Do not disassemble or repair the electrical device yourself. Only use a professional
electrician or engineer. The power adapter switch must be turned OFF during wiring.

Required
If you must dispose of the lavatory, sort the individual parts.
Keep sources of heat away from the bowl (for ex.: smoking). Keep the lavatory out
of direct sunlight to reduce the chance of discoloration.

Dispose of the sorted parts in an environmentally acceptable way according to the laws of the country
you are in.

Do not use this lavatory in a humid location where there is running water or
condensation droplets are generated on the surface, especially bathrooms and
shower rooms. Do not use outdoors. Do not use in locations prone to flooding.

Do not pour boiling water directly into the bowl.
If you pour boiling water directly into a cold bowl, breakage may occur.■
Keep strong solutions such as hair dye, baldness remedies, permanent wave
solution and iodine substances away from the bowl.
Rinse away all solutions immediately because the bowl may become discolored if they
are left on the surface.

Do not clean the bowl with paint thinner, benzene, chemicals or other abrasive items.
These items will cause discoloration or a change in the properties of the bowl material.■

1Turn the wall and power adaper switches
to the off position. Disconnect the LED
connector from the power adapter
connector.
2Loosen the four screws on the lighting
cover and slide the cover as shown.
3Replace the LED with a new one. Attach
the LED along the cable guides on the
cover as shown.
4After the LED is attached, replace the cover using the same procedure
as in Step 2. Secure the screws and check that it is assembled securely.
5Turn on the wall and power adapter
switches to confirm that the LED
is lighting correctly.
NOTE: When attaching the LED, make sure the upper and
lower sides of the LED are positioned correctly.

REPLACING THE LED

To replace the LED:

Wipe the bowl with a soft cloth and warm soapy water or mild cleaning
detergent. Dry the bowl using a soft clean cloth.
■
Clean oily dirt, residue, etc. off the bowl with a soft cloth and ethyl alcohol.■
Regularly drying the upper face of the bowl will help maintain the appearance
of the lavatory.
To remove a clog in the drain, gently pull the drain cover
up and out to access the drain and remove the clog.
■
Plase read this section to see if you can troubleshoot the problem before requesting
a repair. If you still cannot solve the problem after reviewing this section, please
contact TOTO® (see the last page of this manual for contact information).
The bowl does not light up.
Has the LED connector been connected to the power
adapter connector? Make the proper wiring connections.■
Has the switch on the power adapter been turned on?
Has the wall switch been turned on? Turn the switch to the on position.
Have a professional verify that the wall
outlet works.

Is the circuit breaker thrown? Check that the circuit breaker is not thrown.■

The light of the bowl is faded.
Is the LED faded due to product lifespan?
(The lifespan is approximately 25,000 hours and the
brightness drops by 70%.)
Replace the LED with a new one.
(See the “Replacing the LED section” in this
manual.)

1Gire los interruptores del adaptador de energía
a la posición de apagado. Desconecte el
conector del LED del conector del adaptador
de energía.
2Afloje los cuatro tornillos en la cubierta de
iluminación y deslice la cubierta como se
muestra en el dibujo.
3Reemplace el LED con uno nuevo. Fije el
LED junto con las guías del cable en la
cubierta como se muestra en el dibujo.
4Despues de fijar el LED, reemplace la cubierta utilizando el mismo procedimiento
que en el Paso 2. Asegure los tornillos y revise que esté ensamblado de manera
segura.
5Encienda los interruptores de la pared y
del adaptador de energía para confirmar
que el LED se está iluminando
correctamente.
NOTA: Al fijar el LED, asegúrese que los lados superior e
inferior del LED estén colocados correctamente.
