Please read instructions carefully to understand how to operate your Timex®

watch. Your model may not have all of the features described in this

booklet.

HOW TO START YOUR WATCH

To start your watch remove the plastic guard from under the crown, set

the time, and then press the crown in to the closed position. You will need

to synchronize the watch with the Smartphone application to activate the

activity tracking function. Press button A and the upper sub-dial hand will

move to the Bluetooth®symbol. Perform the synchronization of the watch

and Smartphone application. Once the watch has been synchronized with

the Smartphone, the activity tracking function is ready for use.

TIME SETTING

NOTE: The watch crown has four positions: one temporary push position

used to activate the INDIGLO®night-light, and three indexing positions:

closed, middle and outer. To familiarize yourself with the difference between

the various positions extend the crown to its outer position and then push

the crown very lightly until you feel it click into the middle position. To set the

time: Pull the crown to its outer position and turn it until the correct time is

shown. Once the dial reﬂects the correct time, return the crown to the closed

position.

INDIGLO®NIGHT-LIGHT:

Press the crown to activate the INDIGLO®night-light. The light will remain on

for 2-3 seconds after releasing the crown.

4TH CENTER HAND ADJUSTMENT:

To readjust a misaligned 4th center hand:

1. Pull the crown out to the outer position. The upper and lower hands will

move in a counter clock-wise direction and automatically calibrate. The

4th center hand will make up to one revolution and stop at 12 o’clock.

2. If the 4th center hand does not point to 12 o’clock then, press button A

to move the hand in a clockwise direction until it points to 12 o’clock.

Pressing and holding button A will make the hand move at a fast rate.

3. Push crown in to the closed position when ﬁnished.

MODE SELECTION

Press button A to advance the upper hand to the desired function. NOTE:

The mode cannot be advanced unless the crown is in the closed position.

Steps / Distance: You may switch between the Steps and Distance modes

by pressing button A.

If the upper sub-dial hand is on “S” the lower sub-dial hand will reﬂect the

percentage of your daily Steps goal currently achieved and the 4th center

hand will reﬂect the actual number of steps (in thousands) you have taken

today, when compared against the scale along the outer edge of the dial.

If the upper sub-dial hand is on “D” the lower sub-dial hand will reﬂect

the percentage of your daily Distance goal currently achieved and the

4th center hand will reﬂect the actual distance (in Miles or Kilometers as

selected on the Smartphone application) you have achieved, based on

your activity today, when compared against the scale along the outer

edge of the dial.

Bluetooth®mode: No pairing is required, but you must prepare the watch

for the sync process.

To enter the Bluetooth®mode push and hold button A until the upper hand

points to Bluetooth®symbol on the upper dial. The watch is now ready

for Bluetooth®synchronization with the Smartphone application. During

the synchronization the lower sub-dial hand and center hand will move

to zero, but the activity tracking is still active (assuming it was not “off”

prior to entering the Bluetooth®mode). After completing the sync process

on the Smartphone application, both of the sub-dial hands return to their

positions previous to entering the Bluetooth®mode.

OFF mode: If desired you may turn off the activity tracking function. The bat-

tery life is extended, due to less energy demand, when the activity tracking

function is suspended. Please note: the memory holds the activity tracking

data for the last 7 calendar days. When you turn off the activity tracking

mode it is advised that you synchronize the watch and the Smartphone

application to prevent any loss of activity tracking data.

To enter the OFF mode push and hold button A until the upper hand

points to OFF on the upper dial. This mode will suspend the activity

tracking feature until you wish to re-activate this feature. To re-activate

the activity tracking feature, push and hold button A until the upper hand

points to “S” on the upper dial. You are now in the Steps mode with the

activity tracking function active again.

SYNCHRONIZATION OF THE WATCH AND

THE SMARTPHONE APPLICATION

Your watch memory holds the activity tracking data for the last 7 calendar

days. You should plan to synchronize the watch to the Smartphone applica-

tion at a minimum every 7th day to prevent the loss of any data. No tracking

data will be deleted during, or after synchronization with the Smartphone

application.

NOTE: The watch must be within 2 meters distance of your Smartphone

for optimum communication

To start the synchronization, prepare the watch by placing it in Bluetooth®

mode. The lower sub-dial hand and center hand will move to zero.

Start the application on your Smartphone and follow the instructions for

synchronization with the mobile phone. You must start the synchronization

process from the Smartphone within 10 seconds, or the Bluetooth®on

the watch is switched off and you will need to place the watch back into

Bluetooth®mode.

After the synchronization process has completed, the Bluetooth®on

the watch is switched off. Both of the sub-dial hands will return to their

positions previous to entering the Bluetooth®mode. The Smartphone

application will indicate the success or failure of the synchronization

process.

LOW BATTERY INDICATOR

The watch is equipped with a low voltage detection to indicate when it is

time to replace the battery. During the synchronization of the watch with

the Smartphone, the application will alert the user the battery needs to be

replaced soon. The watch will also indicate the low battery by the movement

of the second hand. The second hand will move once every 2 seconds in 2

second increments until the battery is replaced. To further save the battery

power until it is replaced the INDIGLO® night-light will not function until the

battery has been replaced. The activity tracking function will remain active

until the battery has been completely depleted, but new data will not be

stored.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Before replacing the battery, it is recommended that you synchronize to

the phone to make sure you have retrieved all of the latest activity data

from the watch. After the battery has been replaced, the watch will automat-

ically calibrate the sub-dial hands. Upon completion of the auto-calibration

process, the upper sub-dial hand will point to “OFF” and the lower sub-dial

hand will be positioned at ZERO. The activity tracking function will be off.

You will need to adjust the center hand and synchronize the watch with the

Smartphone application. Press button A and the upper sub-dial hand will

move to the Bluetooth®symbol. Perform the synchronization of the watch

and Smartphone application. Once the watch has been synchronized with

the Smartphone, the activity tracking function can be activated.

STORING THE WATCH

The power may be removed from the watch for storage. Pull the crown out

to the outer position. The hour, minute and second hands will immediately

cease to operate and the activity tracking function will be completely inactive

after 30 minutes with the crown in this position.

FIRMWARE UPDATE

As updates for the Smartphone application are published you will receive

notiﬁcation through your Smartphone application. While the synchronization

is occurring with the update the lower sub-dial hand will indicate the

progress of the download, moving from 0 to 100%.

STRIDE LENGTH ADJUSTMENT

The Timex Metropolitan+ uses an algorithm for distance measurement which

automatically determines your stride, based on your height and speed. If

you ﬁnd that the distance reported does not match your actual walking or

running distance you can calibrate the distance by up to +/- 25% via the

Smartphone application. This is done by the distance adjustment option on

the watch section of the application.

1. Watch is water-resistant only as long as lens, push buttons and case

remain intact.

