1 Intended Purpose
1.1 General
The remote controlled SFM-1000H uses electronic motors and gears for massaging feet, ankles and
calves.
The Shiatsu massage with heating function imitates a strong, stimulating massage as a means of
alleviating muscular strains and pains, as well as promoting relaxation. The kneading and vibration goes
deep into the muscle layers, leaving you rejuvenated and relaxed. It can be used to stimulate meridians
and enhance blood circulation.
A wonderful way to relieve stress, sore and tired feet. It helps to tone and beautify your legs.
1.2 Shiatsu foot massage
The translation of the Japanese word ‘Shiatsu’ is ‘finger pressure’.
The primary aim of Shiatsu is to promote energy flow, which serves to enhance circulation of blood,
lymphatic fluid etc. It rebalances the digestive, circulatory, respiratory, nervous and immune systems,
which become unbalanced as your body redirects resources to deal with everyday stress.
In Shiatsu, the practitioner stimulates and balances the body through applying pressure and massaging
acupuncture points and meridians.
This stimulates the body's self healing capability and helps to maintain or regain health.
The SFM-1000 Shiatsu Feet Massager has rotating massage heads which imitates the pressure and
kneading motions of a real Shiatsu feet massage.
1.3 Magnetic fields
According to the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine, the different acupuncture points distributed on
the sole correlate with health condition of different human organs. Based on this theory, the ball bearing
of the foot massager is equipped with strong magnets on the surface. It can achieve a strong stimulation
and magnetic therapeutic effect on the acupuncture points on the sole. At the same time, the built-in
infrared heat therapy will promote blood circulation of your feet.
2 Safety advice
2.1 General
• Always read the safety instructions carefully and keep this user guide for future reference.
• Follow the basic safety precautions for all electronic equipment when using this product.
• The device is only for private use and is not intended for medical or commercial purposes. If you
have any concern regarding your health, consult your doctor before using this product.
• Do not use this massager for any other purpose other than described in this user guide.
• This product is not a toy. Don’t let children play with it.
• This unit is not waterproof. Don't expose this product to rain or moisture.
• Do not leave the product unattended when plugged in. Unplug the product immediately from the
main power after use.
• Do not place the device on delicate surfaces, as otherwise the zip fastener could potentially
damage the surface.
• Make sure that the appliance is not too close to heat sources such as ovens, radiators or direct
sunlight.
The device is only intended for the purpose described in this user guide. The
manufacturer cannot be held liable for personal injuries or damages occurring as a
result of inappropriate or careless use.

2.2 Electric shock
• Do not operate this product when the cord or plug is damaged.
• Do not use the product if it is not working properly, dropped or damaged.
• Repairs to electrical appliances must only be carried out by qualified persons. Incorrect repairs can
lead to considerable danger for the user. In the event of repairs, please contact our customer
service or an authorized dealer.
• Don't disassemble this product. It doesn't contain parts that can be repaired by the user.
• Do not connect other attachments, as the power adapter, than the one supplied with the product.
• Do not drop or insert object into any opening.
• Do not place the basic unit in a damp room and at a distance of less than 1.5 m away from a water
source.
• Do not use the product for more than 15 minutes at a time. Extensive use could lead to the
product’s excessive heating and shorter lifetime.
• Don't disassemble this product. It doesn't contain parts that can be repaired by the user.
• Never use the appliance during a thunderstorm.
• Do not use the massager under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire,
electrocution and injuries to person.
• Do not disconnect power during operation.
2.3 Massage precautions
• It is not allowed to use the massager:
– On young children under the age of 16.
– On persons suffering from a herniated disk or from abnormal changes to the vertebra.
– Not in case of cardiovascular diseases and headaches.
– Not in the case of swelling, burns, inflammation, open wounds, fresh wounds, hematomas,
bleeding or other injuries to the back or legs.
– During pregnancy.
– After taking medication or consuming alcohol (reduced levels of awareness).
– On a person with insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation.
– If you are fitted with a cardiac pacemaker, implant or other aid. Individuals with pacemaker
should consult their doctor before use.
– If you suffer from any of the following: common cold accompanied by fever, varicose veins,
thrombosis, phlebitis, jaundice, diabetes, nervous system diseases (e.g. sciatica), tuberculosis,
tumours, hemorrhoids, bruises or acute inflammation.
– Not in case of pains of unclarified origin.
• Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near invalids or disabled persons.
• Do not use on this product before sleeping. The massage has a stimulating effect and can delay
sleep.
• When the unit is working, do not touch the spinning massage mechanism.
• Only gentle force should be exerted against the unit in order to eliminate any/all risk of injury.
• If the fabric covering the massage mechanism becomes torn or damages, discontinue use.
• Never put any body part (fingers or hands) inside the interior of the unit.
• Do not stand or sit on the massager.
• If severe or abnormal pain is felt during massage, stop operation immediately and consult your
doctor.
• Some users may experience itch on their feet during and after the massage. This is normal
because it is the result of improved blood circulation.

