OPERATION
LOADING THE MAGAZINE
1. Pull the pusher all the way back until it snaps in
around the parking button. Feed in a staple strip
from above into the magazine and push it forward
by hand. (See Figure 1)
2. Release the pusher by pressing the parking button.
(See Figure 2)
USING THE STAPLER
WARNING! Be sure that the stapler nozzle is
not pointed at yourself or anyone else when
connecting it to the compressed air line.
1. Adjust the air pressure to the lowest one that
will drive staples to the desired depth. Start at
approximately 5.5 bar and raise this by 0.5 bar
increments until the correct operating pressure for
the job is found.
CAUTION! Never exceed 7 bar air pressure.
A low air pressure will reduce maintenance
costs!
2. This stapler has only single shot firing without safety
yoke.
a. First place the stapler around the work piece.
b. Then pull the trigger.
NOTE: During operation, the plier's gap is fixed
but it can be set to accommodate different
material widths by means of spacers 3 and
6mm thick underneath the tongue. These are
delivered with the stapler as a set of longer
screws to be used when spacers of more than
3mm total are inserted.
