1.Blockupthedecksoitdoesnotaccidentallyfall.
2.Removethebeltcoversfromthetopofthedeck.
3.Positiontheright,center,andleftrecyclerchambers
underthedeck,aligningthemountingholesasshown
inFigure1.

4.Securethechamberstothedeckwithcarriagebolts
(5/16x3/4inch)andnuts(5/16inch).
Note:Positionthenutstotheoutsideofthedeck
(Figure1).
5.Mounttherollerbrackettotheundersideofthedeck
with3carriagebolts(5/16x1inch)and3nuts(5/16
inch)asshowninFigure1.
6.Mounttherollertothebracketwiththebolt,spacer,
andnut.
Note:Ifyouusethecuttingunitinthe25or38mm
(1or1-1/2inch)height-of-cutsetting,positionthe
rollerinthetopbracketholes.
7.Installtheblades,anti-scalpcups,andbladebolts
(Figure2).

8.Tightenthebladeboltsto115to149N-m(85to110
ft-lb).
Important:Thecurvedpartoftheblademust
pointupwardtoensurepropercutting.
9.Rotatethebladestoensurethatthereisnointerference.
10.Tightenallfastenerssecurely.
11.Installthecoverstothetopofthedeck.
12.Removetheblocksandlowerthedeck.
13.Afxtheidenticationdecaltothesideofthemower
deckapproximately13cm(5inches)behindtheserial
plate(Figure3).
Note:Ensurethatthemountingsurfaceisclean.
