The SMCWTVG integrates the function of a wireless gateway
and a VoIP ATA into a compact device. The SMCWTVG is a
high speed broadband router that is capable of delivering
internet access to several users via the NAT function. The
wireless feature can be used in two different operating
modes. It can function as an 802.11b/g access point providing
service to wireless clients and as a wireless client itself for
PC connections to other Wi-Fi networks. All these features
combined make this the perfect accessory for any corporate
or business traveler.
Integrated wireless ensures this device can provide wireless
mobility for each user connecting to the SMCWTVG.
Advanced WPA2 and WEP encryption protects a users privacy
when using public hotspot networks or in a hotel environment.
In addition to encryption, the SMCWTVG supports MAC
address filtering and disable SSID broadcast.
For VoIP users the SMCWTVG provides the option to connect
an analog phone into the FXS interface for lower cost
telephone calls. Combined with either a VoIP service, or VoIP
access to your corporate LAN, users can now make voice
calls over the internet. And, with the Built-in FXO port users
have the ability to place or receive calls via the traditional
phone provider without difficulties.

VoIP technology provides users the capability of voice

Wireless Access point mode is used for providing wire-
less client access, and client mode allows the SMCWTVG
to connect to another wireless access point within range.

SMCWTVG with just a few easy clicks.
Gateway features like Network address translation (NAT),
SPI firewall and VPN pass-through provide the capability
of constructing secure networks.
Advanced WPA2 and WEP encryptions will ensure the
users privacy while using the wireless functionality of the
SMCWTVG.
