enables better control of the tool in unexpected situations.
e) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or
long hair can be caught in moving parts.
3) Tool use and care
IMPORTANT: Tools used outdoors may require more regular cleaning and
surface treatment to prevent corrosion, as well as replacement grease or oil on
moving parts to maintain them in good working condition.
a) Maintain tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the tool’s
operation. If damaged, have the tool repaired before use. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
b) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools
with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
c) Use the tool’s accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these
instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the
work to be performed. Use of the tool for operations different from those
intended could result in a hazardous situation.
4) Service
a) Have your tool serviced or repaired by a qualified repair person using

Intended Use
This Triton Tool Tray / Work Support is compatible with Triton SuperJaws
SJA200 and SJA300, and is suitable for keeping tools, spare parts or other
items close to hand. It also provides additional support for large workpieces
Unpacking Your Tool
• Carefully unpack and inspect your tool. Fully familiarise yourself with all its
features and functions
• Ensure that all parts of the tool are present and in good condition. If any
parts are missing or damaged, have such parts replaced before attempting
to use this tool
Before Use
1. Unfold the Folding Arms (5) and rotate the Mounting Knobs (7) so that they
are squared up with the ends of the arms
2. Feed them into the first set of mounting holes in the side of the SuperJaws
and push them until the Stops (6) locate against the SuperJaws body
Note: The Tool Tray / Work Support can be fitted to the left- or right-hand side
of the SuperJaws.
3. Rotate the Mounting Knobs 45˚ to lock them in position
4. Locate the Tray (1) between the Folding Arms
Note: If fitting a second Tool Tray / Work Support to your SuperJaws, fit it to
the next series of mounting holes on the opposite side to the first Tool Tray /
Work Support.
Note: If using SuperJaws with the jaw reversed (wide clamping position), the
Support Arm (2) can be positioned higher so that it is level with the base of the
moving jaw. Loosen the Pivot Knobs (3) until the Spacers (4) can be separated
and the top Spacer rotated 90˚. Re-tighten the Pivot Knobs.

1) Veiligheid in de werkruimte

WAARSCHUWING: Bloodstelling aan trilling kan leiden tot gevoelloosheid,
tintelen en verminderde grip bekwaamheid. Op de lange termijn kan het
leiden tot chronische condities. Limiteer de lengte van blootstelling aan
trilling. Gebruik de gegevens in de specificaties van het gereedschap om de
gebruiksduur en –frequentie te berekenen. De 2002/44-EEG richtlijn met

3) Gebruik en verzorging
a) Het onderhouden van gereedschap. Controleer op een verkeerde
uitlijning of binden van bewegende onderdelen, beschadiging aan
onderdelen en andere condities wat het gebruik beïnvloed. In geval
van beschadiging, vervangt u het gereedschap onmiddellijk. Vele
ongelukken worden veroorzaakt door slecht onderhouden gereedschap
b) Houd snijwerktuigen scherp en schoon. Goed onderhouden
snijwerktuigen met scherpe messen slaan minder snel vast en zijn
gemakkelijker te bedienen.
c) Gebruik de accessoires in overeenstemming met deze instructies,
waarbij rekening gehouden wordt met de werkomstandigheden en
het uit te voeren werk. Het gebruik van het gereedschap voor taken,
anders dan waarvoor het bestemd is, kan resulteren in gevaarlijke situaties

Voor gebruik
1. Klap de vouwarmen (5) uit en draai de montageknoppen (7) zodat deze
evenwijdig liggen aan de uiteinden van de armen
2. Plaats de armen in de eerste set gaten aan de zijkant van de Superjaws en
duw de armen tot de stops (6) tegen de Superjaws rusten
Let op: De eenheid kan zowel aan de linker als rechter zijde van de Superjaws
bevestigd worden
3. Draai de montageknoppen 45° om deze in positie te vergrendelen
4. Plaats de bak (1) tussen de vouwarmen
Let op: Bij het gebruik van een tweede gereedschapstray, bevestigd u deze op
de volgende set montagegaten aan de tegenovergestelde zijde van de eerste
gereedschapstray
Let op: Wanneer de Superjaws kaak omgekeerd gebruikt wordt (grotere
klemcapaciteit), kunnen de steunarmen (2) hoger geplaatst worden,
zodat deze evenwijdig ligt aan de basis van de bewegende kaak. Draai de
scharnierknoppen (3) los tot de afstandsstukken (4) gescheiden kunnen
worden en het bovenste afstandsstuk 90° gedraaid kan worden. Draai de

