EN 60 079-14.
Das Elektronikmodul muss in Zone 1 in ein Gehäuse mit
Schutzart Ex e montiert werden.
Das Elektronikmodul muss in Zone 2 in ein Gehäuse mit
mindestens Schutzart IP 54 montiert werden
(Herstellererklärung für Zone 2 muss vorliegen).

Verdrahten des Terminalmoduls TM-IM/EM, TM-EM/EM
Beachten Sie beim Verlegen der Kabel und beim
Verdrahten die Installations- und Errichtungsvorschriften
nach EN 60 079-14 sowie landesspezifische Vorschriften.
Bei der Verdrahtung müssen Sie auf strikte Trennung von
eigensicheren und nicht eigensicheren Leitungen achten.
Sie sind in getrennten Kabelkanälen zu führen.
Die eigensicheren Stromkreise des Elektronikmoduls sind
untereinander und von Erde getrennt zu verlegen.
Beachten Sie die Installations- und Errichtungsvorschriften
nach EN 60 079-14.
An das Terminalmodul dürfen Geber/ HART-Felgeräte aus
Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2 sowie Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22
und dem sicheren Bereich angeschlossen werden. Die
Anschlussbelegungen des Elektronikmoduls finden Sie im
Handbuch Dezentrales Peripheriegerät ET 200iSP.
Die sicherheitstechnischen Daten (Maximalwerte) der
Geber/ HART-Feldgeräte müssen an die entsprechenden
Maximalwerte des Elektronikmoduls angepasst sein. Die
Maximalwerte der Geber/ Aktoren finden Sie in den
zugehörigen Ex-Bescheinigungen. Nach EN 60 079-14 gilt:
U0≤Ui; I0≤Ii; P0≤Pi; C0≥Ci+ CLeitung; L0≥Li + LLeitung
Wenn Sie bis zu 4 Geber an das Elektronikmodul
anschließen, dann müssen Sie die Minus-Messanschlüsse
der Geber untereinander oder jeweils mit PA durch
Leiungen verbinden. Die Leitungen müssen derart
ausgeführt sein, dass sie nicht störanfälig gegen
Unterbrechung sind.
Wenn Sie bis zu 2 Geber am Kanal 0 und Kanal 2 (Kanal 1
und 3 unbeschaltet) anschließen, dann sind keine weiteren
Maßnahmen notwendig.

Bestücken
Überprüfen Sie das Elektronikmodul auf Beschädigungen!
Sie dürfen nur unbeschädigte Elektronikmodule auf das
Terminalmodul stecken.
Beim erstmaligen Stecken eines Elektronikmoduls rastet
das Kodierelement auf dem Terminalmodul ein. Dadurch
wird das Stecken eines falschen Moduls verhindert. Diese
mechanische Kodierung darf nicht verändert werden.
In Zone 1 und Zone 2 ist das Ziehen und Stecken des
Elektronikmoduls im laufenden Betrieb erlaubt. Das
Gehäuse (Ex e / IP 54) in der sich die ET 200iSP befindet,
darf dabei nur kurzzeitig geöffnet werden (siehe Handbuch
ET 200iSP).
Bei der Konfigurierung der ET 200iSP müssen Sie die
zulässige Anzahl der Elektronikmodule beachten (siehe
Handbuch ET 200iSP, Kapitel 3.6).
Inbetriebnahme
Bei der Inbetriebnahme müssen die nationalen
Vorschriften beachtet werden.
Bei Funktionskontrollen müssen Sie die Richtlinien nach
EN 60 079-17 beachten. In dieser Norm sind die
Verordnungen der internationalen Norm nach
IEC 60 079-17 enthalten.

This submodule is used to measure currents with HART
field devices (4-wire measuring transducers); HART
Communications.

TM-E30S44-iS/ TM-E30C44-iS terminal submodule.

The electronic submodule with device category 2G may
be used in zone 1 hazardous areas.
Sensors with device categories 1G, 2G and 3G for zones
0, 1, and 2 as well as device categories 1D, 2D and 3D for
zones 20, 21 and 22 may be connected to the inputs of
the electronic submodule.
Installation
Danger
It is possible that sparks or impermissibly high surface
temperatures may occur during the installation. Never
perform an installation under explosive conditions!

In making the installation, observe the EN 60 079-14
regulations.
The electronic submodule must be mounted in Zone 1 in
an enclosure with the Ex e degree of protection.
In Zone 2, the electronic submodule must be mounted in
an enclosure with at least an IP 54 degree of safety (must
have manufacturer's declaration for Zone 2).
Wiring the TM-IM/EM, TM-EM/EM terminal submodule
When laying the cable and connecting the submodule,
observe the regulations in EN 60 079-14 plus any
applicable national regulations.

In wiring the submodule, you must strictly separate the
intrinsically safe lines from the non-intrinsically safe. They
must be laid in separate cable ducts.
Each of the intrinsically safe circuits in the electronic
submodule are to be laid separately and should not be laid
together with the ground wires. Observe the regulations in
EN 60 079-14.
Sensors from Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2 as well as Zone 20,
Zone 21, Zone 22 and the secured area may be connected
to the terminal submodule. The electronic submodule’s
terminal assignment can be found in the ET 200iSP
Distributed I/O manual.
The safety data (maximum values) for the sensor/actuator
must be adjusted to the electronic submodule's
corresponding maximum values. The maximum values of
the sensor/actuator can be found in the associated ex
certificate. In accordance with EN 60 079-14, the following
are valid:
U0≤Ui; I0≤Ii; P0≤Pi; C0≥Ci+ CLine; L0≥Li + LLine
If you connect up to 4 sensors on the electronic
submodule, then the negative measurement connections
must be connected to each other or, using equipotential
bonding, each one with a line. The lines must be laid out in
such a manner so they are not susceptible to interruptions.
If you connect up to 2 sensors on channel 0 and channel 2
(channels 1 and 3 are not switched), then no other further
measures are necessary.

Assembly
Check that the electronic submodule is not damaged.
Only connect undamaged electronic submodules to the
TM-E terminal module.
The first time that an electronic submodule is inserted, the
coding elements on the terminal submodule will snap in
which prevents the insertion of the incorrect submodule.
This mechanical coding may not be changed.
In Zone 1 and Zone 2, the electronic submodules may be
inserted and removed during operation. The enclosure
(Ex e / IP 54) in which the ET 200iSP is found may only be
opened briefly for this purpose (see the ET 200iSP
manual).
In configuring the ET 200iSP, you must consider the
permissible number of electronic submodules (see the
ET 200iSP manual, chapter 3.6).
Commissioning
The relevant national regulations must be observed when
commissioning the system.
When checking the functionality of the equipment, observe
the EN 60 079-17 guidelines. This standard includes the
regulations found in the international standard
IEC 60 079-17.
