Ventildemontage Druckseite Dismantling Valves on the Discharge Side
Stopfen herausdrehen. (Bild 1) Screw out plugs (photo 1).

bzieher (Fa. Hoffmann 882600 Gr. 2) in den Ventilsitz
stecken, durch drehen aufspreizen. (Bild 5)
Remove the valve plate (photo 4).
Put the extractor tool (Messrs Hoffmann 882600 size 2)
on to the valve seat and turn to lock (photo 5).

Pull out the valve seat (photo 6).
Take the O-ring off the valve seat (photo 7).

Place the O-ring in the groove of the valve seat (photo 8)
Insert the valve seat so that the polished bright side
(sealing surface) faces up (photo 9).
Press in the valve seat using a Ø21 plastic rod (photo
10).

fen bis es in den Absatz des Ventilgehäuses einrastet.

Using a plastic rod, tap the spring tension cap until it sits
in its recess in the valve casing (photo 14).
Stopfen wieder hereindrehen. Anzugsmoment 70 Nm
(Bild 15) Screw back the plugs and tighten to 70 Nm (photo 15).

Dachmanschette einlegen, durch das Gewinde senk-
recht, dann kippen, Nut nach oben. (Bild 31)

Press down the pressure ring with a plastic rod (photo

Put the V-sleeve in vertically, then turn into position mak-
ing sure the groove faces up (photo 31).

Screw in the plugs and tighten to 70 Nm (photo 47).

Montageanleitungehäuse Fixing and Removing the
Valve Casing
Ventilgehäuse Demontage Taking off the valve casing
Pumpe einspannen, Ventilgehäuse Verschraubung lö-
sen. (Bild 1) Clamp the pump and screw off the valve casing fixing nuts (photo 1).

Ventilgehäuse mit Kunststoffhammer gerade nach vorne
entfernen. (Bild 2)
Zwischengehäuse mit dem Schraubendreher anheben.

Using a plastic hammer, knock off the valve casing
straight to the front (photo 2).
Lever up the intermediate casing using a screwdrive

Manschette und Stützring herausnehmen. (Bild 5) Remove the intermediate casing (photo 4). Take out the
sleeve and support ring (photo 5).

Verschmutzung auf dem Plungerrohr mit Schmiergellei-
nen (Körnung 4000) entfernen. (Bild 6 und Bild 7) Remove dirt from the plunger pipes using fine polishing paper (grain size 4000) (photo 6 & 7).

Ventilgehäuse Montage Mounting the Valve Casing
Nutring und Stützring in das Zwischengehäuse eindrü-
cken. (Bild 8)
O-Ring in das Zwischengehäuse einlegen. O-Ring mit Si-
likonfett benetzen. (Bild 9)
Zwischengehäuse einlegen. (Bild 10)
Press the grooved ring and support ring into the interme-
diate casing (photo 8).
Silicon grease the O-ring and push it into the intermedi-
ate casing (photo 9).
Place the intermediate casing on to the drive (photo 10).

Zwei Plunger auf gleiche Höhe stellen. (Bild 11)
Ventilgehäuse aufsetzen, auf den richtigen Sitz der Zent-
rierhülsen achten. (Bild 12 und Bild 13)
Position two plungers at the same height (photo 11).
Mount the valve casing straight on. Make sure the fixing
screws are correctly aligned (photo 12 & 13).

Ventilgehäuse vorsichtig gerade auf den Antrieb drü-
cken, evtl. leicht mit Kunststoffhammer aufklopfen.

Ventilgehäuse verschrauben. Anzugsmoment: 80 Nm
(Bild 15).
Carefully press the valve casing evenly on to the drive -
using a plastic hammer if necessary (photo 14).
Screw on the valve casing and tighten at 80 Nm (photo
15).