• Plug one end of the power adaptor (24V, 2,5A) into the adapter jack at
the left side of the massager.
• Plug the other end into the 230V main power socket.

Only use the power adapter supplied. Do not use other adapters, as this
may damage the device.

4.2 Remote control battery installation
• Open the battery compartment by sliding the cover away from the unit.
• Insert 2 AAA (1,5V) non-rechargeable batteries. Follow the polarity as illustrated.
• Re-install the battery cover.
5 Using the massager
a. Feet massage
• Choose a comfortable chair matching your stature.
• Put both feet into the massage slot.
b. Calves massage
• Choose a seat of a proper height.
• Put both calves into the massage slots.
c. Bracket
• Open or close the bracket on the bottom of the unit depending on your
sitting position.
d. Massage program
• Press the massage program button on the main unit to start the
massage.
• Press the massager repeatedly to switch between 3 different programs:
1. Rhythmic squeeze 1
2. Rhythmic squeeze 2
3. Continuous squeeze
• The massage program LED will illuminate.
On the remote control, you can directly select the desired program.
Press one of the massage program buttons (I, II or III).

Do not shortcircuit & dispose of in fire. Remove the battery if this device is not going
to be used for a long period.

6 Technical data
7 Cleaning
• Disconnect the device and allow it to cool down.
• Clean it with a soft cloth or slightly damp sponge.
• Never allow that water or any other liquid enters the device or accessories.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass polish or paint thinner to clean.
• The fabric, covering the massage mechanism, can be removed by carefully opening the zipper
(! the zipper is installed inverse to avoid injuries).
• Do not machine wash the fabric. Hand wash only. Do not wring or spin. Do not iron.
8Storage
• Do not wrap the power cord around the unit before storing.
• Store the unit in its original box and in a safe, dry and cool place. Store it out of the reach of
children.
• Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects as this might damage the unit.
9 Disposal of the device (environment)
At the end of the product lifecycle, you should not throw this product into the normal
household garbage but bring the product to a collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic equipments. The symbol on the product, user guide and/or box indicate this.
Some of the product materials can be re-used if you bring them to a recycling point. By re-
using some parts or raw materials from used products you make an important contribution
to the protection of the environment. Please contact your local authorities in case you need more
information on the collection points in your area.
d. Heat function
• Press the heating button on the main unit or remote control to activate
the infrared heating LED’s.
• Press the button again to stop the heating.
e. Shutting off
• Press the stop button on the main unit or remote control to stop the
massager.
• If you forgot to switch off the massager, there is a 15-minute auto shut-off
on the unit for your safety.
• When the massager is switched off, the massage mechanism will always
return to its initial position.
• Disconnect the unit from the main power.

10 Topcom warranty
10.1 Warranty period
The Topcom units have a 24-month warranty period. The warranty period starts on the day the new unit
is purchased.
Consumables or defects causing a negligible effect on operation or value of the equipment are not
covered.
The warranty has to be proven by presentation of the original purchase receipt, on which the date of
purchase and the unit-model are indicated.
10.2 Warranty handling
A faulty unit needs to be returned to a Topcom service centre including a valid purchase note.
If the unit develops a fault during the warranty period, Topcom or its officially appointed service centre
will repair any defects caused by material or manufacturing faults free of charge.
Topcom will at its discretion fulfill its warranty obligations by either repairing or exchanging the faulty
units or parts of the faulty units. In case of replacement, colour and model can be different from the
original purchased unit.
The initial purchase date shall determine the start of the warranty period. The warranty period is not
extended if the unit is exchanged or repaired by Topcom or its appointed service centres.
10.3 Warranty exclusions
Damage or defects caused by incorrect treatment or operation and damage resulting from use of non-
original parts or accessories not recommended by Topcom are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by outside factors, such as lightning, water and fire, nor
any damage caused during transportation.
No warranty can be claimed if the serial number on the units has been changed, removed or rendered
illegible.
This product is in compliance with the essential requirements and other
relevant provisions of the directive 2004/108/EC.

