Η σημασία των οδηγιών συναρμολόγησης
Η ΜΗ τήρηση των οδηγιών συναρμολόγησης και ασφάλειας
μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε απειλητικούς για τη ζωή τραυματισμούς
λόγω ηλεκτροπληξίας, ηλεκτρικών τόξων, πυρκαγιάς ή βλάβης
του συστήματος.
•Ακολουθήστε πιστά όλες τις οδηγίες συναρμολόγησης.
Χρησιμοποιείστε το προϊόν μόνο σύμφωνα με το εγχειρίδιο οδη-
γιών και τα τεχνικά στοιχεία.

Προτεινόμενη χρήση
Τα συγκεκριμένα εργαλεία χειρός είναι κατάλληλα να προ-
σφέρουν κορυφαίο πρεσάρισμα για τους συνδετήρες Φ/Β με
καλώδια της Staubli.
Τα εργαλεία χειρός ΔΕΝ είναι κατάλληλα για εργασία με ρεύμα
(IEC 60900)
Intended use
The present hand tools are in place to deliver crimp excellence
for Stäubli PV connectors with cables. Crimpings shall be carried
out only in de-energized state of the cables.
The hand tool is NOT suitable for Live working (IEC 60900).

Ξεβιδώστε τις τρεις εξαγωνικές βίδες Αμε το κλειδί Άλεν.
Χαλαρώστε τη μαύρη βίδα Βμ’ ένα κατσαβίδι μεγέθους 3.

Unscrew the three hexagonal socket screws Awith the Allen key.
Loosen the length gauge stop Bwith a size 3 screwdriver.

Πατήστε τα χερούλια της πρέσας
μαζί. Αυτό θα ανοίξει την υποδοχή που
συγκρατεί τις σιαγώνες Cγια να μπο-
ρέστε να τις βγάλετε. Πάντα πρέπει να
αλλάζεται όλο το σετ σιαγώνων (και τις
τέσσερις).

Press the handles of the pliers fully
together. This opens the blade holder
Cso that the blades can be removed.
Always replace the complete blade set
(all four blades).

Πρεσάρισμα Stripping

Τοποθετείστε την μαύρη βίδα στο επι-
θυμητό μήκος πρεσαρίσματος.

Set the length gauge to the desired
stripping length.

Εισάγεται το καλώδιο στην κατάλληλη θέση διατομής. Βεβαιωθεί-
τε ότι το καλώδιο βρίσκεται έναντι της μαύρης βίδας.

Insert the cable in the appropriate cross-section range. Push the
cable against the length gauge stop.

Πατήστε τα χερούλια της πρέσας μεταξύ τους μέχρι το τέλος.

Press the handles of the pliers fully together.

Επιστρέψτε την πρέσα στην αρχική της θέση και βγάλτε το απο-
γυμνωμένο καλώδιο.

Open the PV-AZM-... and remove the stripped cable.

Προσαρμόστε τις καινούργιες σιαγώνες
στους πείρους Dτου τμήματος που
συγκρατεί τις σιαγώνες C. Η βάση της
σιαγώνας θα πρέπει να κοιτάει προς την
πλευρά που συγκρατεί τις σιαγώνες C.
Κατόπιν γυρίστε την πρέσα στην αρχική
της θέση και σφίξτε με το εξαγωνικό
κατσαβίδι τις υποδοχές και την μαύρη
βίδα.

Fit the new blades on the locating pins
Dof the blade holder C. The ground
side of the blade must face towards the
blade holder C. Then return the strip-
ping pliers to their original position and
tighten the hexagonal socket screws
and the length gauge stop.