如何启用手表

要启用手表，请从表冠下方揭掉塑料保护罩，设定事件，然后将表冠按向关闭

位置。您需要将手表与智能手机应用同步才能激活活动跟踪功能。按下 A 键

钮，上子表盘指针将移动到 Bluetooth®符号。执行手表和智能手机应用的同

步。同步手表与智能手机后，即可开始使用活动跟踪功能。

时间设置

注：手表表冠有四个位置：一个用于激活 INDIGLO®夜间照明功能的临时按下

位置，三个索引位置：关闭、中间和外。为习惯表冠的不同档位，请将表冠拔

出至外部档位，然后轻按表冠直至您感觉到其扣进中间档位。设定时间：将表

冠拔出至外部档位，然后转动表冠直至显示出正确的时间。一旦表盘显示正确

的时间，将表冠返回至关闭位置。

INDIGLO®夜间照明功能：

按表冠激活 INDIGLO®夜间照明功能。松开表冠后，光线将保持亮起 2-3 秒。

第4 中心指针调整：

要重调偏离的第 4 中心指针：

1. 将表冠拉出至外部档位。上下指针将逆时针移动并自动校准。第 4 中心指针

Bluetooth® 模式：无需配对，但是您必须准备手表的同步流程。

动到零。

启动智能手机上的应用，并遵照说明与移动手机同步。您必须在 10 秒内从

智能手机开始同步流程，否则手表上的 Bluetooth® 将关闭，您需要将手表

设回 Bluetooth® 模式。

完成同步流程后，手表上的 Bluetooth® 将关闭。子表盘指针将返回进入

Bluetooth® 模式之前的位置。智能手机应用将指出同步流程是否成功。

低电池指示器

手表配有低压检测，指示更换电池的时间。将手表与智能手机同步期间，应用

固件更新

期间进行同步，下表盘指针将指示下载进度，从 0 移动到 100%。

步长调整

Timex Metropolitan+ 使用算法进行距离测量，这将基于您的高度和速度自动确

定步长。如果发现报告的距离与实际的行走或跑步距离不匹配，则可通过智能

手机应用校准距离最多 +/- 25%。通过应用的手表部分的距离调整选项完成。

防水防水

INDICATOR BATTERIJ BIJNA LEEG

Het horloge is uitgerust met detectie van lage spanning om aan te geven

wanneer het tijd is om de batterij te vervangen. Tijdens de synchronisatie

van het horloge met de smartphone waarschuwt de applicatie de

gebruiker dat de batterij spoedig vervangen moet worden. Het horloge

geeft ook aan dat de batterij bijna leeg is aan de hand van de beweging

van de secondewijzer. De secondewijzer beweegt om de 2 seconden in

stappen van 2 seconden tot de batterij is vervangen. Om de batterij nog

langer te laten meegaan tot deze wordt vervangen, werkt de INDIGLO®

nachtverlichting pas weer nadat de batterij is vervangen. De functie voor

het volgen van activiteiten blijft werken tot de batterij helemaal leeg is, maar

nieuwe gegevens worden niet opgeslagen.

BATTERIJ VERVANGEN

Voordat u de batterij vervangt, wordt aanbevolen dat u het horloge

met de telefoon synchroniseert om te verzekeren dat u alle laatste

activiteitsgegevens uit het horloge heeft gehaald. Nadat de batterij

is vervangen, kalibreert het horloge de kleine wijzers automatisch. Na

de automatische kalibratie wijst de bovenste kleine wijzer naar “OFF”

(uit) en staat de onderste kleine wijzer op NUL. De functie voor het

volgen van activiteiten is uit. U moet de middelste wijzer afstellen en het

horloge synchroniseren met de smartphone-applicatie. Druk op knop A

en de bovenste kleine wijzer gaat naar het Bluetooth®-symbool. Voer de

synchronisatie van het horloge en de smartphone-applicatie uit. Nadat het

horloge is gesynchroniseerd met de smartphone, kan de functie voor het

volgen van activiteiten worden geactiveerd.

HET HORLOGE OPBERGEN

De voeding kan van het horloge worden verwijderd als u het wilt opbergen.

Trek de kroon naar buiten naar de buitenste stand. De uur-, minuut- en

secondewijzers stoppen onmiddellijk en de functie voor het volgen van

activiteiten werkt helemaal niet meer na 30 minuten met de kroon in

deze stand.

FIRMWARE-UPDATE

Wanneer updates voor de smartphone-applicatie bekend worden gemaakt,

ontvangt u een kennisgeving via uw smartphone-applicatie. Terwijl de

synchronisatie met de update plaatsvindt, geeft de onderste kleine wijzer de

voortgang van de download aan en gaat van 0 naar 100%.

STAPLENGTE AFSTELLEN

De Timex Metropolitan+ maakt gebruik van een algoritme voor

afstandsmetingen dat uw staplengte automatisch bepaalt op grond van

uw lengte en snelheid. Als u ziet dat de gerapporteerde afstand niet

overeenkomt met de werkelijke (hard)gelopen afstand, kunt u de afstand

kalibreren met maximaal +/- 25% via de smartphone-applicatie. Dit wordt

gedaan met de afstandafsteloptie op het horlogegedeelte van de applicatie.

1. Het horloge is alleen waterbestendig zo lang het glas, de drukknoppen en

UW HORLOGE STARTEN

Om uw horloge te starten haalt u de plastic bescherming onder de kroon

weg, stelt u de tijd in en drukt u de kroon vervolgens in de gesloten stand.

U moet het horloge synchroniseren met de smartphone-applicatie om

de functie voor het volgen van activiteiten te activeren. Druk op knop A

en de bovenste kleine wijzer gaat naar het Bluetooth®-symbool. Voer de

synchronisatie van het horloge en de smartphone-applicatie uit. Nadat het

horloge gesynchroniseerd is met de smartphone, is de functie voor het

volgen van activiteiten gereed voor gebruik.

TIJD INSTELLEN

OPMERKING: De kroon van het horloge heeft vier standen: één tijdelijke

drukstand die gebruikt wordt om de INDIGLO®nachtverlichting te activeren,

en drie indexeerstanden: gesloten, middelste en buitenste. Om bekend te

raken met het verschil tussen de verschillende standen, trekt u de kroon

naar de buitenste stand en drukt u vervolgens lichtjes op de kroon totdat

u hem in de middelste stand voelt klikken. De tijd instellen: Trek de

kroon naar de buitenste stand en draai hem totdat de juiste tijd wordt

weergegeven. Zodra de wijzerplaat de juiste tijd aangeeft, brengt u

de kroon terug naar de gesloten stand.

INDIGLO®NACHTVERLICHTING:

Druk op de kroon om de INDIGLO®nachtverlichting te activeren. Het licht

blijft 2-3 seconden aan nadat u de kroon heeft losgelaten.

4E MIDDELSTE WIJZER AFSTELLEN:

Een verkeerd ingestelde 4e middelste wijzer bijstellen:

1. Trek de kroon naar buiten naar de buitenste stand. De bovenste en

onderste wijzer draaien tegen de klok in en worden automatisch

gekalibreerd. De 4e middelste wijzer draait maximaal één omwenteling

en stopt bij 12 uur.

2. Als de 4e middelste wijzer dan niet naar 12 uur wijst, drukt u op knop A

om de wijzer met de klok mee te draaien totdat deze naar 12 uur wijst.