1 Bedoeld gebruik
1.1 Algemeen
De SFM-1000H werkt op afstandsbediening en masseert voeten, enkels en kuiten via elektronische
mechanismen en motoren.
De shiatsu-massage met verwarmingsfunctie bootst een stevige, stimulerende massage na. Ze verlicht
spierpijn en verrekkingen, en heeft een relaxerend effect. De knedende en trillende stimulansen gaan
tot diep in de spierlagen en bezorgen u een verkwikkend en ontspannen gevoel. U kunt het gebruiken
om meridianen te stimuleren en de bloedsomloop te verbeteren.
Een zalige manier om stress, pijnlijke en vermoeide voeten tegen te gaan. Het houdt uw benen in vorm
en zorgt dat ze er stralend uitzien.
1.2 Shiatsu-voetmassage
De vertaling van het Japanse woord ‘shiatsu’ is ‘vingerdruk’.
Shiatsu is vooral bedoeld om de energiestroom op te wekken die zorgt voor een betere circulatie van
het bloed, van het lymfevocht enz. Deze massagevorm brengt uw spijsverteringsstelsel, bloedsomloop,
ademhalingsstelsel, zenuwstelsel en immuunsysteem opnieuw in evenwicht wanneer deze verstoord
zijn omdat uw lichaam de beschikbare middelen herverdeelt om de dagelijkse stress te kunnen
verwerken.
Door druk uit te oefenen en door acupunctuurpunten en meridianen te masseren, stimuleert de shiatsu-
masseur het lichaam zodat het opnieuw in evenwicht komt.
Dit stimuleert de zelfhelende capaciteit van het lichaam en helpt om gezond te blijven of opnieuw gezond
te worden.
Het SFM-1000 shiatsu-voetmassageapparaat heeft roterende massagekoppen, zodat de druk- en
kneedbewegingen van een echte shiatsu-voetmassage geïmiteerd worden.
1.3 Magnetische velden
Volgens de principes van traditionele Chinese geneeskunde is er een verband tussen de verschillende
acupunctuurpunten op onze voetzolen en de gezondheid van verschillende organen. In navolging van
deze theorie is het bolvormige deel op het voetmassageapparaat op het oppervlak voorzien van
krachtige magneten. Het kan sterke stimulatie en een magnetisch, therapeutisch effect opwekken op de
acupunctuurpunten van de voetzolen. Op hetzelfde moment stimuleert ingebouwde warmtetherapie de
bloedsomloop van uw voeten.
2 Veiligheidsadvies
2.1 Algemeen
• Lees de veiligheidsinstructies altijd aandachtig en bewaar deze gebruiksaanwijzing voor eventueel
later gebruik.
• Houd u bij het gebruik van dit product aan de elementaire voorzorgsmaatregelen die gelden voor
alle elektronische apparaten.
• Het apparaat is enkel bestemd voor privégebruik, niet voor medische of commerciële doeleinden.
Hebt u enige twijfels over uw gezondheid, raadpleeg dan uw arts vooraleer het product te
gebruiken.
Het apparaat is enkel bestemd voor het gebruik beschreven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing.
De fabrikant kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor persoonlijke letsels of schade die
voortvloeit uit onaangepast of onvoorzichtig gebruik.

