on the equipment itself are explained in this section. It is important to read
the text relating to these symbols with special care as it concerns personal
and equipment safety.

It is obligatory to use safety glasses to avoid potential dust sprays from reaching the eyes of the ope-
rator.
Adequately secure your HEPAIR 2000 and activate the Wheel block during its transportation by ve-
hicle.
Do not vacuum liquids or aqueous matter with the machine, only dust-related dirt can be vacuumed.
Do not vacuum explosive compounds, easily flammable dust or gases, aggressive or organic substan-
ces. Do not use the equipment in explosive environments.
Therearofthemachinehastheturbine’sairvent,allowsufficientspaceforthecorrectevacuationofair.
Do not use the machine without filters.
In the event of obstruction in the aspiration hose or in any part of the machine, turn it off immediately.
Be sure to place your HEPAIR 2000 on a flat and stable surface. Block the wheel brakes to ensure the
machine remains stable while working.
Do not open the control panel of your HEPAIR 2000 aspiration equipment. In the event of a break-
down, contact the TEINNOVA Technical Assistance Service on telephone +34 941 44 50 56.
People operating the HEPAIR 2000 machine must be adequately trained.

KEY
TheHEPAIR2000 machine has been designedandmanufacturedforaspirationin air conditioning ducts,and
should not be employed for any other type of use. It has a 5 metre hose which with telescopic supports can
adapt to different duct heights. It has three filtration stages. G4 FILTER – PREFILTER M5 – MAIN FILTER F9
This equipment complies with the requisites outlined in STANDARD UNE 100012:2005 “Cleaning air
conditioning systems”.

Put your HEPAIR 2000 on a flat, stable surface. Put the machine
nearapoweroutlet.Once the machine atanoptimalsiteforjob
performance brakes lock the front wheels so that the machine
is stable.
The connection is via a hose clamp subject to the module surfa-
ce as shown in the figure.

The connection is pressurized by fitting the edges of the hose
in the suction connection of the machine at the top as shown in
the figure.

The connection will be made by means of an electrical conn-
nection cable that comes with the machine. This cable features
a mains electricity connector and an electrical supply connector
(blue)especiallyforthemachine.Connect the cable to the mains
electricity and then connect it to your HEPAIR. The connection
made by turning the blue connector to the right.
To turn on the machine must press the power switch ON / OFF
as shown in the figure.

NOT turn on your HEPAIR filter if the cap is not
properly closed.
If the filters the buzzer warn saturate it. They must
stop the machine and unplug it before opening
the cover of the filters. Once clean will again be
put in the machine and you can return to work.

Disconnectthe machine from the mains via the power cableand
then disconnect it from its HEPAIR. Disconnection is carried out
with a clockwise rotation of the blue connector as shown in the
figure.

The machine has been designed to be able to transport it in a small van. Your HEPAIR 2000 has lateral
handles for its handling and transportation
The machine can only be transported in its working position (vertical). The machine must be firmly secured to
the vehicle’s chassis in order to avoid impacts and sliding during its transportation.
Placing the machine on a transport pallet or something similar is advised against. It is essential that the
machine is rested on a completely flat and horizontal surface.
The machine should never be placed in a horizontal position for transporting it. This would
cause significant damage in the machine and consequently it would not function correctly.

Keep the machine as clean as possible. Keep the equipment somewhere that is protected from weather
effects.
Replace or clean the filters after prolonged use. It is advisable to change the filters every 1000 hours of
service. Clean the machine after each job in order to maintain it in perfect condition.

going to be used for a time as well as
during transport.

If the filters are saturated and need to be replaced or it shall proceed in the manner shown acontinuación

The materials used in the packaging are recyclable.
Do not dispose of the packaging in household waste, but hand
it in at official collection points for recycling.
Do not dispose of electrical equipment in the trash!
We recommend that electrical tools and accessories are
subjected to an environmentally friendly recovery process.
Please dispose of the materials in the appropriate container or
go to your local collection point.
