1) FILL RESERVOIR TANK WITH WATER
ØRemove the Tank Cap and fill the reservoir tank with tap water.
ØDo NOT put cleaning fluids in the steamer -THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
2) CONNECT HOSE
ØLift the socket cover on the front.
ØInsert the hose into the socket until you hear a “click”.
3) PLUG INTO ELECTRICAL OUTLET
ØPlug the power cord into an outlet.
ØThe steam cleaner should be the only appliance plugged into the outlet.
ØUse only a 12 gauge / 15AMP rated or higher extension cord.
4) POWER ON THE STEAM CLEANER
ØPress the POWER button
It will take 10 minutes before your steamer is ready to use
5) BLEED THE HOSE BEFORE USING
ØSqueeze the gray trigger on the hose handle to purge water from the hose.
for about 10 seconds
6) STEAM CONTROL DIAL
ØThe Steam Control Dial is located on top of the steamer.
ØINCREASE steam pressure by turning the dial to the LEFT.
ØDECREASE steam pressure by turning to the RIGHT.
ØDo NOT turn the dial all the way to the RIGHT. This is the lowest possible setting
and no steam will release when pulling the trigger.
7) SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE
ØPush the Power button to turn off the Eagle.
ØFor storage, we recommend draining the water from the boiler.
ØMake sure steamer has cooled before draining water from the boiler.

ON/OFF
Tank Cap
The light will blink indicating the boiler is heating.
When the stops blinking, the steameris ready to use.
During use, the will blink indicating the boiler is heating.
LOW WATER ALERT & REFILLING
During start-up or during use, the steamer may run low on water
causing the low water indicator to blink and the alarm to sound.
The Eagle steamer has a separate fill tank so there is no cool down requirements.
ØRemove tank cap, add water, and continue steaming.

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Steamer has NO Power
Check
electrical panel for tripped breaker:

Power but NO Steam
Check the STEAM DIAL on top of the Eagle.
1)
Turn steam control dial to the LEFT.
2)
Disconnect the hose and reconnect.
ØYou will hear a “click” when connected.

Check grey safety lock on hose handle.

Is the steam number on the display reading “2”?

If yes, push and hold power button until it shows a 1 or 3

DESCLAILING
ØDisplay shows Error Code E05.
ØOR Every 6 months.
ØOR Steamer takes longer than 10 minutes to heat.
DESCALING SOLUTION
Ø2Cups of Vinegar.
Ø2Cups of Water.
INSTRUCTION FOR DESCALING
1) Steamer must be cool before descaling.
2) Unscrew (by hand) the boiler drain plug.
3) Drain all water and replace the drain plug.
4) Pour descaling solution into the reservoir tank.
5) Push the Power Button to run descaling solutioninto the boiler.
ØRun for 2 minutes then turn off the Power button and let steamer set for at least 30
minute.
ØRemove drain plug and empty boiler tank.
ØReplace drain plug
Rinse Cycle
1) Refill reservoir tank with tap water.
2) Push the Power Button.
ØRun for 2 minutes.
4) Remove drain plug and empty the the boiler.
5) Repeat step as needed until water is clear.
NEVER ADD CHEMICALS INTO THE TANK! Adding any form of chemicals or
fragrance to the tank will void the warranty and could result in malfunction or damage to
the system.

Floors
Vinyl or Wood
ØUse the large floor brush with a bonnet or towel attached. Use low steam pressure.
ØWHEN STEAMING A WOOD FLOOR, NEVER LET BRUSH STAND IN ONE PLACE WHILE
STEAM TRIGGER IS ON. ALWAYS KEEP BRUSH MOVING.
CLEANING: Grout
1) Connect the silver extensions wands and
1-Hole jet nozzle to hose handle.
2) Attach 1”nylon or brass brush to nozzle.
3) Steam pressure: Medium.
4) Apply gentle pressure to the brush during
cleaning.
ØLet the steam do the work
ØSteam will push the dirt out of the grout.
ØUse a towel to wipe
ØAngle the brush to clean the edges of grout
line
CLEANING: Tile
1) Attach large floor brush.
2) Steam pressure: Medium
3) Move slowly over tile allowing steam to
penetrate the pores in the tile.
4) Wrap the brush with a towel for deeper cleaning.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
The steam cleaner uses 110 Volts and will pull 13.1 Amps. It should be the only appliance plugged into an
outlet.
ØUse only a 12 gauge / 15AMP rated or higher extension cord.
ØAny alteration of electrical cord supply on this steam cleaner will void all warranties
ØMake sure all switches on front of unit are in the off position before plugging unit into electrical outlet
ØFor circuit breaker protection, plug the unit into an outlet isolated from other equipment or turn the other
equipment off while using the steam cleaner
ØThe combined electrical amperage of other equipment and the steam cleaner together may cause a circuit
breaker to trip.
ØAlways press the power button to OFF before you unplug the unit
ØRemoving the ground prongs from the power cord will void any and all warranties and can cause risk of
shock or injury

granted to the initial customer and is nontransferable. Any claims under this warranty must be made before the
end of the applicable warranty period.
Yo ur st e a me r is w ar r a nt i e d f o r a pe r i od of 1-year from original date of purchase for defective material, parts,
and workmanship. The warranty EXCLUDES accessories, attachments and normal wear parts, when used in
accordance with operating instructions under normal and reasonable use.
During the term of the warranty, all labor and parts to place your product in proper operating condition will be
a covered service. You have an EXTENDED warranty covering 2 additional years for defective boiler or
heating element. Extended warranty does not include labor cost and return shipping. US STEAM’s
responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, credit or refund, any of which may be selected by US STEAM
at its sole discretion.
The limited warranty covers only defects arising from normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures
arising from: misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, usage not in accordance with user manual and instructions,
depletion of consumables, acts of nature, or damage caused by repairs where such repairs were made without
US STEAM’s express approval.
Warranty is Void:
ØDamage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, and normal wear related to the product usage
ØAny repair or attempted repairs outside of the US STEAM Service Center will void all warranties
ØLack of proper maintenance or use not in accordance with the provided instructions and/or owner’s manual
ØDisassembly or attempted disassembly of your steamer
ØIf the steamer is designated for residential but utilized in a commercial application
ØUsing an improper electrical source such as using an extension cord that is not at least 12 gauge / 15AMP
rated or higher extension cord
ØAdding chemicals or cleaning solution to the boiler or reservoir tank
ØParts subject to wear and tear not determined defective or items such as O-rings, brushes, hoses, accessories
GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS
All disputes arising out of or related to the warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In the
event the customer and US STEAM® LLC are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection
action, suit, or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such action, suit, or
proceeding shall be entitled to recover any cost and attorney fees incurred.
All repairs must have an RMA.
RMA’s can be requested from the website: https://ussteam.net/repair
Steps for Repair:
1. Request RMA.
2. RMA number will be emailed along with a shipping label.
3. Box up your steamer and include Repair Form.
4. Go to FedEx for drop off.
5. DO NOT SEND IN A REPAIR WITHOUT AN RMA.