• Gebruik het massageapparaat niet voor een ander doel dan beschreven in de gebruiksaanwijzing.
• Dit product is geen speelgoed. Laat kinderen er niet mee spelen.
• Dit apparaat is niet waterbestendig. Stel het product niet bloot aan regen of vocht.
• Laat het product niet onbeheerd achter met de stekker in het stopcontact. Haal de stekker
onmiddellijk na gebruik uit het stopcontact.
• Plaats het toestel niet op delicate oppervlakken, de trekbevestiging zou het oppervlak kunnen
beschadigen.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet te dicht bij warmtebronnen staat zoals ovens, radiatoren of direct
zonlicht.
2.2 Elektrische schok
• Gebruik het product niet als de kabel of stekker beschadigd is.
• Gebruik het product niet als het niet correct werkt, als het gevallen of beschadigd is.
• Elektrische toestellen moeten altijd hersteld worden door een daartoe gekwalificeerd persoon.
Slechte reparaties kunnen leiden tot een aanzienlijk gevaar voor de gebruiker. Als een herstelling
nodig is, neemt u contact op met onze klantendienst of met een erkend verdeler.
• Demonteer dit product niet. Het bevat geen onderdelen die door de gebruiker kunnen worden
hersteld.
• Sluit geen andere accessoires (bv. stroomadapter) aan dan degene die met het product werden
geleverd.
• Steek geen voorwerpen in welke opening ook.
• Plaats het apparaat niet in een vochtige ruimte en op een afstand van minder dan 1,5 meter van
een waterbron.
• Gebruik het product niet langer dan 15 minuten per keer. Langer gebruik kan oververhitting
veroorzaken en hierdoor de levensduur van het product verkorten.
• Demonteer dit product niet. Het bevat geen onderdelen die door de gebruiker kunnen worden
hersteld.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit tijdens een onweer.
• Gebruik het massageapparaat niet onder een deken of kussen. Dit kan extra hitte veroorzaken met
brand, elektrocutie en lichamelijk letsel tot gevolg.
• Onderbreek de stroomtoevoer niet wanneer het apparaat in gebruik is.
2.3 Voorzorgsmaatregelen
• Het massageapparaat mag niet worden gebruikt:
– door kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar;
– door personen die last hebben van een hernia of abnormale veranderingen aan de wervels;
– door personen met een cardiovasculaire aandoening en hoofdpijn;
– bij zwellingen, brandwonden, ontstekingen, open wonden, nieuwe wonden, bloeduitstortingen,
bloedende of andere letsels aan de rug of de benen;
– tijdens de zwangerschap;
– na de inname van medicatie of alcohol (verminderd bewustzijn);
– door personen met een ongevoelige huid of met een slechte bloeddoorstroming;
– door personen met een pacemaker, een implantaat of enig ander hulpmiddel. Personen met
een pacemaker moeten hun arts raadplegen vooraleer het product te gebruiken;
– door personen met de volgende aandoeningen: gewone verkoudheid met koorts, spataders,
trombose, flebitis, geelzucht, diabetes, aandoeningen van het zenuwstelsel (bv. ischias),
tuberculose, tumor, aambeien, kneuzingen of acute ontsteking.
– bij enige pijn waarvan de oorzaak niet bekend is.

• Wanneer het apparaat gebruikt wordt door mindervaliden of personen met een handicap is degelijk
toezicht noodzakelijk.
• Gebruik dit product niet voor u gaat slapen. De massage heeft een stimulerend effect, waardoor u
eventueel moeilijk kunt inslapen.
• Raak het ronddraaiende massagemechanisme niet aan wanneer het apparaat in gebruik is.
• U mag enkel lichtjes drukken op het apparaat om eventuele/alle risico's van letsel weg te werken.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet wanneer de behuizing van het massagemechanisme gescheurd of
beschadigd raakt.
• Steek nooit enig lichaamsdeel (vingers of hand) in het apparaat.
• Sta of zit niet op het massagetoestel.
• Zet het gebruik van het apparaat onmiddellijk stop bij hevige pijn of buikpijn tijdens een massage
en neem contact op met uw arts.
• Sommige gebruikers kunnen jeuk ervaren aan hun voeten tijdens of na afloop van een massage.
Dit is een normaal gevolg van een verbeterde bloedsomloop.

4 Installatie
4.1 Aansluiting op het elektriciteitsnet.
4.2 Installatie van batterijen in de afstandsbediening
• Open het batterijvak door het afdekplaatje weg te schuiven.
• Plaats 2 niet-oplaadbare AAA-batterijen (1,5 V). Volg de in de illustratie aangegeven polariteit.
• Plaats het deksel weer op het batterijvak.
5 Het massagetoestel gebruiken
• Sluit een uiteinde van de stroomadapter (24 V, 2,5 A) aan op de adapter
jack aan de linkerkant van het massageapparaat.
• Sluit het andere uiteinde aan op het elektriciteitsnet van 230 V.
a. Voetmassage
• Kies een comfortabele stoel die bij uw lichaamslengte past.
• Plaats beide voeten in de massagegleuven.
b. Kuitmassage
• Kies een zitplaats op gepaste hoogte.
• Plaats beide kuiten in de massagegleuven.
c. Steun
• Klik de steun onderaan het apparaat omhoog of omlaag afhankelijk van
uw zithouding.
Gebruik alleen de meegeleverde stroomadapter. Gebruik geen andere
adapters, omdat deze het apparaat kunnen beschadigen.
Het wandstopcontact moet in de buurt en toegankelijk zijn.

Sluit de batterijen niet kort en gooi ze niet in het vuur. Verwijder de batterij als u het
toestel langere tijd niet gebruikt.

