You are now part of a group of health conscious people who understand how important light is to
living your best life.
Your new Solas Helios Pulse will help you by emitting safe and effective red and near infrared
(invisible) light. These spectrums have been proven by science to be the most effective. The Helios
Pulse also emits pulsed electro-magnetic fields also shown to help aid cell health and soft tissue
injuries.
Before you go shinning your new light, please read this manual and understand proper use and
safety.
Please note this devices emits flashing light that may cause those with epilepsy to have a
reaction. Please take note to speak with your doctor if you have this condition and refrain
from using this device.

After your Solas Helios Pulse is fully
charged, long press the power button
to start the treatment as shown in Figure
B. You can use the Helios Pulse on any
body part.
1. Position your Helios Pulse around the area of
pain, like shown in Figure B.
2. Use the included strap and attach the strap
through the loops on each end of the Helios. The
strap has hook and loop (Velcro) to self adhere
and stick to the strap or the Helios pad.
3. You can adjust the tightness of the strap by
pulling it tight around the area of pain (ie knee) and securing it with the Velco attachment.
4. Please long press the power button and the internal timer of 20 minutes will start the
treatment. The device will indicate a blue light when it is currently on.

area per session.