1) Sécurité sur la zone de travail

4) Révision

Usage conforme
Ce plateau-support pour outils est compatible avec l’étau/tréteau portable
Superjaws SJA200 et l’etau/tréteau portable SuperJaws XXL SJA300 Triton. Il
est parfait pour vous permettre de garder vos outils, vos pièces de rechange
et tout autre objet utile lorsque vous travaillez à portée de main. Il constitue
également un support complémentaire pour les pièces de travail plus
volumineuses.
Déballage
• Déballez le produit avec soin. Veillez à retirer tout le matériau d’emballage
et familiarisez-vous avec toutes les caractéristiques du produit.
• Si des pièces sont endommagées ou manquantes, faites-les réparer ou
remplacer avant d’utiliser l’appareil.
Avant utilisation
1. Dépliez les bras articulés (5) et tournez les boutons de montage (7) de
manière à ce qu’ils soient bien dans l’alignement avec l’extrémité des bras.
2. Introduisez-les dans le premier ensemble de trous de montage du
Superjaws, jusqu’à ce que les butées (6) l’arrêtent contre la structure
métallique du Superjaws.
Remarque : Le plateau peut se monter d’un côté comme de l’autre du
Superjaws.
3. Tournez les boutons de montage à 45˚ pour les bloquer dans cette position.
4. Insérez le plateau (1) entre les bras articulés.
Remarque : Si vous souhaitez monter un second plateau-support, installez-le
de l’autre côté et utilisez un autre ensemble de trous de montage.
Remarque : Si vous utilisez le Superjaws dans la position offrant le maximum
de capacité de serrage (mâchoire inversée), il est possible de placer le bras de
support (2) plus haut, de sorte qu’il soit de niveau avec la base de la mâchoire
mobile. Desserrez les boutons de pointe pivot (3) pour pouvoir séparer les
entretoises (4) et pouvoir tourner l’entretoise supérieure de 90°. Resserrez
ensuite les boutons.

Vor Inbetriebnahme
1. Öffnen Sie die Klapparme (5) und drehen Sie die Montagehalterungen (7)so,
dass sie in einer Linie mit den Klapparmenden verlaufen.
2. Führen Sie die Halterungen in die entsprechenden Befestigungsöffnungen
an der Seite der Superjaws ein bis die Anschlagstücke (6) fest an den
Superjaws anliegen.
Hinweis: Die Werkzeugablage lässt sich auf der rechten oder der linken Seite
der Superjaws anbringen.
3. Lassen Sie die Halterungen einrasten, indem Sie sie um 45˚ drehen.
4. Setzen Sie die Werkzeugablage (2) zwischen den Klapparmen ein.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie eine zweite Werkzeugablage an Ihren Superjaws anbringen,
montieren Sie sie auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite in den nächsten beiden
Befestigungsöffnungen.
Hinweis: Falls Sie die Superjaws mit umgekehrter Klemmbacke (d.h. in
der breiten Einspannposition) verwenden, können Sie den Tragarm (2)

Nota: In fase di inserimento di un secondo Vassoio per attrezzi Triton /
Supporto di lavoro, inserirlo nella serie successiva di fori di montaggio sul lato
opposto del primo Vassoio per attrezzi Triton / Supporto di lavoro.
Nota: Qualora le SuperJaws vengano usate con la ganascia invertita (posizione
di bloccaggio ampia), il braccio di supporto (2) può essere posizionato più
in alto di modo che sia a filo con la base della ganascia mobile. Allentare le
manopole di su perno (3) fino a che i distanziatori (4) non saranno separati

Esta Bandeja de ferramentas / Suporte de trabalho é compatível com os
SuperJaws SJA200 e SJA300 da Triton, e sua finalidade é manter ferramentas,
peças de reposição e outros itens à mão. Também serve como suporte
adicional para peças de trabalho de tamanho grande.
Desembalagem de seu produto
• Desembale e inspecione cuidadosamente seu produto. Familiarize-se

• Certifique-se de que todas as peças do produto estão presentes e em

Antes do uso
1. Abra os Braços dobráveis (5) e gire os Botões de fixação (7) de modo que
fiquem em ângulo reto com as extremidades dos braços.
2. Introduza-os no primeiro grupo de furos de montagem, no lado do
Superjaws, e puxe-os até que os batentes (6) fiquem posicionados contra
o corpo do Superjaws.
Nota: A Bandeja de ferramentas / Suporte de trabalho pode ser instalada no
lado direito ou esquerdo do SuperJaws.
3. Gire os botões de fixação 45˚ para travá-los em suas posições.
4. Posicione a bandeja (1) entre os braços dobráveis.
Nota: Caso pretenda instalar mais uma Bandeja de ferramentas / Suporte de
trabalho em seu Superjaws, use o próximo conjunto de furos de montagem, no
lado oposto àquele em que instalou a primeira bandeja.
Nota: Caso o Superjaws esteja configurado com a garra invertida (posição de
garra ampla), o Braço de suporte (2) poderá ser posicionado mais para cima,
de modo a ficar nivelado com a base da garra móvel. Solte os botões pivô (3)
até que os Espaçadores (4) possam ser separados e o Espaçador superior
possa ser girado em 90˚. Reaperte os botões pivô.