Als u knop A ingedrukt houdt, draait de wijzer snel.

3. Druk de kroon naar de gesloten stand wanneer u klaar bent.

MODUSSELECTIE

Druk op knop A om de bovenste wijzer naar de gewenste functie te brengen.

OPMERKING: De modus kan alleen worden veranderd als de kroon in de

gesloten stand is.

Stappen / Afstand: U kunt wisselen tussen de modus Stappen en Afstand

door op knop A te drukken.

Als de bovenste kleine wijzer op “S” staat, geeft de onderste kleine wijzer

het percentage van uw dagelijkse stappendoel weer dat momenteel is

bereikt, en de 4e middelste wijzer geeft het werkelijke aantal stappen

weer (in duizenden) dat u vandaag heeft gedaan, afgezet tegen de

schaal langs de buitenste rand van de wijzerplaat.

Als de bovenste kleine wijzer op “D” staat, geeft de onderste kleine wijzer

het percentage van uw dagelijkse afstandsdoel weer dat momenteel is

bereikt, en de 4e middelste wijzer geeft de werkelijke afstand weer

(in mijl of kilometer, zoals geselecteerd op de smartphone-applicatie) die

u heeft afgelegd, gebaseerd op uw activiteit vandaag, afgezet tegen de

schaal langs de buitenste rand van de wijzerplaat.

Bluetooth®-modus: Er hoeft niet gekoppeld te worden maar u moet het

horloge voorbereiden voor de synchronisatie.

Om naar de Bluetooth®-modus te gaan houdt u knop A ingedrukt tot de

bovenste wijzer naar het Bluetooth®-symbool op de bovenste schaal

wijst. Het horloge is nu gereed voor Bluetooth®-synchronisatie met de

smartphone-applicatie. Tijdens de synchronisatie gaan de onderste kleine

wijzer en de middelste wijzer naar nul maar de activiteit wordt nog steeds

gevolgd (aannemende dat dit niet “uit” was voordat u naar de Bluetooth®-

modus ging). Nadat de synchronisatie op de smartphone-applicatie is

voltooid, keren beide kleine wijzers terug naar de stand voordat u naar

de Bluetooth®-modus ging.

OFF-modus (uit): Desgewenst kunt u de functie voor het volgen van

activiteit uitzetten. De batterij gaat langer mee door minder energieverbruik

wanneer de functie voor het volgen van activiteiten buiten werking wordt

gesteld. Opmerking: het geheugen bewaart de gegevens van het volgen

van activiteiten voor de afgelopen 7 kalenderdagen. Wanneer u de modus

voor het volgen van activiteiten uitzet, wordt aangeraden dat u het horloge

en de smartphone-applicatie synchroniseert om verlies van gegevens over

het volgen van activiteiten te voorkomen.

Om naar de OFF-modus te gaan houdt u knop A ingedrukt tot de

bovenste wijzer naar OFF (uit) op de bovenste schaal wijst. Deze modus

stopt de functie voor het volgen van activiteiten tot u deze functie weer

wilt activeren. Om de functie voor het volgen van activiteiten weer te

activeren houdt u knop A ingedrukt tot de bovenste wijzer naar “S” op

de bovenste schaal wijst. Nu bent u in de modus Stappen met de functie

voor het volgen van activiteiten weer actief.

SYNCHRONISATIE VAN HET HORLOGE EN

DE SMARTPHONE-APPLICATIE

Het geheugen van het horloge bewaart de gegevens van het volgen van

activiteiten voor de afgelopen 7 kalenderdagen. U moet erop rekenen

dat u het horloge minstens om de 7 dagen moet synchroniseren met de

smartphone-applicatie om verlies van gegevens te voorkomen. Er worden

tijdens of na de synchronisatie met de smartphone-applicatie geen

gegevens gewist.

OPMERKING: Het horloge moet binnen 2 meter van uw smartphone zijn

voor optimale communicatie

Voordat u de synchronisatie start, moet u het horloge in de Bluetooth®-

modus zetten. De onderste kleine wijzer en de middelste wijzer gaan

naar nul.

Start de applicatie op uw smartphone en volg de instructies voor

synchronisatie met de mobiele telefoon. U moet de synchronisatie binnen

10 seconden op de smartphone starten; anders wordt de Bluetooth® op

het horloge uitgeschakeld en dan moet u het horloge eerst weer in de

Bluetooth®-modus plaatsen.

Nadat de synchronisatie is voltooid, wordt de Bluetooth®op het horloge

uitgeschakeld. Beide kleine wijzers keren terug naar de stand vóór

de Bluetooth®-modus. De smartphone-applicatie geeft aan of de

synchronisatie wel of niet geslaagd is.

COMMENT METTRE LA MONTRE EN MARCHE

Pour mettre votre montre en marche, retirez la bague de protection en

plastique située sous la couronne, réglez l’heure, puis enfoncez la couronne

en position fermée. Vous devrez synchroniser la montre avec l’application

de smartphone aﬁn d’activer la fonction de suivi d’activité. Appuyez sur

le bouton A et l’aiguille supérieure du sous-cadran se déplacera vers

le symbole Bluetooth®. Effectuez la synchronisation entre la montre et

l’application de smartphone. Une fois la montre synchronisée avec le

smartphone, la fonction de suivi d’activité est prête à l’emploi.

RÉGLAGE DE L’HEURE

REMARQUE : La couronne de la montre possède quatre positions : une

position provisoirement enfoncée aﬁn d’activer la veilleuse INDIGLO®, et trois

positions d’index : fermée, intermédiaire et extérieure. Pour vous familiariser

avec les différentes positions, tirez la couronne en position extrême et

poussez-la doucement jusqu’à ce qu’elle se place en position intermédiaire

par un clic. Pour régler l’heure : Tirez complètement la couronne et tournez

jusqu’à afﬁcher l’heure exacte. Une fois que le cadran afﬁche l’heure exacte,

remettez la couronne en position fermée.

VEILLEUSE INDIGLO® :

Appuyez sur la couronne pour activer la veilleuse INDIGLO®. La lumière

restera allumée pendant 2 à 3 secondes après avoir relâché la couronne.

RÉGLAGE DE LA 4ÈME AIGUILLE CENTRALE :

Pour réaligner la 4ème aiguille centrale :

1. Tirez la couronne pour le mettre en position extérieure. Les aiguilles

supérieure et inférieure se déplaceront dans le sens anti-horaire et seront

étalonnées automatiquement. La 4ème aiguille centrale fera un tour du

cadran, puis s'arrêtera en position 12 heures.

2. Si la 4ème aiguille centrale n’indique pas 12 heures, appuyez sur le

bouton A pour déplacer l’aiguille dans le sens horaire jusqu’à ce qu’elle

indique 12 heures. Appuyez sur le bouton A et maintenez-le enfoncé pour

faire avancer l’aiguille plus rapidement.

3. Enfoncez la couronne en position fermée pour valider.

SÉLECTION DU MODE

Appuyez sur le bouton A pour avancer l’aiguille supérieure sur la fonction

voulue.

