QUICK START GUIDE
DO NOT PLUG IN STEAM CLEANER UNTIL INSTRUCTED
1. OPEN SAFETY CAP AND FILL TANK WITH WATER: Press and hold
down while turning the safety cap counter clockwise to open. Remove the cap.
Pour in the water from the filler bottle leaving about 1 inch of water in the bottle to
prevent overflow in the tank.
2. REPLACE THE SAFETY CAP AND TIGHTEN: Turn the cap clockwise to close. Keep
pressing and turning the cap until it is tight.
Note: This cap does not sit flush on the machine and will continue to turn once fully tightened.
3. PLUG IN THE STEAM CLEANER: Plug the power cord into an outlet. The steam cleaner
should be the only appliance plugged into an outlet. Use only a 15AMP extension cord. If you use an
extension cord, the heating will take longer and steam pressure may be less than optimum.
4. CONNECT HOSE TO STEAM CLEANER: Lift the hinged hose socket
cover on the front of the steam cleaner and insert the square end of the hose into
the socket until you hear a click.
5. POWER ON THE STEAM CLEANER: Press the
POWER button to heat the water in the boiler. It will take 9
minutes before your steamer is ready to use. The green
Steam Ready light will illuminate when ready. The Pressure
Gauge must read 3.5 to 4.5 bars before use.
6. PRESS THE STEAM RELEASE BUTTON (to release
the steam from the boiler to the hose). The orange light on
button will illuminate.
7. BLEED THE SYSTEM BEFORE USING:Bleed the hose by turning on low-pressure steam to
release excess water from the hose into a towel for about 10 seconds.
8. SELECT STEAM PRESSURE SETTING.

9. Refilling the Steam Cleaner
When one of the following happens, your steam cleaner is low on water:
ØThe orange Low Water Indicator Light turns on.
ØThe pressure drops fast (below 2 bars) and pressure
gauge stays low.
ØAmount of steam is very light and moisture content is low.
How to refill your steamer:
1. Press the power button to the OFF position. The orange light on the button will turn off.
2. Leave Steam Release Button “on”
3. Pull the spray trigger handle until pressure gauge reads ”0” (zero).
Push Turn Power to Off Leave “Steam Release” in the “On” Position
4. WARNING - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADD WATER WHILE THE BOILER TANK IS STILL
HOT. LET THE STEAM BOILER COOL AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE ADDING
WATER.
5. Cover the safety cap with a towel, press down on cap and turn cap very slowly counter-
clockwise. You may hear some steam escaping. Keep the towel over the cap. Remove the
safety cap.
6. Replace safety cap and hand tighten the cap turning clockwise. Plug the steam cleaner in and
press the On/Of (the orange light on the button should illuminate).
Cleaning and Accessory Maintenance
TANK CLEAN TO REMOVE MINERAL DEPOSITS (Do once a month)
1. When the steam cleaner is cold and unplugged, use a13MM wrench and
remove the drain plug, allowing water to drain from the system.
2. Mix 3 cups of vinegar and 3 cups of water together and pour into the steam
cleaner tank.
3. Leave safety cap off and turn on steamer by pushing the power button and
let the steamer heat for 5 minutes.
4. Turn the power button off and let vinegar and water mixture sit in the steamer for 15 minutes.
Remove drain plug allowing mixture to drain from the steamer.
5. Add clean water and drain again.
6. Steamer is now ready for cleaning.
NEVER ADD CHEMICALS INTO THE TANK! Adding any form of chemicals or fragrance to the tank
will void the warranty and could result in malfunction or damage to the system.

Troubleshooting
Problem
Possible Solution
No Power to Unit
Check the circuit breaker / circuit panel for tripped breaker.
No steam coming out of hose
1) Is the steam release button in the ON position?
2) Check the low water light. If on, refill the unit.
3) Is the pressure 3- 4.5 bars? If not, wait for the unit to build
pressure
4) Drain boiler and refill with ¾of the fill bottle or 1.5L of water.

1) Is the unit plugged into an extension cord? If so, make sure it is
12 gauge and a maximum length of 25 ft.

outlet? If so, unplug the other appliance or use a different circuit.
3) Has the boiler tank been cleaned recently? See maintenance

12. WORK TECHNIQUES
The temperature of the steam at the tip of the nozzle is between 312ºF - 285ºF, since the vapor is dry,
it cools to 245ºF 4” from the tip and 185ºF 8” inches from the tip.
Most bacteria begins to die when exposed to temperatures of 245ºF so keeping the tip of the handle
close to the work area is key to successful cleaning.
Using a bonnet clipped to the large floor or triangular brush allows heat to be spread evenly on the
work area. Work from the top down on any area so dirt will not fall on cleaned surfaces.

PRE-STEAM
Get into the habit of pre-steaming a surface if it is heavily soiled. At a
4-inch distance, spray steam on surface from all directions for 10 seconds.
PRE-TREAT
Use heat activated Vapormate® to pre-treat surface areas before steaming.
SPEED
Let the heat do the work for you! Do not move too quickly, unless surface is
sensitive to heat like wood, paint, wallpaper, colored fabrics or plastic.
Bed Bug & Dust Mites
To eliminate bed bugs or dust mites, use the large triangle brush or the Bed
Bugger (ordered separately) on the low steam setting. Bed bugs and dust
mites will die on contact from the steam.
Ø Move quickly over the mattress and go over each area more than once
to ensure complete and thorough elimination of bed bugs and dust
mites Immediately use a vacuum over treat areas.
Ø Make sure to treat both sides of the mattress and all areas around the
bed including baseboards.
Ø Mattress should be slightly damp to the touch but not wet so let it air-dry
before putting bed linens back on the mattress.

