1 VOICE COMMANDS
The video door phone allows the activation of some of the video door phone functions through voice
commands. By saying certain phrases it is possible, for example, to answer a call or open the pedestrian
door without pressing the keys on the display.
ATTENTION! To use the voice commands, on the Master video door phone, it is necessary that:
— the video door phone is congured in the Local power supply mode;
— the call forwarding function is congured on the video door phone.
To use the voice commands on a Slave video door phone, if any, it is necessary that the WiFi is congured
on the device.
Enable the function in the conguration menu of the video door phone (refer to the chapter “Enabling
and conguring voice commands”).
To enable voice commands, pass your hand once in front of the video door phone IR sensor.
BEEP

The video door phone emits a “BEEP” as conrmation signal and the display shows the following pop up:
After the beep you can say the voice command.
Below are the instructions for using the voice commands to activate the functions.

1.1 TURNING ON THE DISPLAY AND ENABLING VOICE COMMANDS
Idle (display o)
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
1.2 VOICE ACTIVATION
It is possible to activate voice mode in the following 2 ways:
1. Waiting for a response (while receiving a call)
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Answer the call”
– “Connect the call”
– “Pick up”
The video door phone displays the following pop-up to conrm the reception of the voice command.
2. In auto-on mode
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Autoinsertion”
– “Show cameras”
– “Start autoinsertion”

•Pass your hand one more time in front of the video door phone IR sensor.
•Finally, say one of the following voice commands
– “Activate audio”
– “I want to speak”
– “Turn microphone on”

1.3 ENDING THE CONVERSATION
In fonia
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector during the conversation.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Close the call”
– “Close”
– “Terminate”

1.4 PEDESTRIAN DOOR OPENING
It is possible to open the door in the following 2 ways:
1. Idle (display o)
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Open door”
– “Open”
– “Open the door”

1.5 DRIVEWAY GATE OPENING
It is possible to open the door in the following 2 ways:
1. Idle (display o)
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Open the gate”
– “Open gate”
– “Please open the gate”
The video door phone displays the following pop-up to conrm the reception of the voice command.
2. In voice mode
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector during the conversation.

1.6 ACTIVATION OF AN AUXILIARY FUNCTION
It is possible to activate an auxiliary function in the following 2 ways :
1. Idle (display o)
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Activate 1, Activate 2, etc”
– “Activation 1, Activation 2, etc”
There are a maximum of 10 commands.
The video door phone displays the following pop-up to conrm the reception of the voice command.
2. In voice mode
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector during the conversation.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Activate 1, Activate 2, etc”
– “Activation 1, Activation 2, etc”
There are a maximum of 10 commands.

1.7 EXCHANGE CALL
Idle (display o)
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Call concierge”
– “Call switchboard”
– “Connect concierge”

1.8 AUTO-ON FUNCTION
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Autoinsertion”
– “Show cameras”
– “Start autoinsertion”

1.9 DISPLAYING OF ANY ADDITIONAL CALL STATION CAMERAS
It is possible to display the images taken by any additional cameras in the following 2 ways:
1. Waiting for a response
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “ Next camera”
– “Show next”
– “Next”
The video door phone displays the following pop-up to conrm the reception of the voice command.
2. In auto-on mode
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Autoinsertion”
– “Show cameras”
– “Cameras”

1.11 DEACTIVATING PANIC ALARM
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands, e.g.:
– “End panic alarm”
– “Panic alarm o”
– “No panic”

1.12 MUTE FUNCTION ACTIVATION
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Silent mode”
– “Disable ringing”
– “Do not disturb”

1.13 MUTE FUNCTION UNSETTING
•Pass with your hand once in front of the video door phone IR detector.
•Then say one of the following voice commands:
– “Ring mode”
– “Enable ringing”
– “Ring”
The video door phone displays the following pop-up to conrm the reception of the voice command.
2. ICON INDICATING A VOICE COMMAND NOT ACTIVATED
Below is a description of icons indicating when a voice command activation or the use of voice commands
has not been enabled successfully.
2.1 NO INTERNET CONNECTION
The video door phones displays the following pop-up if the WiFi does not detect any Internet connection
after passing your hand once in front of the IR sensor to enable the use of voice commands.