REMARQUE : Il n’est pas possible d’avancer dans le mode à moins que la

couronne ne soit en position fermée.

Pas / Distance : Vous pouvez basculer entre les modes pas et distance en

appuyant sur le bouton A.

Si l’aiguille supérieure du sous-cadran est positionnée sur « S », l’aiguille

inférieure du sous-cadran afﬁchera le pourcentage de votre objectif de

pas journalier actuellement atteint et la 4ème aiguille centrale afﬁchera le

nombre de pas réels (en milliers) que vous avez effectué aujourd’hui, qui

seront comparés avec l’échelle située sur le bord extérieur du cadran.

Si l’aiguille supérieure du sous-écran est positionnée sur « D », l’aiguille

inférieure du sous-cadran afﬁchera le pourcentage de votre objectif

de distance journalier actuellement atteint et la 4ème aiguille centrale

afﬁchera la distance réelle (en milles ou kilomètres en fonction du choix

dans l’application de smartphone) que vous avez parcourue, en fonction

de votre activité du jour, qui seront comparés avec l’échelle située sur le

bord extérieur du cadran.

Mode Bluetooth®: Un jumelage n’est pas nécessaire, cependant vous

devez préparer votre montre pour le processus de synchronisation.

Pour entrer en mode Bluetooth®, maintenez le bouton A enfoncé

jusqu’à ce que l’aiguille supérieure pointe vers le symbole Bluetooth®

sur le cadran supérieure. La montre est maintenant prête pour la

synchronisation Bluetooth®avec l’application de smartphone. Pendant la

synchronisation, l’aiguille inférieure et l’aiguille centrale du sous-cadran

se déplaceront vers zéro, cependant le suivi d’activité est toujours activé

(s’il n’a pas été éteint avant d’entrer en mode Bluetooth®). Une fois le

processus de synchronisation terminé sur l’application de smartphone, les

deux aiguilles du sous-cadran retourneront dans la position qui précédait

l’entrée en mode Bluetooth®.

Mode éteindre : Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez éteindre la fonction de

suivi d’activité. L’autonomie sera prolongée, en raison d’une consommation

moindre en énergie, lorsque la fonction de suivi d’activité est suspendue.

Remarque : la mémoire peut enregistrer les données de suivi d’activité

des 7 derniers jours. Si vous éteignez le mode de suivi d’activité, il vous

est conseillé de synchroniser la montre et l’application de smartphone aﬁn

d’éviter la perte de toute donnée d’activité.

Pour entrer en mode éteindre, maintenez le bouton A enfoncé jusqu’à

ce que l’aiguille supérieure pointe vers OFF (éteindre) sur le cadran

supérieure. Ce mode suspendra la fonction de suivi d’activité jusqu’à

ce que vous souhaitiez le réactiver. Pour réactiver la fonction de suivi

d’activité, maintenez le bouton A enfoncé jusqu’à ce que l’aiguille

supérieure pointe vers « S » sur le cadran supérieure. Vous êtes

maintenant en mode pas avec la fonction de suivi d’activité de

nouveau activée.

SYNCHRONISATION ENTRE LA MONTRE

ET L’APPLICATION DE SMARTPHONE

La mémoire de votre montre peut enregistrer les données de suivi d’activité

des 7 derniers jours. Il vous est conseillé de planiﬁer une synchronisation

entre la montre et l’application de smartphone au minimum tous les 7 jours

aﬁn d’éviter la perte de données. Aucune donnée de suivi ne sera effacée

pendant, ou après la synchronisation avec l’application de smartphone.

REMARQUE : La montre doit être à moins de 2 mètres de votre

smartphone pour assurer une communication optimale

Pour débuter la synchronisation, préparez la montre en la mettant en

mode Bluetooth®. L’aiguille inférieure et l’aiguille centrale du sous-cadran

se déplaceront vers zéro.

Lancez l’application sur votre smartphone puis suivez les instructions

de synchronisation avec le téléphone mobile. Vous devez commencer

la procédure de synchronisation à partir du smartphone dans les 10

secondes, sinon a fonction Bluetooth®du smartphone sera désactivé et

vous devrez remettre la montre en mode Bluetooth®.

Une fois la procédure de synchronisation terminée, la fonction Bluetooth®

de la montre sera désactivée. Les deux aiguilles du sous-cadran

retourneront dans la position qui précédait l’entrée en mode Bluetooth®.

L’application de smartphone indiquera si la procédure de synchronisation

a réussi ou a échoué.

INDICATEUR DE DÉCHARGE DE LA PILE

Cette montre est équipée d’un détecteur faible en consommation, qui vous

indique qu’il est temps de remplacer la pile. Pendant la synchronisation

de la montre avec le smartphone, l’application avertira l’utilisateur que la

pile doit être bientôt remplacée. La montre indiquera aussi la décharge

de pile avec le mouvement de la seconde aiguille. La seconde aiguille se

déplacera toutes les 2 secondes par intervalles de 2 secondes, jusqu’à

ce que la pile soit remplacée. Pour économiser plus de batterie jusqu’à le

remplacement de la pile, la veilleuse INDIGLO®ne fonctionnera qu’une fois

la pile remplacée. La fonction de suivi d’activité restera active jusqu’à ce

que la pile soit complètement déchargée, cependant les données ne seront

pas enregistrées.

CHANGEMENT DE LA PILE

Avant de remplacer la pile, il vous est recommandé de vous

synchroniser avec le téléphone aﬁn de vous assurer d’avoir extrait les

dernières données d’activité de votre montre. Une fois la pile remplacée,

la montre étalonnera automatiquement les aiguilles du sous-cadran. Une

fois l’étalonnage automatique terminé, l’aiguille supérieure du sous-cadran

pointera vers « OFF » (éteindre) et l’aiguille inférieure du sous-cadran sera

smartphone. Appuyez sur le bouton A et l’aiguille supérieure du sous-cadran

la montre et l’application de smartphone. Une fois la montre synchronisée

avec le smartphone, la fonction de suivi d’activité est prête à l’emploi.

RANGER LA MONTRE

L’alimentation peut être retirée de la montre aﬁn de la ranger. Tirez la

couronne pour le mettre en position extérieure. Les aiguilles des heures,

minutes et secondes, cesseront immédiatement de fonctionner et la fonction

de suivi d’activité sera complètement inactive après 30 minutes lorsque la

couronne est dans cette position.

MISE À JOUR DU MICROLOGICIEL

Une fois qu’une mise à jour pour l’application de smartphone est disponible,

vous recevrez une notiﬁcation par l’intermédiaire de votre application de

smartphone. Pendant l’exécution de la synchronisation avec la mise à jour,

l’aiguille inférieure du sous-cadran indiquera l’avancée du téléchargement,

en se déplacement de 0 à 100 %.

RÉGLAGE DE LA LONGUEUR DE FOULÉE

La Timex Metropolitan+ utilise un algorithme pour calculer la distance

qui détermine automatiquement votre foulée, en fonction de votre taille

et vitesse. Si vous vous apercevez que la distance rapportée ne coïncide

pas avec votre distance réelle de marche ou de course, vous pouvez

étalonner la distance jusqu’à +/- 25 % par l’intermédiaire de l’application

de smartphone. Cela s’effectue avec l’option de réglage de distance dans

la section montre de l’application.

