Tip : If you connect a PoE switch (Power over Ethernet) on the network
jack (4), the phone will be operating without plugging an AC adapter.

B. Familiarize yourself with the device
(1)  4 arrow keys to
move through menus, and an “OK”
bu on to confi rm the choice made.

• date;
•  me;
• post number.

1. Connect the LAN cable to a free Ethernet port on
your ADSL Box using the cable supplied (1).
Tip: Using the RJ45 PC port, you can connect another
network device (other device, PC, ...) to this jack. If
you no longer have free Ethernet port on your ADSL
box, plug the Ethernet cable from your phone to
the ADSL Box instead of your PC and then connect
your PC to the PC port of the phone. The phone’s
internal switch will connect your PC to the rest of the
network.
Example of use: put the phones in cascade to avoid
laying new cables for each phone to the ADSL Box.


-An Internet connec on.
- A DHCP enabled on your network
(by default on any ADSL Box).

To pick up a call
(indicated with sound, light, or both):
1. Pick up the handset (2).
- mode, press the “Hands Free”
bu on (12).

Tip: You can also put a call in secret mode (handset’s microphone is muted) by
pressing the Mute button (10) which prevents the caller from hearing you. To
switch back to normal mode, press the Mute button again.




When on a call, you can:

1. Press button “Hold” to put the person on hold.
You can make a second call with “NewCall”
[left selection button (4)] or take the line with
“Retriv” [right selection button (4)].

1. Press “End”.
D. Manage the ongoing calls
To access your voicemail, to listen your new or old
messages and to customize your gree ng message,
you simply call “123” and you’ll be guided by the
voice server.
Calls to the voicemail are free.
E. Access your voicemail
Tip: from an outside line, you can also access or set your voicemail by dialing 0330
684 0106. In order to identify you, the voice server will ask you to enter the number
of your “Plug & Phone” and the password of your voicemail (this password can be
configured in your Manager: SIP => choose the line => Voicemail => Password for
answering machine).



4. On the screen, select the desired language from
the submenu and confi rm your choice with the OK
bu on (1).
You don’t have to set the date and  me of your phone: your “Plug & Phone” phone
will be automa cally set to the right date and  me.

pressing “Select” [le selec on bu on (4)].

C. Change the ringtone
Your phone has several ringtones in memory that you

1. Press the Menu (7).
2. Select “Confi g” [middle selec on bu on (4)].
3. On the screen, select “Ringtones” in the menu by
pressing “Select” [le selec on bu on (4)].
4. On the screen, select “Type of ringing” in the drop-
down submenu by pressing “Select” [le selec on
bu on (4)].
5. Confi rm your selec on with the OK bu on (1).
Tip: Use the “Play” to listen to the ringtone before
validation.

Basic phone has 11 hot keys: F1 to F10 (11) and the key 99 (9). Op onally, one (or
more) extension modules can be connected to increase this capacity. A func on can
be assigned to each key (e.g. call the last number dialed, dial the last caller back, put
on hold a call, ...).

Note : the key 1 on the numeric keypad corresponds to F1, 2 key to F2 and so on.
1. Press “Menu” [middle selec on bu on (4)].
2. On the screen select “Func on Keys” in the menu
by pressing “select” [le selec on bu on (4)].
3. The display tells you to enter the “key number”
corresponding to the shortcut key: for this
example, press “1”.
4. On the screen, select “Free number” by pressing
“Select” [le selec on bu on (4)].
5. Enter the number you want: here
“020 7357 6616” and “OK” [le select bu on (4)].
The principle of programming keys is the same for
other features

Tip: you can also use numbers in shortcut keys following the following procedure:
-Pick up the call,
-Press the shortcut key (e.g. F1)
-Select “Transf” at the bottom of the screen
A. Manage the call transfers
1. Take the call, put the caller on hold pressing the
“Hold” [le selec on bu on (4)].
2. Press “NewCall” [le selec on bu on (4)] and press
the OK bu on (1).
4. Transfer the call by pressing “Transf” [press right
naviga on key and the selec on bu on (4)].
3. Type the number with the numeric keypad (13)
or from the Phone Book (14), and press the OK
bu on (1).


Note: when the call forwarding service is active, an icon will be present on the
screen of the phone and the number forwarded to will be displayed instead of the
extension number. Return to this menu to enable or disable this service.
B. Manage the call forwarding
1. Press “Modes” [right selec on bu on (4)].
2. On the screen, select “Forward calls” in the menu
by confi rming with the OK bu on (1).
3. On the screen, select “Confi gure number” in the
sub-menu by confi rming with the OK bu on (1).
4. Type the desired telephone number to forward
all the calls to with the numeric keypad (13), and
press the OK bu on (1). Call forwarding is now
ac vated.


1. Press “Menu” [center selec on bu on (4)] and choose
your method of forward in “Forward calls”:
 : forward calls to a number.
  forwards calls to a number a er a set
period of  me.
 : forward calls to a number if you are on a call.
 : block the internal forwarding and
the redirec ons to other posi ons.
 : allow you to specify that you are not
available.
 : indicate that you don’t want to be
disturbed.
 : allows the phone to be
available again.
2. Press “Modes” [right selec on bu on (4)] and choose
the modes of incoming/outgoing calls by pressing:
-”Do not disturb”;
-”Anonymous”;
- ”Forward calls”: choose Ac ve, press the number to
forward to and validate;
-”Lock”;
-”Absent”.
NB: it is not possible to activate two methods of
reference simultaneously.
To enable or disable call forwarding, press “Mode”
[right selection button (4)], choose “Forward calls”
and “Activate/Deactivate” from the menu.

Note: when a call is added to the list of missed calls, a message will appear on the
home page of your phone. To clear this warning, you have two options:
-Go to “Clear log” in the “History” menu to reset your list.
-Go to “Missed calls” in the “History” menu.
C. Call history
1. Press “History” [le selec on bu on (4)] to access
the calls menu.
2. On the screen, select “Missed calls” on the menu
for a list of missed calls on your phone, and press
the OK bu on (1).
3. Select “Outgoing calls” on the menu for a list of
outgoing calls from your phone, and press the OK
bu on (1).
4. Select “Received Calls” in the menu for a list of
incoming calls to your phone, and press the OK
bu on (1).
5. Select “Clear log” in the menu to reset all call lists
(missed, ougoing and received), and press the
bu on OK (1).


