Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden, sollten schwache
Batterien möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden.

• Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen,
Vibrationen und Erschütterungen aus.
5. Inbetriebnahme / Bedienung
• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Display.
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und entfernen Sie den Batterie-
unterbrechungsstreifen.
• Das Gerät ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
• Um das Gerät auszuschalten, entfernen Sie die Batterie.
5.1 Oberes Display
• Das obere Display zeigt Ihnen die maximale Temperatur
seit der letzten Rückstellung an.
5.2 Mittleres Display
• Das mittlere Display zeigt Ihnen die momentane Tempera-
tur an.
5.3 Unteres Display
• Das untere Display zeigt Ihnen die minimale Temperatur
seit der letzten Rückstellung an.
5.4 °C/°F Temperatur-Anzeige
• Mit der °C/°F Schiebeschalter im Batteriefach können Sie
zwischen Celsius und Fahrenheit als Temperatureinheit
auswählen.
• Bei einem Wechsel von Celsius auf Fahrenheit und umge-
kehrt muss der Speicher zurückgestellt werden.
5.5 Höchst- und Tiefsttemperaturen
• Zum Rückstellen des MAX/MIN-Speichers auf die aktuelle
Temperatur drücken Sie die reset-Taste.
• Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Messzyklen stimmen die
zurückgestellten Werte nicht immer exakt mit der ange-
zeigten aktuellen Temperatur überein.
6. Anbringung
• Das Thermometer ist spritzwassergeschützt, aber nicht
wasserdicht.
• Wählen Sie als Aufstellort im Freien einen wettergeschütz-
ten, schattigen Platz aus. Im Haus vermeiden Sie die Nähe
von Heizkörpern und direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
• Hängen Sie das Thermometer mit ein oder zwei Schrauben
an den Aufhängelöchern auf der Rückseite auf.
• Sie können das Gerät mit dem Ständer auf einer glatten
Oberfläche aufstellen.
7. Pflege und Wartung
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten
Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden!
• Entfernen Sie die Batterie, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit
nicht verwenden.
• Bewahren Sie Ihr Gerät an einem trockenen Platz auf.
7.1 Batteriewechsel
• Wenn das Display schwächer wird, wechseln Sie bitte die
Batterie.
• Klappen Sie den Ständer ein.
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und legen Sie eine neue Batte-
rie 1,5 V AA ein.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Batterie polrichtig einge-
legt ist.
• Schließen Sie das Batteriefach wieder.

9. Entsorgung
Batterien und Akkus dürfen keinesfalls in den
Hausmüll!
Als Verbraucher sind Sie gesetzlich verpflich-
tet, gebrauchte Batterien und Akkus zur
umweltgerechten Entsorgung beim Handel
oder entsprechenden Sammelstellen gemäß
nationaler oder lokaler Bestimmungen abzu-

changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused by
leaking.
• Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves and glasses
when handling leaking batteries.

5. Getting started / Operation
• Remove the protective foil from the display.
• Open the battery compartment and remove the insulation
strip.
• The unit is ready for use.
• Remove the battery to shut down the instrument.
5.1 Upper display
• The upper display shows the maximum temperature since
the last reset.
5.2 Middle display
• The middle display shows the current temperature.
5.3 Lower display
• The lower display shows the minimum temperature since
the last reset.
5.4 °C/°F Temperature display
• The temperature unit can be changed from °C to °F by the
sliding switch °C/°F in the battery compartment of the
instrument.
• It is necessary to reset the MAX/MIN memory after the
change from °C to °F or from °F to °C.
5.5 Maximum and minimum temperatures
• To reset the MAX/MIN-memory to the present temperature
press the reset button.
• Because of the different measuring cycles the reset values
and the current temperature are not always identical.
6. Installation
• The thermometer is protected against splash water, but is
not watertight.
• To install the thermometer outside choose a shady and dry
place. Inside avoid radiators and direct sunshine.
• Hang up the thermometer by one or two screws using the
holes at the backside.
• With the stand the instrument can be placed onto flat sur-
faces.
7. Care and maintenance
• Clean the instrument with a soft damp cloth. Do not use
solvents or scouring agents.
• Remove the battery if you do not use the product for a
long period of time.
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.
7.1 Battery replacement
• Replace the battery when the display starts to fade.
• Fold in the stand.
• Open the battery compartment and insert a new battery
1,5 V AA.
• Make sure the polarity is correct.
• Close the battery compartment again.