STARTEN DER UHR

Um die Uhr zu starten, entfernen Sie den Plastikschutz unter der Krone,

stellen Sie die Zeit ein und drücken Sie die Krone in die geschlossene

Position. Sie müssen die Uhr mit der Smartphone-App synchronisieren,

um die Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion zu aktivieren. Knopf A drücken und

der Zeiger des oberen kleinen Zifferblatts wird auf die Bluetooth®-Symbol

gesetzt. Die Synchronisierung der Uhr mit der Smartphone-App ausführen.

Sobald die Uhr mit dem Smartphone synchronisiert wurde, kann die

Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion verwendet werden.

EINSTELLEN DER UHRZEIT

HINWEIS: Die Uhrenkrone hat vier Positionen: eine temporäre Position,

mit der die INDIGLO®-Zifferblattbeleuchtung aktiviert wird, und drei

Rastpositionen: Geschlossen, Mitte und Außen. Zur Gewöhnung an die

unterschiedlichen Positionen die Krone zuerst in die Außenposition ziehen

und sie dann langsam zurückdrücken, bis sie in die Mittelposition einklickt.

Einstellen der Zeit: Die Krone ganz herausziehen und drehen, bis die

korrekte Zeit erscheint. Sobald das Zifferblatt die korrekte Uhrzeit anzeigt,

die Krone in die Geschlossen-Position zurückdrücken.

INDIGLO®-ZIFFERBLATTBELEUCHTUNG

Krone drücken, um die INDIGLO®-Zifferblattbeleuchtung zu aktivieren. Das

Licht bleibt 2-3 Sekunden nach Loslassen der Krone aktiviert.

EINSTELLEN DES 4. MITTLEREN ZEIGERS:

Der 4. mittlere Zeiger wird wie folgt eingestellt:

1. Die Krone auf die Außenposition herausziehen. Die oberen und unteren

Zeiger werden entgegen des Uhrzeigersinns versetzt und automatisch

kalibriert. Der 4. mittlere Zeiger macht eine volle Umdrehung und stoppt

bei 12 Uhr.

2. Sollte der 4. mittlere Zeiger nicht in die 12-Uhr-Stellung rücken, muss

er durch Drücken von Knopf A im Uhrzeigersinn in die 12-Uhr-Stellung

gedreht werden. Durch das Halten von Knopf A bewegt sich der Zeiger

schneller.

3. Nach Einstellung die Krone wieder hineindrücken.

MODUSAUSWAHL

Knopf A drücken, um den oberen kleinen Zeiger auf die gewünschte

Funktion zu setzen.

HINWEIS: Der Modus kann nur vorgerückt werden, wenn sich die Krone in

der Geschlossen-Position beﬁndet.

Schritte / Entfernung: Sie können zwischen den Stufen- und

Entfernungsmodi durch Drücken auf Knopf A wechseln.

Wenn der Zeiger des oberen kleinen Zifferblatts auf „S“ gesetzt ist,

entspricht der Zeiger des unteren kleinen Zifferblatts dem erreichten

Prozentsatz Ihres Tages-Schrittziels und der 4. mittlere Zeiger entspricht

bei Ablesung auf dem äußeren Rand des Zifferblatts der tatsächlichen,

heute zurückgelegten Anzahl von Schritten (in Tausenden).

Wenn der Zeiger des oberen kleinen Zifferblatts auf „D“ gesetzt ist,

entspricht der Zeiger des unteren kleinen Zifferblatts dem erreichten

Prozentsatz Ihres Tages-Schrittziels und der 4. mittlere Zeiger entspricht

bei Ablesung auf dem äußeren Rand des Zifferblatts der tatsächlichen,

heute zurückgelegten Entfernung (je nach Auswahl in der Smartphone-

App in Meilen oder Kilometern), wenn er auf dem äußeren Rand des

Zifferblattes abgelesen wird.

Bluetooth®-Modus: Eine Kopplung ist nicht erforderlich, die Uhr muss aber

für die Synchronisierung vorbereitet werden.

Zur Aktivierung des Bluetooth®-Modus Knopf A gedrückt halten, bis

der obere Zeiger auf dem oberen Zifferblatt auf das Bluetooth®-Symbol

zeigt. Die Uhr kann jetzt über Bluetooth®mit dem Smartphone-App

synchronisiert werden. Während der Synchronisierung wird der Zeiger

des unteren Zifferblatts und der mittlere Zeiger auf Null gesetzt, die

Aktivitätsverfolgung ist aber noch aktiv (es sei denn, dass sie vor

der Aktivierung des Bluetooth®-Modus ausgeschaltet war). Nach der

Synchronisierung auf der Smartphone-App kehren beide Zeiger der

kleinen Zifferblätter auf deren vorherige Positionen zurück.

AUS-Modus: Es ist möglich, die Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion zu

deaktivieren. Die Batterie wird aufgrund des geringeren Energiebedarfs

geschont, wenn die Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion ausgesetzt wird.

Beachten Sie, dass die Uhr die Aktivitätsverfolgungsdaten der letzten

7 Kalendertage speichert. Wenn Sie den Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Modus

ausschalten, sollten Sie die Uhr mit der Smartphone-App synchronisieren,

um einem Verlust von Aktivitätsverfolgungsdaten zu vermeiden.

Zur Aktivierung des AUS-Modus Knopf A gedrückt halten, bis der obere

Zeiger auf OFF (AUS) zeigt. Dieser Modus setzt die Aktivitätsverfolgungs-

Funktion aus, bis diese wieder aktiviert wird. Zur erneuten Aktivierung der

Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion Knopf A gedrückt halten, bis der Zeiger auf

dem oberen Zifferblatt auf „S“ zeigt. Jetzt ist der Schritte-Modus mit der

Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion wieder aktiviert.

SYNCHRONISIEREN DER UHR MIT DER

SMARTPHONE-APP

Die Uhr speichert die Aktivitätsverfolgungsdaten der letzten 7 Kalendertage.

Sie sollten die Synchronisierung der Uhr mit der Smartphone-App

mindestens alle 7 Tage planen, um einen Datenverlust zu vermeiden.

Während oder nach der Synchronisierung mit der Smartphone-App werden

keine Verfolgungsdaten gelöscht.

HINWEIS: Die Uhr darf höchstens 2 m von Ihrem Smartphone entfernt

sein, um eine optimale Kommunikation zu gewährleisten

Die Uhr in den Bluetooth®-Modus setzen, um die Synchronisierung zu

starten. Der Zeiger des unteren kleinen Zifferblatts und der mittlere Zeiger

werden auf Null gesetzt.

Die App auf Ihrem Smartphone starten und die Anweisungen zur

Synchronisierung mit dem Handy befolgen. Der Synchronisierungsvorgang

mit dem Smartphone muss innerhalb von 10 Sekunden gestartet werden,

um eine Deaktivierung der Bluetooth®-Funktion der Uhr zu vermeiden. In

diesem Fall muss der Bluetooth®-Modus der Uhr erneut aktiviert werden.

