Model 72
Place pump flange over the motor.
Align the four flange holes with the
four motor holes. -SEE FIGURE 1
Install four bolts and washers into the
four holes of the pump flange. -SEE
FIGURE 2
Using a drill, tighten bolts in an ‘X’
pattern. Use a ratchet and check the
bolts to ensure tightness.-SEE FIGURE

Place two small drops of loctite,
one on each side, on the motor
shaft threads. –SEE FIGURE 5
Spin the impeller onto the motor
shaft in a clockwise direction until
you feel the two sides of the seal
make contact. –SEE FIGURE 6
Install the diffuser by aligning the
pins at the base of the diffuser with
the corresponding holes in the seal
housing. Snap into place. –SEE
FIGURE 7

Install the diffuser and casing o-
ring back into place. - SEE

Place the casing assembly over
top of the diffuser. - SEE FIGURE

Place screws through the outside holes
on the pump flange. Tighten screws in
an X pattern. - SEE FIGURE 10

Last, install two Legos behind