Danger de blessure:
• Gardez votre appareil et la pile hors de la portée des

• Ne jetez jamais les piles dans le feu, ne les court-circuitez
pas, ne les démontez pas et ne les rechargez pas. Risques
d'explosion!
• Les piles contiennent des acides nocifs pour la santé. La
pile faible doit être remplacée le plus rapidement possible,
afin d'éviter une fuite. Pour manipuler des piles qui ont
coulé, utilisez des gants de protection chimique spéciale-
ment adaptés et portez des lunettes de protection !

5. Mise en service / Utilisation
• Tirer la feuille de protection de l’affichage.
• Ouvrez le compartiment à pile et enlever la bande d’inter-
ruption de la pile.
• L’instrument est maintenant prêt à fonctionner.
• Pour arrêter l’appareil, retirez la pile.
5.1 L’affichage supérieur
• L’affichage supérieur vous indique la température maxi-
male depuis la dernière réactualisation.
5.2 L’affichage du milieu
• L’affichage du milieu vous indique la température momen-
tanée.
5.3 L’affichage inférieur
• L’affichage inférieur vous indique la température minimale
depuis la dernière réactualisation.
5.4 °C/°F affichage
• Poussez l'interrupteur °C/°F dans le compartiment à pile
de l´appareil, l´affichage de la température peut être ajusté
en °C ou en °F.
• Après le renversement entre °C et °F et vice versa la
mémoire MAX/MIN doit être remise.
5.5 Températures maximales et minimales
• Pour la réactualisation de la mémoire MAX/MIN à la tem-
pérature actuelle en pressant la touche reset.
• A cause de cycles de mesurage différents les valeurs réac-
tualisées et les valeurs momentanées ne sont pas toujours
identiques.
6. Fixation
• Le thermomètre est résistant aux éclaboussures d'eau
mais il n'est pas étanche.
• Pour installer l´instrument à l’extérieur, choisissez un
emplacement à l’ombre, si possible sec. Dans la maison
éviter les appareils de chauffage et le rayonnement solaire
direct.
• Fixer le thermomètre avec une ou deux vis aux trous au
dos de l’appareil.
• Le support vous permet de placez l'appareil sur des sur-
faces lisses.
7. Entretien et maintenance
• Pour le nettoyage de l'appareil, utilisez un chiffon doux
humide. N’utilisez aucun dissolvant ou agents abrasifs!
• Enlever la pile, si vous ne l’utilisez pas pendant une durée
prolongée.
• Conserver votre appareil dans un endroit sec.
7.1 Remplacement de la pile
• Remplacez la pile si l’affichage s'affaiblit.
• Relevez le support.
• Ouvrez le compartiment à pile et insérer une pile neuve 1,5
V AA.
• S'assurer que la pile soit introduite avec la bonne polarité.
• Refermer le couvercle.

9. Traitement des déchets
Les piles et accus usagés ne peuvent en

déposer dans une déchetterie proche de
votre domicile conformément à la réglemen-
tation nationale et locale.