Nach Abschluss der Synchronisierung wird Bluetooth auf der Uhr

deaktiviert. Beide Zeiger der kleinen Zifferblätter werden auf deren

vorherigen Positionen zurückgesetzt. Die Smartphone-App zeigt den

Erfolg der Synchronisierung an.

ANZEIGE FÜR SCHWACHE BATTERIE

Die Uhr ist mit einer Unterspannungserkennung ausgerüstet, die

anzeigt, wann die Batterie ausgewechselt werden sollte. Während der

Synchronisierung der Uhr mit dem Smartphone wird der Anwender über

die App informiert, dass die Batterie bald ausgewechselt werden muss.

Die Uhr zeigt ebenfalls den niedrigen Batteriestand durch die Bewegung

des Sekundenzeiger an. Der Sekundenzeiger rückt alle 2 Sekunden in

Abständen von 2 Sekunden vor, bis die Batterie ausgewechselt wird. Um

die Ladung der Batterie nicht weiter zu belasten, funktioniert die INDIGLO®

Zifferblattbeleuchtung in diesem Fall nicht, bis die Batterie ausgewechselt

wird. Die Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion verbleibt aktiv, bis die Batterie

vollkommen aufgebraucht ist, es werden aber keine neuen Daten mehr

gespeichert.

AUSWECHSELN DER BATTERIE

Vor dem Auswechseln der Batterie sollten Sie das Handy

synchronisieren, um zu gewährleisten, dass alle Aktivitätsdaten von

der Uhr heruntergeladen wurden. Nach dem Auswechseln der Batterie

kalibriert die Uhr automatisch die Zeiger auf den kleinen Zifferblättern. Nach

der automatischen Kalibrierung zeigt der obere keine Zeiger auf „OFF“

(Aus) und der untere kleine Zeiger auf NULL. Die Aktivitätsverfolgungs-

Funktion ist deaktiviert. Sie müssen den mittleren Zeiger einstellen und

die Uhr mit der Smartphone-App synchronisieren. Knopf A drücken und

der Zeiger des oberen kleinen Zifferblatts wird auf die Bluetooth®-Symbol

gesetzt. Die Synchronisierung der Uhr mit der Smartphone-App ausführen.

Sobald die Uhr mit dem Smartphone synchronisiert wurde, kann die

Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion aktiviert werden.

DIE UHR LAGERN

Der Energieverbrauch der Uhr kann für Lagerzwecke gestoppt werden.

Die Krone auf die Außenposition herausziehen. Die Stunden-, Minuten-

und Sekundenzeiger stellen umgehend den Betrieb ein und die

Aktivitätsverfolgungs-Funktion wird nach 30 Minuten mit der Krone

in dieser Position deaktiviert.

FIRMWARE-UPDATE

Wenn Updates für die Smartphone-App bereitgestellt werden, werden

Sie über Ihre Smartphone-App entsprechend informiert. Wenn die

Synchronisierung zeitgleich mit dem Update stattﬁndet, zeigt der untere

kleine Zeiger den Fortschritt des Downloads von 0 % bis 100 % an.

EINSTELLEN DER SCHRITTLÄNGE

Die Timex Metropolitan+ errechnet automatisch Ihre Schrittlänge auf

Grundlage eines Algorithmus für Entfernungsmessung, der Ihre Körpergröße

und Geschwindigkeit heranzieht. Wenn Sie feststellen, dass die gemeldete

Entfernung nicht Ihrem tatsächlichen Geh- oder Laufpensum entspricht,

können Sie die Entfernung bis zu +/- 25 % über die App einstellen.

Dies wird über die Optionen zur Anpassung der Entfernung im Uhrenbereich

der App vorgenommen.

ACHTUNG: DAMIT WASSERBESTÄNDIGKEIT GEWÄHRLEISTET IST, UNTER

WASSER KEINE KNÖPFE DRÜCKEN.

1. Die Uhr ist nur wasserdicht, solange Glas, Knöpfe und Gehäuse intakt

sind.

COME AVVIARE L’OROLOGIO

Per avviare l’orologio, rimuovere dalla corona la protezione di plastica,

impostare l’ora e premere la corona in dentro, nella posizione chiusa. Per

attivare la funzione di monitoraggio dell’attività è necessario sincronizzare

l’orologio con l’applicazione per smartphone. Premere il pulsante A e la

lancetta del quadrante secondario superiore si sposterà sul simbolo del

Bluetooth®. Eseguire la sincronizzazione dell’orologio e dell’applicazione

per smartphone. Dopo aver sincronizzato l’orologio con lo smartphone, la

funzione di monitoraggio dell’attività è pronta per l’uso.

IMPOSTAZIONE DELL’ORA

NOTA: la corona dell’orologio ha quattro posizioni: una posizione di

pressione temporanea utilizzata per attivare la luce notturna INDIGLO®

e tre posizioni di indicizzazione: chiusa, media ed esterna. Per abituarsi alla

differenza fra le varie posizioni, estendere la corona alla sua posizione più

esterna, quindi spingerla molto leggermente ﬁnché non la si sente scattare

nella posizione intermedia. Per impostare l’ora Estrarre la corona nella sua

posizione esterna e girarla ﬁnché non viene mostrata l’ora giusta. Quando

il quadrante riﬂette l’ora corretta, riportare la corona nella posizione chiusa.

LUCE NOTTURNA INDIGLO®

Premere la corona per attivare la luce notturna INDIGLO®. La luce rimane

accesa per 2-3 secondi dopo aver rilasciato la corona.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA QUARTA LANCETTA CENTRALE

Per regolare di nuovo una quarta lancetta centrale allineata erroneamente:

1. Estrarre la corona nella posizione esterna. Le lancette superiore e inferiore

si spostano in senso antiorario e si regolano automaticamente. La quarta

lancetta centrale fa un giro e si ferma sulle ore 12.00.

2. Se la quarta lancetta centrale non è puntata sulle ore 12.00, premere il

pulsante A per spostare la lancetta in senso antiorario ﬁnché non punta

sulle ore 12.00. Se il pulsante A viene tenuto premuto, la lancetta si

muove rapidamente.

3. Al completamento della regolazione, spingere la corona nella posizione

chiusa.

SELEZIONE DELLA MODALITÀ

Premere il pulsante A per fare avanzare la lancetta superiore sulla funzione

desiderata.

NOTA: la modalità non può essere fatta avanzare a meno che la corona non

sia nella posizione chiusa.

Steps/Distance (Passi/Distanza): è possibile passare dalla modalità Steps

(Passi) alla modalità Distance (Distanza) premendo il pulsante A.

Se la lancetta del quadrante secondario superiore è sulla “S”, la lancetta

del quadrante secondario inferiore riﬂette la percentuale dell’obiettivo di

passi giornalieri attualmente raggiunto e la quarta lancetta centrale riﬂette

il numero effettivo di passi (in migliaia) compiuti nella giornata odierna,

confrontato con la scala lungo il bordo esterno del quadrante.

