1. SXT GRIZZY EEC may be driven only from 16 years of age with a driver’s license class
A1, AM. Never use the vehicle with 2 people at the same time.
If you have any questions regarding the obligation to wear a helmet, the obligation to
carry vehicle documents, warning vest, rst-aid kit and warning triangle, please always
observe the legal regulations (including registration regulations) of the country you are
traveling to with the scooter.
2. Always check the vehicle before starting a journey. Regular maintenance and care
minimize the risk of damage, accidents and possible injuries.
3. Always wear suitable protective equipment such as a tested helmet with chin strap.
A helmet may also be required by law in your region. We also recommend elbow and
knee protectors, long-sleeved outer clothing, long trousers and gloves. Always wear
sturdy footwear such as laced sports shoes with rubber soles for a rm grip. Never ride
the scooter barefoot or in sandals and keep your laces closed and away from the wheels,
chain and drive train.
4. Road trafc - always follow the laws in force in your country.
5. Practice driving on a closed off open area.
6. This scooter is not suitable for jumps, stunts or similar - also avoid riding with only one
hand on the handlebars. Always keep both feet on the running board.
7. Do not ride the scooter up or down heels / steps larger than 3 cm - this could
irreversibly damage the vehicle due to the shocks and vibrations that occur.
8. The maximum speed is 50 km/h (for technical data see www.sxt-scooters.de for the
corresponding scooter). Avoid using the scooter at night as visibility is much worse than
during the day. If this cannot be avoided, we recommend not exceeding a speed of 15
km/h and switching on the lights.
9. Do not use the scooter at temperatures below 0°C
10. Drive very slowly and carefully or get off the scooter if the road conditions are bad.
11. Do not use the scooter on oily or icy surfaces.