5. Messa in funzione / Utilizzo
• Rimuovete la pellicola protettiva dal display.
• Aprire il vano batteria e togliere la striscia d´interruzione
dalla batteria.
• L'apparecchio è pronto per l'uso.
• Per spegnere l’apparecchio rimuovete la batteria.
5.1 Display superiore
• Il display superiore indica la temperatura massima rag-
giunta dopo l’ultimo azzeramento.
5.2 Display mezzo
• Il display mezzo indica la temperatura attuale.
5.3 Display inferiore
• Il display inferiore indica la temperatura minima raggiunta
dopo l’ultimo azzeramento.
5.4 Display °C/°F
• Tramite il commutatore °C/°F presente nella vano batteria
dell'apparecchio, l'indicazione della temperatura può esse-
re regolata su °C oppure °F.
• Dopo un cambiamento dei °C in °F o °F in °C, cancellare la
memoria MAX/MIN.
5.5 Temperatura massime e minime
• Per cancellare i valori di temperatura massima e minima
memorizzati, premere il tasto reset.
• A causa dei diversi cicli di misurazione i valori resettati non
corrispondono sempre esattamente alla temperatura attua-
le indicata.
6. Posizionamento
• Il termometro è protetto contro gli spruzzi d’acqua, ma non
impermeabile.
• All'aperto scegliere il luogo di montaggio in posizione
ombreggiata e possibilmente asciutta. In casa evitare fonti
di calore ed esposizione diretta al sole.
• Agganciate il termometro con una o due viti ai fori di
sospensione sul lato posteriore.
• Con il supporto è possibile posizionare l'apparecchio su
superfici piane.
7. Cura e manutenzione
• Per pulire l'apparecchio utilizzate solo un panno morbido
leggermente inumidito. Non usate solventi o abrasivi.
• Rimuovete la batteria, se non lo utilizzate per un periodo
prolungato.
• Collocate il dispositivo in un luogo asciutto.
7.1 Sostituzione della batteria
• Quando le indicazioni sul display cominciano a diventare
più deboli, sostituite la batteria.
• Ribaltare il supporto.
• Aprire il vano batteria e inserite una batteria nuove 1,5 V
AA.
• Accertatevi di aver rispettato la corretta polarità.
• Richiudere il coperchio della vano batteria.

9. Smaltimento
È assolutamente vietato gettare le batterie

conformità alle vigenti disposizioni nazionali
o locali, ai fini di uno smaltimento ecologico.

• Het produkt is uitsluitend geschikt voor de hierboven
beschreven doeleinden. Gebruik het produkt niet anders
dan in deze handleiding is aangegeven.
• Het eigenmachtig repareren, verbouwen of veranderen van
het apparaat is niet toegestaan.
• Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor openbare informatie,
maar bestemd voor particulier gebruik.
Opgelet!
Kans op letsel:
• Bewaar de batterij en het apparaat buiten de reikwijdte van
kinderen.
• Batterijen niet in het vuur gooien, niet kortsluiten, niet uit
elkaar halen of opladen. Kans op explosie!
• Batterijen bevatten zuren die de gezondheid schaden. Zwak-
ke batterijen moeten zo snel mogelijk worden vervangen om
een lekkage van de batterijen te voorkomen. Draag hand-
schoenen die bestand zijn tegen chemicaliën en een
beschermbril wanneer u met uitgelopen batterijen hanteert!

• Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan extreme temperaturen, tril-
lingen en schokken.
5. Inbedrijfstelling / Bediening
• Trek de beschermfolie van de display af.
• Open het batterijvak en verwijder de isolatiestrook van de
batterij.
• Het apparaat is nu bedrijfsklaar.
• Om het apparaat uit te schakelen, haal je de batterij uit het
batterijvak.
5.1 Bovenste display
• De bovenste display laat u het maximum temperatuur
sinds de laatste terugzetting.
5.2 Middelste display
• De middelste display laat u de actuele temperatuur.
5.3 Onderste display
• De onderste display laat u het minimum temperatuur sinds
de laatste terugzetting.
5.4 °C/°F Display
• Met de schuifschakelaar °C/°F in het batterijvak van het
apparaat kunt u tussen °C en °F als meeteenheid voor de
temperatuur kiezen.
• Na een wijziging van °C naar °F en vice versa, moet de
MAX / MIN geheugen gereset worden.
5.5 Maximum- en minimumtemperaturen
• Druk op de reset toets, werden de de maximale en minimale
temperaturen op de momentele temperatuur teruggezet.
• Op grond van de verschillende meetcycli kloppen de terug-
gezette waarden niet altijd exact met de weergegeven actu-
ele temperatuur.
6. Plaatsing
• De thermometer is tegen spatwater beschermd maar niet
waterdicht.
• Kies als plaats om de thermometer buiten aan te brengen
een tegen weersinvloeden beschermde, schaduwrijke
plaats uit. In huis dient u de nabijheid van verwarmingsra-
diatoren en rechtstreekse zonnestraling te vermijden.
• Hang de thermometer met één of twee schroeven aan de
ophanggaten aan de achterzijde op.
• Met de standaard kunt u het apparaat op effen oppervlak-
ken plaatsen.
7. Schoonmaken en onderhoud
• Maak het apparaat met een zachte, enigszins vochtige doek
schoon. Geen schuur- of oplosmiddelen gebruiken!
• Verwijder de batterij, als u het apparaat langere tijd niet
gebruikt.
• Bewaar het apparaat op een droge plaats.
7.1 Batterijwissel
• Vervang de batterij als de display zwakker wordt.
• Klap de staander dicht.
• Open het batterijvak en plaats er een nieuw batterij 1,5 V
AA in. Controleer of de batterij met de juiste poolrichting is
geplaatst.
• Sluit het batterijvak weer.