Se la lancetta del quadrante secondario superiore è sulla “D”, la lancetta

del quadrante secondario inferiore riﬂette la percentuale dell’obiettivo

di distanza giornaliera attualmente raggiunto e la quarta lancetta

centrale riﬂette la distanza effettiva (in miglia o in chilometri, a seconda

della selezione effettuata sull’applicazione per smartphone) che è stata

raggiunta, in base all’attività odierna, confrontata con la scala lungo

il bordo esterno del quadrante.

Modalità Bluetooth®: non è richiesto alcun accoppiamento, ma è necessario

preparare l’orologio per il processo di sincronizzazione.

Per entrare in modalità Bluetooth®, premere il pulsante A e tenerlo

premuto ﬁno a quando la lancetta superiore sarà puntata sul simbolo

del Bluetooth®nel quadrante superiore. Ora l’orologio è pronto per la

sincronizzazione del Bluetooth®con l’applicazione per smartphone.

Durante la sincronizzazione, la lancetta del quadrante secondario inferiore

e la lancetta centrale si spostano su zero, ma il monitoraggio dell’attività

è ancora attivo (presupponendo che non fosse “disattivato” prima di

entrare in modalità Bluetooth®). Una volta completato il processo di

sincronizzazione sull’applicazione per smartphone, entrambe le lancette

del quadrante secondario tornano nelle rispettive posizioni prima di

entrare in modalità Bluetooth®.

Modalità OFF: se lo si desidera, è possibile disattivare la funzione di

monitoraggio dell’attività. Quando la funzione di monitoraggio dell’attività

è sospesa, la durata della batteria si allunga in virtù del minore fabbisogno

energetico. Si prega di notare che la memoria dell’orologio conserva i dati

di monitoraggio dell’attività per gli ultimi 7 giorni di calendario. Quando si

disattiva la modalità di monitoraggio dell’attività, si consiglia di sincronizzare

l’orologio e l’applicazione per smartphone, in modo da evitare perdite dei

dati di monitoraggio dell’attività.

Per entrare nella modalità OFF, premere il pulsante A e tenerlo premuto

ﬁno a quando la lancetta superiore sarà puntata su OFF nel quadrante

superiore. Questa modalità sospenderà la funzione di monitoraggio

dell’attività ﬁno al momento in cui si desidererà riattivarla. Per riattivare

la modalità di monitoraggio dell’attività, premere il pulsante A e tenerlo

premuto ﬁno a quando la lancetta superiore sarà puntata su “S” nel

quadrante superiore. A questo punto si è in modalità Steps (Passi),

con la funzione di monitoraggio dell’attività nuovamente attiva.

SINCRONIZZAZIONE DELL’OROLOGIO E

DELL’APPLICAZIONE PER SMARTPHONE

La memoria dell’orologio conserva i dati di monitoraggio dell’attività per

gli ultimi 7 giorni di calendario. Per evitare perdite di dati è opportuno

pianiﬁcare una sincronizzazione dell’orologio con l’applicazione per

smartphone almeno ogni 7 giorni. Nessun dato di monitoraggio sarà

eliminato durante o dopo la sincronizzazione con l’applicazione per

smartphone.

NOTA: per una comunicazione ottimale, l’orologio non deve essere a più

di 2 metri di distanza dallo smartphone

Per avviare la sincronizzazione, preparare l’orologio impostandolo in

modalità Bluetooth®. La lancetta del quadrante secondario inferiore

e la lancetta centrale si spostano su zero.

Avviare l’applicazione sullo smartphone e seguire le istruzioni per la

sincronizzazione con il telefono cellulare. È necessario avviare il processo

di sincronizzazione dallo smartphone entro 10 secondi, altrimenti il

Bluetooth®sull’orologio viene disattivato ed è necessario reimpostare

l’orologio in modalità Bluetooth®.

Una volta completato il processo di sincronizzazione, il Bluetooth®

sull’orologio viene disattivato. Le due lancette del quadrante secondario

tornano nelle posizioni che rispettivamente occupavano prima di entrare

in modalità Bluetooth®. L’applicazione per smartphone segnala se il

processo di sincronizzazione è stato completato correttamente o se

è fallito.

INDICATORE DI BASSA CARICA DELLA BATTERIA

L’orologio è dotato di un rilevatore di bassa tensione che indica quando è

il momento di sostituire la batteria. Durante la sincronizzazione dell’orologio

con lo smartphone, l’applicazione avverte l’utente che la batteria deve

essere sostituita entro poco tempo. L’orologio, inoltre, segnala la bassa

carica della batteria con il movimento della seconda lancetta. La seconda

lancetta si sposta una volta ogni 2 secondi, a incrementi di 2 secondi, ﬁno

a quando la batteria non sarà stata sostituita. Per risparmiare ulteriormente

l’energia della batteria ﬁno alla sua sostituzione, la luce notturna INDIGLO®

non funzionerà ﬁno a quando la batteria non sarà stata sostituita. La funzione

di monitoraggio dell’attività rimarrà attiva ﬁno al completo esaurimento della

batteria, ma i nuovi dati non saranno memorizzati.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA

Prima di sostituire la batteria, si raccomanda di eseguire la

sincronizzazione al telefono per assicurarsi di aver recuperato

dall’orologio tutti i dati dell’attività più recenti. Dopo aver sostituito la

batteria, l’orologio regolerà automaticamente le lancette del quadrante

secondario. Al termine del processo di regolazione automatica, la

lancetta del quadrante secondario superiore sarà puntata su “OFF” e la

lancetta del quadrante secondario inferiore sarà posizionata su ZERO.

La funzione di monitoraggio dell’attività sarà disattivata. Sarà necessario

regolare la lancetta centrale e sincronizzare l’orologio con l’applicazione

per smartphone. Premere il pulsante A e la lancetta del quadrante

secondario superiore si sposterà sul simbolo del Bluetooth®. Eseguire la

sincronizzazione dell’orologio e dell’applicazione per smartphone. Dopo aver

sincronizzato l’orologio con lo smartphone, è possibile attivare la funzione di

monitoraggio dell’attività.

CONSERVAZIONE DELL’OROLOGIO

Se l’orologio deve essere riposto per la conservazione, è possibile

rimuoverne l’alimentazione. Estrarre la corona nella posizione esterna. Le

lancette delle ore, dei minuti e dei secondi si arrestano immediatamente e la

funzione di monitoraggio dell’attività diventa completamente inattiva dopo 30

minuti che la corona si trova in questa posizione.

AGGIORNAMENTO DEL FIRMWARE

Quando saranno rilasciati aggiornamenti dell’applicazione per smartphone,

si riceverà una notiﬁca tramite la propria applicazione. Durante l’esecuzione

della sincronizzazione con l’aggiornamento, la lancetta del quadrante

secondario inferiore mostra il livello di avanzamento del download,

spostandosi da 0 a 100%.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA LUNGHEZZA DEL PASSO

Timex Metropolitan+ utilizza un algoritmo per la misurazione della distanza

che determina automaticamente il passo in funzione dell’altezza e della

velocità dell’utilizzatore dell’orologio. Se si ritiene che la distanza misurata

non corrisponda alla distanza effettiva percorsa camminando o correndo,

è possibile adattare la distanza ﬁno a +/- 25% tramite l’applicazione per

smartphone. Questa operazione è effettuata con l’opzione di regolazione

della distanza, nella sezione dell’applicazione dedicata all’orologio.