6 Technische gegevens
7 Reinigen
• Haal de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact en laat afkoelen.
• Reinig het apparaat met een zachte doek of een licht bevochtigde spons.
• Zorg ervoor dat er geen water of enige andere vloeistof in het apparaat of de accessoires
binnendringt.
• Gebruik nooit agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, borstels, benzine, petroleum, poetsmiddel voor glas
of verfverdunner om te reinigen.
• U kunt de stof rond het massagemechanisme verwijderen door de ritssluiting voorzichtig te openen
(! de ritssluiting is naar binnen geplaatst om kwetsuren te voorkomen).
• Was de stof niet in een wasmachine. Enkel handwas. Niet uitwringen of in een droogtrommel. Niet
strijken.
d. Massageprogramma
• Druk op de massageprogrammatoets op het hoofdtoestel om de
massage te starten.
• Druk herhaaldelijk op het massageapparaat om tussen de 3
verschillende programma's te wisselen:
1. Ritmisch knijpen 1
2. Ritmisch knijpen 2
3. Onophoudelijk knijpen
• De massageprogramma-LED zal oplichten.
Op de afstandsbediening kunt u rechtstreeks het gewenste programma
selecteren. Druk op een van de massageprogrammatoetsen (I, II of III).
d. Verwarmingsfunctie
• Druk op de verwarmingstoets op het hoofdtoestel of de
afstandsbediening om de infraroodverwarming-LED’s te activeren.
• Druk nogmaals op de toets om de verwarming uit te schakelen.
e. Uitschakelen
• Druk op de stoptoets op het hoofdtoestel of de afstandsbediening om het
massageapparaat uit te schakelen.
• Als u het massageapparaat vergeet uit te schakelen, schakelt het
zichzelf automatisch uit na 15 minuten, voor uw veiligheid.
• Wanneer het massageapparaat is uitgeschakeld, zal het
massagemechanisme altijd terugkeren naar de beginstand.
• Haal de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact.

9 Het toestel afvoeren (milieu)
Na afloop van de levenscyclus van het product mag u het niet met het normale
huishoudelijke afval weggooien, maar moet u het naar een inzamelpunt brengen voor
recycling van elektrische en elektronische apparatuur. Dit wordt aangeduid door het
symbool op het product, in de handleiding en/of op de verpakking.
Sommige materialen waaruit het product is vervaardigd, kunnen worden hergebruikt als u
ze naar een inzamelpunt brengt. Door onderdelen of grondstoffen van gebruikte producten te
hergebruiken, levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan de bescherming van het milieu. Wend u tot de
plaatselijke overheid voor meer informatie over de inzamelpunten bij u in de buurt.
10 Topcom-garantie
10.1 Garantieperiode
Op de Topcom-toestellen wordt een garantie van 24 maanden verleend. De garantieperiode gaat in op
de dag waarop het nieuwe toestel wordt gekocht. Kleine onderdelen of defecten die een
verwaarloosbaar effect hebben op de werking of waarde van het toestel zijn niet gedekt door de garantie.
De garantie moet worden bewezen door voorlegging van het originele aankoopbewijs of kopie waarop
de datum van aankoop en het toesteltype staat.
10.2 Afwikkeling van garantieclaims
Een defect toestel moet, samen met een geldig aankoopbewijs en een ingevulde onderhoudskaart,
worden teruggestuurd naar een Topcom-hersteldienst. Als het toestel tijdens de garantieperiode een
defect vertoont, zal Topcom of diens officieel erkende hersteldienst eventuele defecten te wijten aan
materiaal- of productiefouten gratis herstellen, door defecte toestellen of onderdelen van defecte
toestellen ofwel te herstellen ofwel te vervangen. In het geval dat het toestel wordt vervangen, kan de
kleur en het model verschillend zijn van het oorspronkelijk gekochte toestel.
De oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum is bepalend voor het begin van de garantieperiode. De
garantieperiode wordt niet verlengd als het toestel wordt vervangen of hersteld door Topcom of diens
officieel erkende hersteldienst.
10.3 Garantiebeperkingen
Schade of defecten te wijten aan onoordeelkundig gebruik of bediening en schade te wijten aan het
gebruik van niet-originele onderdelen of accessoires worden niet gedekt door de garantie.
De garantie dekt geen schade te wijten aan externe factoren, zoals bliksem, water en brand, noch enige
transportschade. Er kan geen garantie worden ingeroepen als het serienummer op het toestel is
gewijzigd, verwijderd of onleesbaar gemaakt.
Garantieclaims zijn ongeldig indien het toestel hersteld, gewijzigd of aangepast werd door de koper.
Dit product voldoet aan de basiseisen en andere relevante bepalingen
van de richtlijn 2004/108/EEG.