2.2 INTERNET CONNECTION NOT CONFIGURED
The video door phone displays the following pop-up if the WiFi detects a non-congured Internet
connection after passing your hand once in front of the IR sensor to enable the use of voice commands
(e.g. if a reset to factory parameters has been performed on the video door phone).
2.3 INTERNET CONNECTION NOT WORKING
The video door phone displays the following pop-up if the WiFi detects an Internet connection which
does not work after passing your hand once in front of the IR sensor to enable the use of commands.

2.4 INVALID VOICE COMMAND
The video door phone displays the following pop-up if a voice command that is not in the list of the voice
commands of the video door phone is used.
2.5 OUT-OF-CONTEXT VOICE COMMAND
The video door phone displays the following pop-up if an existing voice command is used in a wrong
incorrect status of the video door phone, for example if you use the voice command “CALL THE
SWITCHBOARD” when the video door phone is in the status “WAITING FOR AN ANSWER”.

3. ENABLING VOICE COMMANDS
To enable voice commands, proceed as follows:
•Access the Homepage of the video door phone by pressing the .
•The display shows the following screen:
•Press the keys to select the . icon. After the selection, press the key to conrm
it and access the conguration menu.

•Press the key to select the “Touchless actions” item. After the selection, press the key to
conrm it. The display shows the following screen:
•Press the key to select the “VOICE” item. After the selection, press the key to conrm it and
enable the voice commands.

1 COMMANDES VOCALES
Le moniteur permet l’activation de certaines fonctions de moniteur à l’aide de commandes vocales. En
prononçant certaines phrases, il est possible, par exemple : de répondre à un appel ou d’ouvrir la porte
piétonne sans avoir à appuyer sur les touches de l’écran.
ATTENTION ! Pour pouvoir utiliser les commandes vocales dans le moniteur maître, il est nécessaire
que :
— le moniteur soit conguré en mode Confort ;
— la fonction de renvoi d’appel soit congurée dans le moniteur.
Pour pouvoir utiliser les commandes vocales dans tout moniteur esclave, le WiFi doit être conguré sur
le dispositif.
Activer la fonction dans le menu de conguration du moniteur (se référer au chapitre « Activation et
conguration des commandes vocales »).
Pour activer les commandes vocales, il faut passer la main 1 fois devant le capteur IR du moniteur.

Le moniteur émet un signal sonore « BIP » de conrmation et l’écran ache la fenêtre contextuelle
suivante :
Après le signal sonore, il est possible de prononcer la commande vocale.
Voici les instructions d’utilisation relatives à l’activation de fonctions à l’aide des commandes vocales.

1.1 ALLUMAGE DE L’ÉCRAN ET ACTIVATION DES COMMANDES VOCALES
Au repos (écran éteint)
•Passer la main 1 fois devant le capteur IR du moniteur.
1.2 ACTIVATION DE LA PHONIE
Il est possible d’activer la phonie dans les 2 modes suivants :
1. En attente de réponse (lors de la réception d’un appel)
•Passer la main 1 fois devant le capteur IR du moniteur.
•Ensuite, prononcer l’une des commandes vocales suivantes :
– « Répond à l’appel »
– « Relier »
– « Répondre »
Le moniteur ache l’info-bulle suivante pour conrmer la réception de la commande vocale.
2. En mode activation automatique
•Passer la main 1 fois devant le capteur IR du moniteur.
•Ensuite, prononcer l’une des commandes vocales suivantes :
– « Insertion automatique »
– « Caméras »
– « Appareils photo »
Le moniteur ache l’info-bulle suivante pour conrmer la réception de la commande vocale.
