AutonomY OF VELOCIPTOR ES 85W
The maximum distance that can be traveled with a single battery charge is
approximately 20 km. However, this value must be considered indicative
since it can be inuenced by numerous factors.
Among the factors that can most aect battery life are the following:
• Transported weight: other conditions being equal, a greater tran-
sported weight will lead to a reduction in the battery autonomy.
• Surface: at and sliding surfaces are less wasteful for the battery
compared to uneven terrain, with slopes or that present substantial
friction.
• Speed and driving style: a pace with frequent acceleration and bra-
king will discharge the battery faster than a regular and uniform pace.
• Correct use and maintenance of the battery: a correct manage-
ment of the charge and discharge cycles of the battery (see paragraph
“How to recharge the battery”) will help to keep the full eciency of
the battery longer and delay its natural decay.

CURRENT LEGISLATION IN ITALY
With the decree n. 229 of June 4, the Italian Ministry of Transport introdu-
ced the experimentation of road circulation of mainly electric propulsion
vehicles, such as electric scooters, monowheels, segways and hoverboards.
The experimentation contemplates that the circulation in the city is possible
only in the pedestrian areas, on pedestrian and cycle paths, on cycle paths
in the own seat and on the reserved lane, areas at 30 Km / h and roads with
speed limit of 30 km / h; the speed limit for electric vehicles is 20 km / h.
It is also possible to circulate in pedestrian areas, with a maximum speed
of 6 km / h.
After sunset, during the entire period of darkness and during the day, if the
weather conditions require lighting, it is necessary to turn on front white or
yellow lights and the rear red light, and wear the jacket or the high visibility
retroreective braces, or transport the vehicle by hand.
As part of the experimentation of road circulation, scooters can only be
conducted by adults, or by minors in possession of an AM category license.
Since each municipality is left free to identify the road infrastructure or par-
ts of the road suitable for the circulation of electric scooters, please check
the local regulations in terms of use of the product.
If a local municipal resolution concerning the circulation of the
product is not contemplated, the movement of the scooter outside the pri-
vate areas of competence of the owner of the vehicle would therefore not
be possible.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility in the event of damage to per-
sons or things that occurs as a result of using the product.

environment and on health and promotes the recycling of the materials of
which the equipment is composed. Unauthorized disposal of the product
by the user entails the application of administrative sanctions pursuant to
