Therearrollerscraperisadjustedatthefactory,butcanbe
adjustedtomeetturfconditions.
1.Loosenthelocknutssecuringthescrapertotheframe.
2.Adjustthescraperuntilthereis0.75to1.5mm(0.03
to0.06inch)clearancebetweentheedgeofthescraper
andtheroller.
3.Tightenthelocknutssecuringthescraper.
MountingtheTri-Rollers
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowertheliftarms,
stoptheengine,andsettheparkingbrake.
Note:Ifthecarrierframescomeequippedwith
single-pointpullframes,removethepullframeand
attachingballjoint(Figure3).

Note:WhenmountingtheTri-RollerKitintheright
frontpositionontheGreensmaster3200or3250
tractionunit,removethecounterweightfromtheleft
endoftheunitandmountitontherightend.Connect
themotortotheleftend.

5395:2013when19.5kg(43lb)ofcalciumchlorideballastis
addedtotherearwheel,anditisequippedwitharearweight
kit.ContactyourAuthorizedToroDistributorformore
information.
Important:Ifapunctureoccursinatirewithcalcium
chloride,removetheunitfromtheturfareaasquickly
aspossible.Topreventpossibledamagetotheturf,
immediatelysoaktheaffectedareawithwater.

Operation
TrainingPeriod
Beforerollinggreenswiththetri-rollerattachments,nda
clearareaandpracticestarting,stopping,raising,lowering,
androllingwiththetri-roller.Thistrainingperiodwillhelp
yougaincondenceinoperatingthetri-roller.
OperatingTips
Maintainastraightlinewhenrolling.Donotturnwhenthe
tri-rollersareontheground.
Whentheedgeofthegreenisreached,raisethetri-rollers
beforeturningorstopping.Thetri-rollersmustberaised
completelybeforemakingturns.Surveythegreento
determineifthereareanyobstaclesthatwillbedamagedor
willresultindamagetothetri-rollerssuchassprinklerheads
andprotrudingobjects.
Maintenance
LubricatingtheTri-Roller
Thereare4greasettingsoneachtri-rollerwhichmustbe
lubricatedafterevery15hoursofoperation.Lubricateusing
alithium-basedgrease.Forbestresults,useahand-operated
greasegun.
1.Wipeeachgreasettingwithacleanrag.
2.Applygreasetothetri-rollershaftbearingsandrear
rollerbearings(Figure12)untilpressureisfelt.
Important:Donotapplytoomuchpressureor
greasesealswillbepermanentlydamaged.
