Safety glasses must always be worn to prevent any possible dust streams from reaching the operator's
eyes.
Secure the HEPAIR 6000 properly and apply the wheel locks when transporting it in a vehicle.
Do not suck up liquids or water with the machine, it is only allowed to suction up dusty dirt.
Do not suck up explosive mixtures, easily flammable dusts or gases, chemically aggressive or organic
materials. Do not use the equipment in an explosive atmosphere.
The front and rear of the machine have fan air outlets, leave enough space for proper air flow.
Do not use the machine without filters.
If there is a blockage in the suction hose or in any other part of the machine, disconnect it immediately.
Make sure your HEPAIR 6000 is located on a flat and stable surface. Lock the wheel brakes to keep
the machine stable while working.
Do not open the control box of your HEPAIR 6000 suction equipment. In the event of a fault, please
contact TEINNOVA Technical Assistance Service on +34 941 44 50 56.
Everybody who uses the HEPAIR 6000 equipment must be properly trained.

LEGEND
The HEPAIR 6000 has been designed and manufactured for the suctioning of air conditioning ducts and
should not be used in other types of ducts. It has a 5 metre long hose that, by means of telescopic supports,
can be adapted to different duct heights. It has two filtration stages, PRE-FILTER F7 - MAIN FILTER HEPA
H13.
This equipment complies with the requirements set out in UNE 100012:2005 “Higienización en sistemas de
climatización” (Hygiene in air conditioning systems).

operating instructions
Position your HEPAIR 6000 on a flat and stable surface. Place
the machine close to a power socket. Once the machine has been
placed in an optimum position for working, apply the brakes on the
front wheels so that it remains stable.
Placeoneendof the suction hose over the HEPAIR6000airintake.
It should be positioned as shown in the following image.
Positionthe quick-close clamp andtighten it so thatthe suction hose
and suction cleaner are securely joined.

The front and rear of the machine include the fan’s air
exhaustion grilles. The minimum clear space for their
proper operation is one metre.

Place the other end of the suction sleeve over the mouth of the
adaptater module. It should be positioned as shown in the
following image.
Positionthe quick-close clamp andtighten it so thatthe suction hose
and suction cleaner are securely joined.
Position the duct adapter module using the two props as shown in
the image.

operating instructions
Power is supplied through the power cable that is comes with the
machine. This cable has a mains plug at one end and a special
power connector (blue) for the machine at the other end.
Connect the cable to the mains and then connect it to your HEPAIR.
This connection is done with a clockwise turn of the blue connector
as shown in the image.
To turn on the machine, press the ON/OFF power switch as shown
in the image.

DO NOT turn on your HEPAIR if the filter cover is not
properly closed.
When the filters are full, the acoustic indicator will
let you know. The machine must be turned off and
unplugged before opening the filter cover. Once
cleaned or replaced, they are put back in the machine
and work can be resumed.

Unplug the machine from the mains using the power cable and
then disconnect it from your HEPAIR 6000. This is done with a
counter-clockwise turn of the blue connector as shown in the figure.

transport
The machine has been designed to be transportable in a small van. Your HEPAIR 6000 has side handles for
handling and transport.
The machine can be transported in a vertical or horizontal position, resting on the wheels built into the
handle. The machine must be firmly attached to the chassis of the vehicle and the front wheel brakes must be
applied to avoid shocks and slips during transport.
It is not advisable to place the machine on a pallet or similar. The machine must be on a completely flat and
horizontal surface.

Keep the machine as clean as possible. Keep the equipment in a place protected from the weather.
Replace or clean the filters after prolonged use. Clean the machine after each job to keep it in perfect
condition.

If the filters are full or need to be replaced, proceed as shown below, always with the machine turned off
and unplugged.

maintenance and care
Do not support the filters by the joint area, because if it
getsdirty, it will not sealproperly when they are refitted
and will therefore reduce the suction efficiency of your
HEPAIR.
Once the filters have been cleaned or replaced they must be put
back in position and the filter cover closed as shown in the image.
Ensure that the pressure seals are properly fixed.
Remove the filters from their compartment as shown in the image.
If cleaning them is not effective, they should be replaced with new
ones. A poor filter will lead to an increase in the power used by
your machine and will lead to reduction in efficiency.

The materials used in the packaging are recyclable. Do not
dispose of the packaging in household waste, but hand it in at
official collection points for recycling.
Do not dispose of electrical equipment in the trash!
We recommend that electrical tools and accessories are
subjected to an environmentally friendly recovery process.

go to your local collection point.
