safety warnings
The ROTAIR equipment must NOT be used for anything other than the uses outlined in this instruction
manual.
Before starting up the equipment ensure that all connections are correct.
Before starting up the equipment ensure that the brush is inside the duct to be cleaned.
Take care to place your ROTAIR on a smooth and stable surface.Lock the front wheel brakes so that
the machine remains stable while you work.
Persons operating the ROTAIR equipment must be sufficiently trained.
Hold the hose firmly before starting the motor for the pneumatic brush.Always keep a firm hold of the
hose while working with the brush.
It is mandatory to use safety glasses in order to avoid the possibility of dust splashing into the eyes of
the operator.
Adequately secure the ROTAIR and lock the wheels when transporting it in a vehicle.
Keep objects, loose clothing, hair, etc. away from the mobile elements on the machine.
Do not handle the equipment with wet or damp hands.
Do not use the equipment in environments with combustible liquids.
To avoid electric shocks, never expose the equipment to the rain.Store the equipment indoors in a cool
and dry place.
Do not open your cleaning robot’s control box in ROTAIR ducts.In the event of a breakdown, get in

Do not, under any circumstances,
place the ROTAIR in a horizontal
position as this will cause the
machine to break down.
ROTAIR is an electric brushing machine for performing duct cleaning in air conditioning systems, whether
circular with diameters of 200-600 mm or rectangular.The appropriate accessories shall be available for
each type of duct.
A 20 metre hose is included so 40 metres of the same tube can be cleaned from the same point in the tube.
It can be used in flues and extraction hoods.

This is for stopping the machine immediately.
Power up the Tecai brushing machine’s motor so that its
rotation movement is anti-clockwise.
This does not do anything.
Power up the Tecai brushing machine’s motor so that its
rotation movement is clockwise.
This is a safety measure for when starting the functions from
the control panel.The release button must be pressed in
order to start any of the functions apart from the STOP
button, which can be pressed without needing to press the
release button.

A coupler where a specific type of brush is attached to the head of your
ROTAIR machine.It is very simple to assemble this coupler and it is made up
of four individual.

Your ROTAIR has the possibility of incorporating a centraliser that has been specifically designed for this
machine.
Steps to install the ROTAIR correctly:
Assembling the centraliser:
Positioning your ROTAIR:

Place your ROTAIR on a smooth and stable surface.Once the
machine has been positioned in the best place for performing
the work, lock the front wheels so that the machine remains
stable.
Attach the body of the centraliser to the end of your ROTAIR’s
hose as shown in the image.

Fit the legs of the centraliser as shown in the image.
Once the optimum length of the legs has been selected, fix
them to the body of the centraliser by using the grub screws, as
shown in the image.
Adjust the length of the legs of the centraliser to fit the
duct where the work is going to be carried out.

The head of your ROTAIR is designed bearing in mind the possibility of incorporating special brushes.
These allow the work to be carried out more efficiently and more comfortably.
These brushes are supplied exclusively by Teinnova.

operating instructions
Make the connection to your ROTAIR by using the electrical
connection cable that comes with the machine. This cable
features a standard connector to mains electricity and an
electrical supply connector (blue in colour) especially for the
machine.Connect the cable to the mains electricity and then
connect it to your ROTAIR. The connection to your ROTAIR is
made by turning the blue connector to the right, as shown in the
image.

Remember not to operate the brush when it is
outside the duct as this could cause damage to
people or objects.
Do NOT bend the hose around very tight corners
as this can break the backing guide on the inside.
Unlock the reel brake of your ROTAIR by turning the knob
anticlockwise and lowering the part as shown in the figure.
Once the reel is loose, release the necessary length for placing
the brush inside the duct in order to be able to start work.

Turn on the machine by pressing the ON / OFF button on the
control panel.
Once your ROTAIR is turned on, the start screen will be
displayed as shown in the image.
Icon is the Help icon. This option displays the usage
instructions for your ROTAIR on the screen.
Icon is the Configuration icon. With this option your ROTAIR
can be configured.
Icon is the Proceed icon. This option takes us to the control
panelwhere the directionand the speedof the brush’srotations
can be managed along with the operating of the remote
control panel and access to the timer menu.
Selecting the direction and the speed of the rotations is
controlled by means of the icons highlighted in this image.
The operation of your ROTAIR equipment is controlled by using the touch screen located on the control
panel. Your ROTAIR is solely powered by electricity.