14. HOW TO CLEAN
Floors
a. Tile – Vacuum or pre-sweep then use a large floor or triangle brush at low or medium steam.
b. Tile Grout –Use the 1-inch nylon round brush with the 1-hole nozzle on low or medium steam.
c. Vinyl or Wood –Use the large floor brush with a bonnet at low steam.
NOTE: WHEN STEAMING A WOOD FLOOR, NEVER LET BRUSH STAND IN ONE PLACE
WHILE STEAM TRIGGER IS ON. ALWAYS KEEP BRUSH MOVING. GO OVER AREA TWO OR
THREE TIMES AS NEEDED.
g. Marble Floors - Use the same techniques as used for wood floors, keeping heat and moisture
off the surface as much as possible. Always use Marble conditioner after cleaning. NOTE: SOME
MARBLE SURFACES CAN DISCOLOR.
Carpets
We do not recommend this steam cleaner for cleaning large carpeted areas but rather for spot
cleaning. Carpet fibers melt at temperatures 300ºF and above. The heat from the vapor
system should not melt the fibers, but it can change their shape or color at temperatures
185ºF-250ºF.
Use large floor or triangle brush on medium steam setting, 2 inches above carpet, and pre-steam a
6x6 foot area. The steam will cause the dirt and soil particles to loosen their grip on the carpet
fibers and opens up the fibers. Then use a large brush with a bonnet on medium steam pressure
and go over pre-steamed area with same movements as when you vacuum. Change towels when
dirty. Repeat these steps if necessary.
Tips for Treating Carpet Stains
If the stain is only on the surface of the carpet, it can be removed by shooting the steam against the
spot from the side, 1-2 inches above surface. Hold a towel on the other side to catch the residue.
This prevents driving the particles deeper into the fibers.
Kitchen
Sink
Use the 3-inch nylon round or small triangular brush with the 3-hole nozzle on medium steam.
Stovetop
Use the 3-inch round brush or small triangular brush with the 3-hole nozzle at low/medium steam.
Use the 1-inch round brush attached to the 1-hole nozzle for cleaning burners.
Oven Interior
Use the1-inch brass round brush with the 1-hole nozzle.
DO NOT SCRUB SURFACE. THIS MAY DAMAGE THE ENAMEL.
Countertops
a. Method 1 - Use 3-inch round brush with 3-hole nozzle in slow, back and forth movements at low
or medium steam. Wipe with clean cotton towel.
b. Method 2 - Use the large triangular brush with a bonnet. Pre-heat towel 3 to 5 seconds. Clean
surface using back and forth movements.

Cabinet or Drawer Facings
Use the large triangular brush with a bonnet at low or medium steam.
Corners/Crevices
Use the 1-hole nozzle attached to the hose handle at low or medium steam to blow out dirt. Catch
dirt with a spare cotton towel to prevent it from spraying everywhere.
Refrigerator –Please remove food, bins and shelves from the refrigerator before cleaning.
a. Exterior Surfaces – Use the large triangular brush with a bonnet on low or medium steam.
b. Interior Surfaces –Use the 3-inch round brush or small triangular brush with the 3-hole nozzle
on low or medium steam. Use separate towel to wipe up loosened dirt. Never use hot steam on
cold glass.
c. Door Moldings –Use the 1-inch nylon bristle round brush with the 1-hole nozzle. Use separate
towel to mop up loosened dirt.
d. Defrosting Freezer –Use the 1-inch nylon bristle round brush with the 1-hole nozzle on low or
medium steam. Use separate towel to mop up water.
Dishwasher
Use the 1-hole nozzle on low or medium steam to clean out corners and edges. For light
scrubbing, add the 1-inch round nylon brush.
Bathroom
Mirrors/Glass/Windows
Use the squeegee tool on the LOW steam setting.
CAUTION! ALWAYS PREHEAT GLASS WITH THE SQUEEGEE 2-3 INCHES FROM SURFACE
BEFORE CLEANING! DO NOT CLEAN GLASS WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW
FREEZING POINT! NEVER CLEAN A GLASS THAT HAS A CRACK!
Toilet - DO NOT PUT THE BRUSH OR HOSE HANDLE UNDER WATER
Exterior cleaning uses the small triangular brush with the 3-hole nozzle on low or medium steam.
Interior cleaning use the 1” nylon round brush with the 1-hole nozzle for cleaning on low or medium
steam. Start from the top of the toilet and work down to the base.
Faucets
Use the 3-inch nylon round brush or small triangular brush with the 3-hole nozzle on low.
Bathtub/Shower
a. Fiberglass –Pre-spray the area with heat activated Vapormate®. For crevices use the 1” nylon
brush with the 1-hole nozzle. Use large triangle brush with bonnet on walls of tubs.
b. Ceramic – Use the large triangular brush with a bonnet on low steam setting to avoid scratching
surface.
c. Shower door –Use the large triangle brush with a bonnet on the low steam setting. Lightly
applying Vapormate® assists in naturally removing mineral deposits or soap scum.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE THE BRUSH IN A CONCENTRATED AREA FOR MORE THAN
TWO OR THREE SECONDS, GLASS COULD BREAK.
d. Silicone Sealant – Use the 1-hole nozzle on low or medium steam, no closer than one-inch, use
back and forth movement blowing out debris.
