Easy Sun io
6.2 Fixing the wall bracket
Affix the Easy Sun io bracket to the wall at a height that allows the display to be read easily.
Drill two holes (5/6 mm in diameter) one above the other-
and approximately 37 mm apart.
Mount the wall bracket using the screws supplied.-
Insert the cover mounting brackets in their notches, with-
the magnetic pad at the bottom, and press until you hear
a click to affix the cover on the bracket.
Place the- Easy Sun io on its mounting bracket.

7. TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
7.1 Questions about the Easy Sun io?
Observations Possible causes Solutions
One of the applications of
the selected group is not
activated when a button (
/ / ) is pressed on
the Easy Sun io.
The motor or receiver is not part of
the group.
Add the motor or receiver to the
group, see the section "Group
editing".
The motor or receiver is in local mode. See alert no. 1.
The motor is in heat protection mode. See alert no. 4.
The motor or receiver is paired to
a wind sensor and the wind speed
exceeds the set sensitivity threshold:
the " " symbols are displayed on
the Easy Sun io screen.
Wait for the wind to drop (the
symbols disappear) and
press the Easy Sun io button
again.
None of the applications
of the selected group is
activated when a button (
/ / ) is pressed on
the Easy Sun io.
No motors or receivers are in the
group.
Add motors or receivers to the
group, see the section "Group
editing".
External radio equipment is interfering
with the radio reception (e.g. Hi-Fi
radio headphones).
Turn off all radio equipment
nearby.
See alert no. 2.
The Easy Sun io is in automatic
mode.
Remove the Easy Sun io from
its bracket to switch to manual
mode.
An application stops while
moving.
The application has encountered an
obstacle. See alert no. 3.
Another control point is sending an
order to the motor or receiver. See alert no. 7.
The sun protection
applications ("Sun" group)
do not activate.
The Easy Sun io Sun function is
deactivated, and the applications
linked to the "Sun" group no longer
react automatically to variations in the
level of sunlight.
Activate the Sun function,
see the section "Operation in
automatic mode".
The motors or receivers are paired
with a wind sensor and the wind
speed exceeds the set sensitivity
threshold: the symbols are
displayed on the Easy Sun io.
Wait for the wind to drop. Refer
to the wind sensor's operating
guide.
The sunlight sensitivity threshold is
incorrectly set.
Readjust the threshold, see the
section "Adjusting the sunlight
sensitivity threshold".
The Sensor box io is disconnected.
Check that the Sensor Box
io is properly connected, and
reconnect it if necessary.
The sun sensor is not operating. See alert no. 12.