1 Utilisation
1.1 Généralités
Le SFM-1000H télécommandé utilise des engrenages et des moteurs électroniques pour masser les
pieds, les chevilles et les mollets.
Le massage Shiatsu avec fonction chauffante est un massage fort et stimulant qui permet de soulager
les claquages et douleurs musculaires et a des effets relaxants. Le pétrissage et les vibrations qu'il
génère pénètrent les tissus musculaires, tout en vous revigorant et vous détendant. Il peut être utilisé
pour stimuler les méridiens et améliorer la circulation sanguine.
C'est un moyen fantastique pour soulager les pieds stressés, endoloris et fatigués. Il permet en outre de
tonifier et d'embellir vos jambes.
1.2 Massage Shiatsu des pieds
La traduction du mot japonais «Shiatsu»est « pression des doigts ».
L'objectif premier du Shiatsu est de stimuler le flux d'énergie, qui sert à améliorer la circulation du sang,
du fluide lymphatique, etc. Il rééquilibre les systèmes digestif, circulatoire, respiratoire, nerveux et
immunitaire, qui sont déséquilibrés lorsque votre corps redirige ses ressources pour faire face au stress
quotidien.
Avec le Shiatsu, le praticien stimule et équilibre le corps en appliquant une pression et en massant les
méridiens et les points d'acupuncture.
Cette technique permet d'activer la capacité d'auto-guérison du corps et de préserver ou recouvrer la
santé.
L'appareil de massage Shiatsu pour les pieds SFM-1000 dispose de têtes de massage rotatives qui
simulent la pression et les mouvements de pétrissage d'un véritable massage Shiatsu.
1.3 Champs magnétiques
Selon la théorie de la médecine traditionnelle chinoise, les différents points d'acupuncture répartis sur
la voûte plantaire correspondent à l'état de santé de différents organes humains. Sur la base de cette
théorie, la surface du roulement à billes de l'appareil de massage est équipée de puissants aimants.
Ceux-ci permettent une forte stimulation et un effet thérapeutique magnétique sur les points
d'acupuncture de la voûte plantaire. Par ailleurs, la thermothérapie à infrarouges intégrée favorise la
circulation sanguine de vos pieds.
2 Conseils de sécurité
2.1 Généralités

vous utilisez ce produit.
• L'appareil est destiné uniquement à un usage privé et non à un usage médical ou commercial. Si
vous êtes préoccupé par votre santé, consultez votre médecin avant d'utiliser ce produit.
• N'utilisez pas cet appareil de massage à d'autres fins que celles décrites dans ce manuel
d'utilisation.

d'utilisation. Le fabricant ne peut être tenu responsable des blessures corporelles
ou dommages émanant d'une utilisation inappropriée ou imprudente.

