Usage prévu
Les présents outils à main sont en place pour fournir un excellent
sertissage des connecteurs PV de Stäubli. Les sertissages
doivent être effectués uniquement sur des câbles hors tension.
L’outil à main N’EST PAS adapté à un travail sous tension
(CEI60900).
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables. Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables.
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900).

Desserrer les trois vis à six pans creux Aavec la clé Allen fournie.
Desserrer la butée longitudinale Bavec un tournevis de taille 3.

Unscrew the three hexagonal socket screws Awith the Allen key.
Loosen the length gauge stop Bwith a size 3 screwdriver.

Comprimer entièrement les branches de
la pince. Le porte-couteaux Cs’ouvre et
les couteaux peuvent sortir. Remplacer
toujours le bloc de couteaux complet
(les quatre couteaux).

together. This opens the blade holder
Cso that the blades can be removed.
Always replace the complete blade set
(all four blades).

Dénuder Stripping

Régler la butée longitudinale à la lon-
gueur à dénuder souhaitée.

Set the length gauge to the desired
stripping length.
(ill. 7)
Placer le câble dans la zone de section correspondante. Le câble
doit être en appui contre la butée longitudinale.

Insert the cable in the appropriate cross-section range. Push the
cable against the length gauge stop.

Comprimer entièrement les branches de la pince.
(ill. 8)
Press the handles of the pliers fully together.
(ill. 9)
Ouvrir la pince et retirer le câble dénudé.
(ill. 9)
Open the PV-AZM-... and remove the stripped cable.

Engager les nouveaux couteaux sur les
ergots d’arrêt Ddu porte-couteaux C.
Le côté poli du couteau doit être tourné
vers le porte-couteaux C. Remettre en-
suite la pince à dénuder dans la position
de départ et resserrer les vis à six pans
creux ainsi que la butée longitudinale.

Fit the new blades on the locating pins
Dof the blade holder C. The ground
side of the blade must face towards the
blade holder C. Then return the strip-
ping pliers to their original position and
tighten the hexagonal socket screws
and the length gauge stop.
