brakelevershaftonthetransmissiongearbox
assemblyasfollows:
A.Loosenthefrontcablejamnut(Figure3)
thatsecuresthebrakecabletothecasting
slotonthetransmissionassembly.Remove
thebrakecablefromtheslot.
B.Removetheretainingringthatsecures
thecableeyelettothebrakeleveronthe
transmissionassembly(Figure3).
C.Removethebrakecableeyeletfromthe
brakelever(Figure3).

aboveandbelowthejamnuts.
•Leavethejamnutssnuguntilthenal
brake-cableadjustment.
2.Routethebrakecabletowardsthetransmission.
Thecablewillbeinstalledtothetransmissionin
thefollowingprocedure.