• Ce produit n'est pas un jouet. Ne laissez pas les enfants jouer avec.
• Cet appareil n'est pas étanche. Evitez de l'exposer à la pluie ou à l'humidité.
• Ne laissez pas le produit sans surveillance pendant qu'il est branché. Débranchez-le de la prise
d'alimentation immédiatement après utilisation.
• Ne placez pas l'appareil sur des surfaces délicates, car la fermeture éclair risquerait d'endommager
la surface.
• Vérifiez que l'appareil n'est pas placé trop près d'une source de chaleur, telle qu'un four, un
radiateur ou la chaleur directe du soleil.
2.2 Choc électrique
• N'utilisez pas ce produit lorsque le cordon ou la prise est endommagé.
• N'utilisez pas ce produit s'il ne fonctionne pas correctement, s'il est tombé ou a été endommagé.
• Seul un professionnel qualifié est autorisé à réparer les appareils électriques. De mauvaises
réparations peuvent entraîner des dangers considérables pour l'utilisateur. Si des réparations
s'avèrent nécessaires, veuillez contacter notre service client ou un revendeur agréé.
• Ne démontez pas ce produit. Il ne contient aucune pièce réparable par l'utilisateur.
• Ne branchez pas d'autres accessoires, comme l'adaptateur secteur, que ceux fournis avec le
produit.
• N'insérez pas d'objet dans les ouvertures.
• N'installez pas l'appareil de base dans une pièce humide ou à moins de 1,5 m d'un point d'eau.
• N'utilisez pas le produit au-delà de 15 minutes. Une utilisation prolongée pourrait conduire à une
surchauffe du produit et réduire sa durée de vie.
• Ne démontez pas ce produit. Il ne contient aucune pièce réparable par l'utilisateur.
• N'utilisez jamais l'appareil au cours d'un orage.
• N'utilisez pas l'appareil de massage sous une couverture ou un oreiller. Une surchauffe pourrait se
produire et provoquer un incendie, une électrocution et des blessures corporelles.
• Ne débranchez pas l'appareil en cours de fonctionnement.
2.3 Mesures de précaution
• L'appareil de massage ne doit pas être utilisé dans les cas suivants :
– sur des jeunes enfants âgés de moins de 16 ans ;
– sur des personnes souffrant d'une hernie discale ou de modifications anormales des
vertèbres ;
– en cas de maladies cardiovasculaires ou de maux de tête ;
– en cas de tuméfaction, de brûlures, d'inflammation, de blessures ouvertes, de blessures
fraîches, d'hématomes, d'hémorragie ou de toutes autres blessures sur le dos ou les jambes ;
– en cas de grossesse ;
– sous l'emprise de médicaments ou d'alcool (niveaux réduits de conscience) ;
– sur une personne ayant une peau insensible ou ayant une mauvaise circulation sanguine ;
– si vous portez un stimulateur cardiaque, un implant ou toute autre prothèse. Les individus
portant des stimulateurs cardiaques doivent consulter leur médecin avant d'utiliser ce produit ;
– si vous présentez l'une des affections suivantes : rhume accompagné de fièvre, varices,
thrombose, phlébite, ictère, diabète, maladies du système nerveux (par ex., sciatique),
tuberculose, tumeurs, hémorroïdes, ecchymoses ou inflammation aiguë ;
– en cas de douleurs d'origine non déterminée.
• Une surveillance rapprochée est nécessaire lorsque l'appareil est utilisé par des personnes
handicapées ou invalides, ou à proximité de ces personnes.
• N'utilisez pas ce produit avant d'aller vous coucher. Le massage a un effet stimulant et peut
retarder le sommeil.

• Lorsque l'appareil fonctionne, ne touchez pas le mécanisme de massage en rotation.
• Afin d'éliminer tout risque de blessure, n'exercez qu'une faible force contre l'appareil.
• Si le tissu recouvrant le mécanisme de massage se déchire ou est endommagé, interrompez
l'utilisation.
• Ne mettez jamais vos doigts ou vos mains à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
• Ne vous asseyez pas ou ne vous mettez pas debout sur l'appareil de massage.
• Si une douleur vive ou anormale est ressentie pendant le massage, arrêtez immédiatement
l'appareil et consultez votre médecin.
• Certains utilisateurs peuvent ressentir des démangeaisons aux pieds pendant et après le
massage. Ce phénomène est normal et résulte d'une amélioration de la circulation sanguine.

4 Installation
4.1 Branchement sur le secteur d'alimentation
4.2 Installation des piles de la télécommande
• Ouvrez le compartiment à piles en faisant glisser le couvercle hors de l'appareil.
• Insérez 2 piles AAA (1,5 V) non rechargeables. Respectez la polarité indiquée.
• Replacez le couvercle du compartiment à piles.
5 Utilisation de l'appareil de massage
• Branchez une extrémité de l'adaptateur secteur (24 V, 2,5 A) à la prise
d'adaptateur située du côté gauche de l'appareil de massage.
• Branchez l'autre extrémité à la prise de courant 230 V.
a. Massage des pieds
• Choisissez une chaise confortable correspondant à votre stature.
• Placez les deux pieds dans les encoches de massage.
b. Massage des mollets
• Choisissez un siège d'une hauteur adéquate.
• Placez les deux mollets dans les encoches de massage.
c. Support
• Ouvrez ou fermez le support situé au bas de l'appareil en fonction de
votre position assise.
Utilisez uniquement l'adaptateur secteur fourni. N'utilisez pas d'autres
adaptateurs au risque d'abîmer l'appareil. La prise murale d'alimentation
électrique doit se trouver à proximité et être accessible.

Ne les court-circuitez pas et ne les jetez pas dans le feu. Enlevez la pile si cet appareil
ne doit pas être utilisé pendant un long moment.

