Swivel and Stool Base Chair -
Attaching the Chair Control to
the Base
1. Push pneumatic cylinder --- into
foot ring --- and tighten by turning
entire foot ring. Push foot ring/cylinder
assembly into base --- . Place tapered
hole of chair control --- onto cylinder
and press down.
2. Reattach back support and seat
if necessary (see page 4 and 5).

over cylinder and press into base.

onto column and press down.

- Attaching the Seat to the
Back Upright
1. Align seat brackets on upright into pockets
on seat.
2. Insert two (2) screws per bracket.
3. Tighten until bracket is flush to seat shell.
Repeat other side. DO NOT STRIP SCREW.

1. Insert bearings both sides as shown then align
lower lugs with holes.
2. Insert long threaded stud thru until flush. Start
shoulder screw.
3. Holding stud flush, tighten screw until seated.
4. Attach front seat pivot (see page 6).

1. Align front pivots of seat to pivot on chair control.
2. Insert shoulder screw through bearing and into
seat insert.
3. Tighten screw. Repeat other side.

All Chairs (excluding armless) -
Attaching the Arms
1. Align arm in bracket area, with arm in vertical
position aligning detent on arm and the slot in the
bracket area.
2. Slide the friction sleeve on the hex fastener.
Holding arm in place, insert threaded insert and align
hex.
3. Install shoulder screw, hold insert to keep hex
engaged.
4. Tighten screw until seated and flush.

1. Align bosses on back with holes in back uprights.
2. Insert screws through cover plate, upright and into back.
3. Tighten screw until flush. DO NOT STRIP SCREW.

Leg Base Chairs -
Attaching the Uprights
1. Insert bearings into lower pivot hole and align with
base.
2. Put threaded insert through base and bearings.
Start shoulder screw.
3. Hold threaded insert and tighten screw until fully
seated.

1. Insert brackets into seat shell pockets.
2. Align and start screws through bracket and into seat shell.
3. Tighten screws until flush and fully seated. Repeat other side.
DO NOT STRIP SCREW.
4. Align front pivots and start shoulder screw.
5. Tighten screw. Repeat other side.

Attaching/Detaching the Seat Upholstery
1. Holding the upholstery assembly at an angle to the chair seat, insert the attachment
tabs in the appropriate slot and slide the assembly until the tabs reach the end of the slot.
2. Push the opposite side of the assembly down, making sure the front and rear snap
features align with the front and rear slots respectively.
3. Push down on the upholstery assembly evenly until all the engagement tabs have
snapped into place.
4. Reverse this procedure to remove the seat upholstery assembly-it may be necessary
to shift the assembly to the front or rear to release the engagement tabs.

Attaching/Detaching the Back Upholstery
1. Holding the upholstery assembly at an angle to the chair back, insert the attachment
tabs in the appropriate slot and slide the assembly until the tabs reach the end of the slot.
2. Push the opposite side of the assembly down, making sure the tabs align with the
correct back slot.
3. Push the chair back and the upholstery assembly together until the attachment tabs
snap into place.
4. Reverse this procedure to remove the back upholstery assembly.

1. Engager le cylindre pneumatique --- dans
le socle --- . Placer le haut de colonne --- sur
le cylindre et faire pression en direction du
socle. Placer le trou conique du contrôle de la
chaise --- sur la colonne et appuyer.
Chaise à socle de type tabouret
1. Engager le cylindre pneumatique --- dans
le cercle repose-pieds --- et serrer le bouton de
réglage. Insérer l'ensemble cercle repose-
pieds/cylindre dans le socle --- . Placer le trou
conique du contrôle de la chaise --- sur la
cylindre et appuyer.

2. Remettre en place support de
dossier et le siège si nécessaire (voir
pages 16 et 17).
AVERTISSEMENT:
La chaise à socle de
type tabouret nécessite
un socle de type
tabouret plus grand pour
assurer la stabilité.

Chaise à socle pivotant -
Fixation du siège au support
vertical de dossiert
1. Aligner les supports du siège situés sur le
support vertical avec les poches du siège.
2. Insérer deux (2) vis par support.
3. Serrer jusqu'à ce que l'un des supports soit
de niveau avec la coque du siège. Répéter
l'opération pour l'autre côté. NE PAS
FAUSSER LES VIS.

Chaise à socle pivotant -
Fixation du support vertical de
dossier au contrôle de la chaise
1. Insérer les roulements (a) des deux côtés comme
illustré, puis aligner les ergots inférieurs avec les trous.
2. Insérer le long goujon à filetage interne (b) jusqu'à
ce qu'il soit bien encastré. Engager la vis à épaulement.
3. Tout en maintenant le goujon (b) encastré, serrer la
vis jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit bien en place.
4. Fixer les pivots avant du siège (voir page 6).

Fixation du siège
1. Aligner les pivots avant du siège avec le pivot du
contrôle de la chaise.
2. Insérer une vis à épaulement dans le roulement et
dans l'orifice d'insertion du siège.
3. Serrer la vis. Répéter l'opération pour l'autre côté.

(sauf celle sans bras) -
Fixation des bras
1. Le bras étant tenu en position verticale,
aligner le bras sur son support et le positionneur
d'alignement du bras avec l'encoche du support.
2. Introduire le manchon de friction sur
l'attache hexagonale. Tout en maintenant le bras
en place, insérer le goujon à filetage interne et
aligner la pièce hexagonale.
3. Installer la vis à épaulement, maintenir le
goujon pour garder la pièce hexagonale
engagée.
4. Serrer la vis jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit encastrée
et de niveau.

1. Aligner les ergots du dossier avec les trous du support
vertical de dossier.
2. Insérer les vis dans la plaque de couverture, dans le
support vertical et dans le dossier.
3. Serrer les vis jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient encastrées.
NE PAS FAUSSER LES VIS.
