Why should this manual be read in detail!
This manual has been written to help you, the buyer, quickly and easily understand how
to use and maintain the SXT GRIZZY EEC accurately & safely. It is important that you
understand all the points and features of your new SXT GRIZZY EEC so that you can
enjoy riding your new electric scooter from the very rst minute. For the rst ride, you
should choose a large open area to familiarize yourself with the riding habits and fea-
tures of the scooter. The SXT GRIZZY EEC requires a short break-in and braking phase
related to all moving parts until this has taken your exact position perfectly. Before
riding, always make sure that the folding mechanism is properly engaged and the safety
lever is ipped.
The use of the electric scooter involves dangers. Various causes can lead to the failure
of individual components through no fault of the manufacturer. Like other electric
vehicles, the electric scooter is designed to move - this automatically involves the risk of
losing control during the ride, falling or getting into dangerous situations that could not
be avoided by training, practice or education. In such cases, despite the use of protecti-
ve equipment or other precautions, you may be injured or, in the worst case, killed. USE
AT YOUR OWN RISK. USE COMMON SENSE.This manual contains various warnings
and safety precautions concerning the consequences of improper maintenance and
care or improper use. Any accident could result in serious injury or, in the worst case,
death - we do not repeat this warning regarding possible injury or, in the worst case,
death at every point where such a warning is given.

1. SXT GRIZZY EEC may be driven only from 16 years of age with a driver’s license class
A1, AM. Never use the vehicle with 2 people at the same time.
If you have any questions regarding the obligation to wear a helmet, the obligation to
carry vehicle documents, warning vest, rst-aid kit and warning triangle, please always
observe the legal regulations (including registration regulations) of the country you are
traveling to with the scooter.
2. Always check the vehicle before starting a journey. Regular maintenance and care
minimize the risk of damage, accidents and possible injuries.
3. Always wear suitable protective equipment such as a tested helmet with chin strap.
A helmet may also be required by law in your region. We also recommend elbow and
knee protectors, long-sleeved outer clothing, long trousers and gloves. Always wear
sturdy footwear such as laced sports shoes with rubber soles for a rm grip. Never ride
the scooter barefoot or in sandals and keep your laces closed and away from the wheels,
chain and drive train.
4. Road trafc - always follow the laws in force in your country.
5. Practice driving on a closed off open area.
6. This scooter is not suitable for jumps, stunts or similar - also avoid riding with only one
hand on the handlebars. Always keep both feet on the running board.
7. Do not ride the scooter up or down heels / steps larger than 3 cm - this could
irreversibly damage the vehicle due to the shocks and vibrations that occur.
8. The maximum speed is 50 km/h (for technical data see www.sxt-scooters.de for the
corresponding scooter). Avoid using the scooter at night as visibility is much worse than
during the day. If this cannot be avoided, we recommend not exceeding a speed of 15
km/h and switching on the lights.
9. Do not use the scooter at temperatures below 0°C
10. Drive very slowly and carefully or get off the scooter if the road conditions are bad.
11. Do not use the scooter on oily or icy surfaces.

BEFORE STARTING JOURNEY
Mechanical safety check:
Before using the SXT GRIZZY EEC: Perform a visual inspection for any loose screws
and other parts. Make sure everything is in place and no parts are missing or showing
severe wear. If you are unsure, be sure to contact your dealer or technical support
immediately!
Tires and wheels:
Make sure you have the necessary tire pressure, you can nd this on the tires.
Check your tires for wear - to do this, rotate them around their own axis to be able
to inspect them all around. Make sure the tires spin freely and the brakes do not lock.
If they do, please contact your dealer or technical support! Check the brakes and all
mechanical functions before each ride.
Get to know the SXT GRIZZY EEC - before you ride it. Familiarize yourself with its
handling characteristics. Do not make tight turns, drive slowly and pay attention to
your braking distance.
Do not overestimate your abilities. Learn to drive the SXT GRIZZY EEC best on a large
at area without obstacles.
Steering:
Steering on the SXT GRIZZY EEC is similar to steering on a bike, snowboard or sur-
ng. Steer by shifting your weight. The handlebars should always be parallel to your
body. Before each change of direction, make sure that the desired direction of travel
is free.

IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
Make a note of the vehicle identication number of your e-scooter. Keep it in a safe
place.
Each SXT GRIZZY has a unique number. With this number your vehicle can be clearly
identied, e.g. in case of theft.
How to nd the frame number:
The number is located on the front part of the frame on the right side.

VEHICLE KEY
Key 1
The key is to start the scooter and for the steering wheel lock.
Key 2
The key is for the front ap, behind it is the adjustment screw for
the battery.

VEHICLE KEY REMOTE CONTROL
Indicator
It lights up when any button on the remote cont-
rol is pressed, indicating that the remote control is
working properly.
Interlock
Press this button to activate the alarm mode
to be activated.
Unlock
Press this button to disable the alarm mode.
deactivate.
Vehicle search
After pressing the vehicle search button, the
vehicle lights will turn on, indicating the location
of the vehicle.
Notice:
Before using the remote control, make sure the
battery is properly inserted into the vehicle body
and the distance should be less than 50 m be-
tween the remote control and the vehicle.

When the SXT GRIZZY is delivered, the front wheel as well as the mudguard is dis-
mantled.
1. First mount the mudguard using the four
Allen screws supplied. (Fig. 1)
2. To mount the front wheel, rst check that
the bolting is complete (Fig. 2)

need the following tools (tools are included).

4. Place the front wheel in the correct posi-
tion (Fig. 4). Remove the plastic plate in the
brake caliper and make sure that the brake
disc slides cleanly into the brake caliper
(Fig. 5).
3. Now fasten the front wheel with the thru
axle, the two sleeves and the nut as shown in
Fig. 3 - 4.

5. Tighten the screws rmly as the last step.

When the SXT GRIZZY EEC is delivered, the handlebars as well as the display is dismant-
led.
When the SXT GRIZZY is delivered, the hand-
lebars as well as the display is dismantled.
(Fig. 1)
Now position the handlebar centrally in the
bulge provided. (Fig. 2)
Now fasten the cover plate again with the 4
Allen screws. Tighten the screws rmly.

Fasten the Dispaly with the 2 Allen screws.
(Fig. 1)
Then connect the plug contacts with each
other. (Fig. 2)

INSERTING THE BATTERY
1. Insert the supplied battery into the opening provided (Fig. 1-2).
2. Now open the ap (Fig. 3) with the key provided for this purpose
(see page 45, Key 2) and x the battery with the adjustment screw located there (Fig. 4).
3. Now open the ap (Fig. 5) and connect the plug to the battery (Fig. 6).
4. Then close the ap Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 again.