6 Caractéristiques techniques
7 Nettoyage
• Débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir.
• Nettoyez-le avec un chiffon doux ou une éponge légèrement humide.
• Ne laissez jamais entrer de l'eau ou tout autre liquide dans l'appareil ou ses accessoires.
• N'utilisez jamais de nettoyants abrasifs, de brosses, d'essence, de kérosène, de produit à polir les
vitres ou de diluant pour le nettoyer.
• Le tissu couvrant le mécanisme de massage peut être ôté en ouvrant délicatement la fermeture
éclair (la fermeture éclair est montée à l'envers afin d'éviter toute blessure !).
• Ne lavez pas le tissu à la machine. Lavez-le exclusivement à la main. Ne le tordez pas et ne
l'essorez pas. Ne le repassez pas.
d. Programme de massage
• Appuyez sur la touche du programme de massage de l'unité principale
pour commencer le massage.
• Appuyez plusieurs fois sur l'appareil pour basculer entre les 3
programmes :
1.Pression rythmique 1
2.Pression rythmique 2
3.Pression continue
• Le voyant du programme de massage s'allume.
Vous pouvez sélectionner directement le programme désiré à l'aide de
la télécommande. Appuyez sur l'une des touches de programme de
massage (I, II ou III).
d. Fonction de chaleur
• Appuyez sur la touche de chauffage de l'unité principale ou de la
télécommande pour activer les voyants de chauffage à infrarouges.
• Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton pour couper le chauffage.
e. Arrêt
• Appuyez sur la touche d'arrêt de l'unité principale ou de la télécommande
pour arrêter l'appareil de massage.
• Si vous oubliez d'arrêter l'appareil, celui-ci s'éteint automatiquement
après 15 minutes pour votre sécurité.
• Lorsque l'appareil s'éteint, le mécanisme de massage revient toujours en
position initiale.
• Débranchez l'appareil de la prise électrique.

• N'enroulez pas le cordon d'alimentation autour de l'appareil avant de le stocker.
• Conservez l'appareil dans son emballage d'origine et dans un endroit sûr, sec et frais. Rangez-le
hors de portée des enfants.
• Evitez tout contact avec des angles tranchants ou des objets pointus pour ne pas endommager
l'appareil.
9 Mise au rebut de l'appareil (environnement)
Au terme du cycle de vie de ce produit, ne le jetez pas avec les déchets ménagers
ordinaires mais déposez-le dans un point de collecte pour le recyclage des équipements
électriques et électroniques. Le symbole indiqué sur ce produit, sur le mode d'emploi et/ou
sur la boîte est là pour vous le rappeler.
Certains matériaux qui composent le produit peuvent être réutilisés s'ils sont déposés dans
un point de recyclage. Le recyclage de certaines pièces ou matières premières de produits usagés

10 Garantie Topcom
10.1 Période de garantie
Les appareils Topcom bénéficient d'une période de garantie de 24 mois. La période de garantie prend
effet le jour de l'achat du nouvel appareil. Les accessoires et les défauts qui ont un effet nuisible sur le
fonctionnement ou la valeur de l'appareil ne sont pas couverts.
La garantie s'applique uniquement sur présentation du reçu d'achat original ou une copie de celui-ci sur
lequel figurent la date de l'achat et le modèle de l'appareil.
10.2 Mise en œuvre de la garantie
Tout appareil défectueux doit être retourné à un centre de service après-vente Topcom, accompagné
d'un ticket d'achat valable et d'une fiche de service dûment complétée.
En cas de panne pendant la période de garantie, Topcom ou son centre de service après-vente officiel
réparera gratuitement les dysfonctionnements dus à un vice de matière ou de fabrication, en réparant
ou en remplaçant les appareils ou les pièces défectueux. En cas de remplacement, la couleur et le
modèle peuvent être différents de ceux de l'appareil acheté initialement.
La date d'achat initiale détermine le début de la période de garantie. La période de garantie n'est pas
prolongée si l'appareil est remplacé ou réparé par Topcom ou son centre de service après-vente officiel.
10.3 Exclusions de garantie
Les dommages et les pannes causés par un mauvais traitement ou une utilisation incorrecte et les
dommages qui résultent de l'utilisation de pièces et d'accessoires non originaux ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie. La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par des éléments extérieurs tels que
la foudre, l'eau et le feu, ni les dommages provoqués par le transport.
Aucune garantie ne pourra être invoquée si le numéro de série indiqué sur les appareils a été modifié,
supprimé ou rendu illisible. Aucune garantie ne peut non plus être invoquée si l'appareil a été réparé ou
modifié par l'acheteur.
Ce produit est conforme aux conditions essentielles et aux autres
dispositions pertinentes de la directive 2004/108/CEE.
