Swivel and Stool Base Chair -
Attaching the Chair Control to
the Base
1. Push pneumatic cylinder --- into
foot ring --- and tighten by turning
entire foot ring. Push foot ring/cylinder
assembly into base --- . Place tapered
hole of chair control --- onto cylinder
and press down.
2. Reattach back support and seat
if necessary (see page 4 and 5).

1. Push pneumatic cylinder
into base . Put column cover
over cylinder and press into base.
Place tapered hole of chair control
onto column and press down.

- Attaching the Seat to the
Back Upright
1. Align seat brackets on upright into pockets
on seat.
2. Insert two (2) screws per bracket.
3. Tighten until bracket is flush to seat shell.
Repeat other side. DO NOT STRIP SCREW.

Chair Control

1. Insert bearings both sides as shown then align
lower lugs with holes.
2. Insert long threaded stud thru until flush. Start
shoulder screw.
3. Holding stud flush, tighten screw until seated.
4. Attach front seat pivot (see page 6).

1. Align front pivots of seat to pivot on chair control.
2. Insert shoulder screw through bearing and into
seat insert.
3. Tighten screw. Repeat other side.

All Chairs (excluding armless) -
Attaching the Arms
1. Align arm in bracket area, with arm in vertical
position aligning detent on arm and the slot in the
bracket area.
2. Slide the friction sleeve on the hex fastener.
Holding arm in place, insert threaded insert and align
hex.
3. Install shoulder screw, hold insert to keep hex
engaged.
4. Tighten screw until seated and flush.

1. Align bosses on back with holes in back uprights.
2. Insert screws through cover plate, upright and into back.
3. Tighten screw until flush. DO NOT STRIP SCREW.

Leg Base Chairs -
Attaching the Uprights
1. Insert bearings into lower pivot hole and align with
base.
2. Put threaded insert through base and bearings.
Start shoulder screw.
3. Hold threaded insert and tighten screw until fully
seated.

1. Insert brackets into seat shell pockets.
2. Align and start screws through bracket and into seat shell.
3. Tighten screws until flush and fully seated. Repeat other side.
DO NOT STRIP SCREW.
4. Align front pivots and start shoulder screw.
5. Tighten screw. Repeat other side.