腕時計をスタートさせる

腕時計をスタートさせるには、リューズの下からプラスチックのガードを外した後、時

刻を合わせてリューズを閉じた位置に押し込みます。活動追跡機能を作動させるに

は、時計をスマホのアプリに同期させる必要があります。ボタン A を押すと、上方

サブダイヤル針が ®記号まで移動します。時計とスマホのアプリを同期させます。時

計をスマホのアプリと同期させると、活動追跡機能を使用することができます。

時刻の設定

注：時計のリューズには、INDIGLO® ナイトライトを作動させるために一時的に押す

位置が 1 つ、そして閉、中間、外側という 3 つの指標位置の合計 4 つの位置が

あります。各位置の違いに慣れるため、リューズを外側の位置まで引き出した後、

軽く押してカチッと中間の位置にはまる感触を覚えてください。

時間の設定：リューズを外側の位置まで引き出し、正しい時刻が示されるまで回し

ます。文字盤が正しい時刻を示したら、リューズを閉位置に押し込みます。

INDIGLO® ナイトライト

リューズを押して INDIGLO® ナイトライトを作動させます。ナイトライトは、リューズ

から指を離してから 2～3 秒間点灯します。

第 4 中央針の調整：

ずれた第 4 中央針を再調整するには：

1. リューズを外側の位置まで引き出します。上方針と下方針が反時計回りに回り、

自動的に校正されます。第 4 中央針は 1 回転し、12 時の位置で停止します。

2. 第 4 中央針が 12 時を示さない場合は、ボタン A を押して、針が 12 時を示

すまで移動させます。ボタン A を押したままでいると針の回転が速くなります。

3. 終了したらリューズを内側の位置まで押し込みます。

モード選択

ボタン A を押して上方針を必要な機能まで進めます。

注：リューズを閉位置に押し戻さない限りモードを進めることはできません。

ステップ / 距離：ステップと距離のモードはボタン A を押して切り替えることがで

きます。

上方サブダイヤルの針が “S” に位置していれば、文字盤外周部にあるスケール

と比較して、下方サブダイヤルは現在達成された毎日のステップゴールに対す

るパーセント割合を反映し、第 4 中央針は今日歩行した実際のステップ数

(千単位) を反映します。

上方サブダイヤルが “D” に位置していれば、文字盤外周部にあるスケールと比

較して、下方サブダイヤルは現在達成された毎日のステップゴールに対するパー

セント割合を反映し、第 4 中央針は達成した実際の距離 (スマホのアプリに応

じてマイルまたはキロメートル単位) を反映します。

Bluetooth®モード：ペアリングは必要ありませんが、時計を同期させるよう準備しな

ければなりません。

Bluetooth® モードに入るには、上方針が上方ダイヤルにある Bluetooth® の記

号を指し示すまでボタン A を押したままでいます。これで時計をスマホのアプリ

と Bluetooth® 同期させる準備ができました。同期中は下方サブダイヤル針はゼ

ロに移動しますが、活動追跡機能は作動したままです (ただし Bluetooth® モー

ドに入る前に OFF になっていない場合)。スマホのアプリで同期操作が完了すれ

ば、両方のサブダイヤルの針は Bluetooth® モードに入る前の位置に戻ります。

OFF モード：希望する場合は、追跡機能を停止させることができます。活動追跡

機能を作動させない場合は、エネルギー消費量が少なくなるので電池寿命が延長

されます。重要：この時計のメモリには 7 日間の活動追跡データが保存されます。

活動追跡機能モードを停止させる場合は、データを消失させないために、時計とス

マホのアプリを同期させるようにしてください。

OFF モードに入るには、上方針が上方ダイヤルにある Bluetooth® の記号を指

し示すまでボタン A を押したままでいます。このモードでは、活動追跡機能が

再作動されるまで停止しています。活動追跡機能を再作動させるには、上方針

が上方ダイヤルにある “S” を指し示すまでボタン A を押したままでいます。こ

れで、活動追跡モードが再度作動し、ステップモードに入ります。

時計とスマホのアプリとの同期

この時計のメモリには最近 7 日間の活動追跡データが保存されます。データを消

失させないためには、少なくとも 7 日ごとに時計とスマホのアプリを同期させるよ

うにしてください。スマホのアプリとの同期中そしてその後では追跡データは消去

されません。

注：最適なコミュニケーションのためには、時計はスマホから 2 m 以内の距離に

置かなければなりません。

同期をさせるにはまず、時計を Bluetooth® モードにします。下方サブダイヤル

と中央針がゼロ位置に移動します。

スマホでアプリを起動し、スマホとの同期説明に従います。スマホから 10 秒以

内で同期操作を開始しないと、時計の Bluetooth® 機能が停止してしまい、時

計を再度 Bluetooth® モードに設定し直さなければなりません。

同期操作が完了したら、時計の Bluetooth® 機能を停止させます。両サブダイ

ヤルの針は Bluetooth® モードに入る前の位置に戻ります。スマホのアプリが同

期操作の完了/失敗を示します。

電池残量低インジケータ

この時計には電池交換時を示す低電圧検出機能があります。時計とスマホとの同

期操作中に、スマホのアプリが早めに電池交換するよう知らせることがあります。こ

の時計はまた、秒針の移動によって電池残量が低いことを示します。秒針が電池

が交換されるまで 2 秒刻みで移動します。電池残量節約のため、電池が交換され

るまで INDIGLO® ナイトライト機能は停止します。電池残量が完全になくなるまで

活動追跡機能は作動しますが、データは保存されません。

電池交換

電池交換の前に、スマホと同期させ時計から最近の活動データを回収しているこ

とを確認することを推奨します。電池交換後に時計は、サブダイヤル針を自動的

に校正します。自動校正が終了すると、上方サブダイヤル針は “OFF” 位置を示し、

下方サブダイヤル針はゼロを示します。活動追跡機能は停止します。中央針を調

整し、また時計とスマホのアプリを同期させる必要があります。ボタン A を押すと、

上方サブダイヤル針が Bluetooth®記号まで移動します。時計とスマホのアプリを

同期させます。時計をスマホと同期させると活動追跡機能が作動します。

腕時計の保管

時計を保管する際には電力消費を止めることができます。リューズを外側の位置ま

で引き出します。リューズをこの位置にすると、時針、分針、秒針が直ちに止まり、

また活動追跡機能は 30 分後に完全に停止します。

ファームウェア更新

スマホのアプリの更新情報が公開されれば、そのスマホのアプリを通じて通知され

ます。更新時に同期がとられると、下方サブダイヤル針がダウンロード進行を

0～100% で示します。

歩幅調整