9. Verwijderen
Batterijen en accu's mogen niet met het huis-
vuil worden weggegooid.
Als consument bent u wettelijk verplicht om
gebruikte batterijen en accu's bij uw dealer
af te geven of naar de daarvoor bestemde
containers volgens de nationale of lokale
bepalingen te brengen om een milieuvriende-
lijk verwijderen te garanderen.
De benamingen van de zware metalen zijn:
Cd=cadmium, Hg=kwikzilver, Pb=lood
Dit apparaat is gemarkeerd in overeenstem-
ming met de EU-richtlijn (WEEE) over het ver-
wijderen van elektrisch en elektronisch afval.
Dit produkt mag niet met het huisvuil worden
weggegooid. De gebruiker is verplicht om de
apparatuur af te geven bij een als zodanig
erkende plek van afgifte voor het verwijderen
van elektrisch en elektronische apparatuur

5. Puesta en marcha / Manejo
• Saque la película de protección de la pantalla.
• Abra el compartimiento de la pila y quite la tira de interrup-
ción de la pila.
• El dispositivo está ahora listo para funcionar.
• Para desactivar el dispositivo, retirar la pila.
5.1 Pantalla superior
• La pantalla superior indica la temperatura máxima tras la
última reposición.
5.2 Pantalla central
• La pantalla central indica la temperatura actual.
5.3 Pantalla inferior
• La pantalla inferior indica la temperatura mínima tras la
última reposición.
5.4 Pantalla °C/°F
• Mediante el conmutador °C/°F en el compartimiento de la
pila puede elegir entre °C y °F como unidad de medida
para la temperatura.
• Después de un cambio de °C a °F y viceversa, la memoria
MAX / MIN se puede restablecer.
5.5 Temperaturas máximas y mínimas
• Pulse la tecla reset para restablecer la memoria MAX / MIN
a la temperatura actual.
• Por los diferentes valores de medición, los importes valo-
res no siempre coinciden exactamente con la temperatura
actual.
6. Colocación
• El termómetro está protegido contra las salpicaduras de
agua, pero no es estanco al agua.
• En el exterior, busque un lugar sombrado, protegido de la
lluvia para el termómetro. En la casa evite la cercanía de
caloríferos y la radiación solar directa.
• Cuelgue el termómetro con uno o dos tornillos en los orifi-
cios de suspensión en la parte posterior.
• Usted puede colocar el dispositivo con el soporte sobre
una superficie plana.
7. Cuidado y mantenimiento
• Limpie el dispositivo con un paño suave, ligeramente
humedecido. ¡No utilizar ningún medio abrasivo ni disol-
ventes!
• Extraiga la pila si no va a usar el dispositivo por un largo
período de tiempo.
• Almacene el dispositivo en un lugar seco.
7.1 Cambio de la pila
• Cambie la pila cuando el imagen de la pantalla este más
débil.
• Doble el soporte.
• Abra el compartimiento de la pila e inserte una pila 1,5 V AA.
• Asegúrese que la pila se coloque con la polaridad correcta.
• Cierre de nuevo la cubierta.
