personale tecnico qualificato nel campo delle installazioni di
automazioni.

• Qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione o di programmazione
deve essere eseguita esclusivamente da personale
qualificato.
’AUTOMAZIONE DEVE ESSERE REA IZZATA IN
CONFORMITÀ A E VIGENTI NORMATIVE EUROPEE:
EN 60204–1 (Sicurezza del macchinario, equipaggiamento
elettrico delle macchine, parte 1: regole generali).
EN 12445 (Sicurezza nell'uso di chiusure automatizzate,
metodi di prova).
EN 12453 (Sicurezza nell'uso di chiusure automatizzate,
requisiti).
• L'installatore deve provvedere all'installazione di un
dispositivo (es. interruttore magnetotermico omologato) che
assicuri il sezionamento onnipolare del sistema dalla rete di
alimentazione. La normativa richiede una separazione dei
contatti di almeno 3 mm in ciascun polo (EN 60335-1).
• L’installazione richiede competenze in campo elettrico e
meccanico; deve essere eseguita solamente da personale
qualificato in grado di rilasciare la dichiarazione di conformità
di tipo A sull’installazione completa (Direttiva macchine
98/37/EEC, allegato IIA).
• E’ obbligo attenersi alle seguenti norme per chiusure
veicolari automatizzate: EN 12453, EN 12445, EN 12978 ed
alle eventuali prescrizioni nazionali.
• Anche l’impianto elettrico a monte dell’automazione deve
rispondere alle vigenti normative ed essere eseguito a regola
d’arte. V2 S.p.A. non si assume nessuna responsabilità nel
caso in cui l’impianto a monte non risponda alle vigenti
normative e sia eseguito a regola d’arte.
• La regolazione della forza di spinta della porta deve essere
misurata con apposito strumento e regolata in accordo ai
valori massimi ammessi dalla normativa EN 12453.
• È vietato l’utilizzo di WISANT in ambienti polverosi e
atmosfere saline o esplosive.
• L’operatore è realizzato soltanto per il funzionamento in locali
asciutti.
• Per salvaguardare l’incolumità delle persone è d’importanza
vitale rispettare tutte le istruzioni
• Conservare con cura questo manuale di istruzioni
• Non permettere ai bambini di giocare con la porta motorizzata.
Tenere il trasmettitore lontano dalla portata dei bambini!
• Mettere in funzione la porta solo quando tutta l’area è in
vista. Assicurarsi che la zona di movimento della porta,
potenzialmente pericolosa, sia sgombra di ostacoli o persone.
• Non utilizzare l’operatore dopo aver riscontrato la necessità di
riparazioni o lavori di regolazione, perché un guasto
dell’impianto o una porta sbilanciata possono causare lesioni.
• Informare tutte le persone che utilizzano la porta motorizzata
sulle modalità di comando corrette ed affidabili.
Dimostrare e provare la funzione d’inversione del moto
(in presenza di ostacolo alto 50 mm e forza max. 150 N)
nonché lo sblocco meccanico.
• Per salvaguardare cose e persone, prima di concludere la
messa in servizio si deve eseguire un controllo di sicurezza, al
fine di garantire che l’operatore disinserisca ed inverta il moto
in presenza di un ostacolo (forza max. 150 N, corrisponde a
ca. 15 kg, al di sopra di una luce di 50 mm), in conformità
alla normativa in vigore (EN 12453).
• Tale prova e misurazione sulla forza può essere eseguita solo
da personale specializzato. Rilevando un ostacolo la porta
dovrà arrestare ed invertire il moto (completamente o anche
solo parzialmente, secondo le impostazioni effettuate sulla
logica di comando).
Se la porta non scorre sulla corsa richiesta o se non inverte il
moto rilevando un ostacolo, bisognerà ripetere la regolazione
della forza e corsa. Successivamente ripetere la prova.
Se anche dopo le correzioni effettuate la porta non arresta e
non inverte il modo come invece richiesto dalla normativa,
non potrà continuare a funzionare automaticamente.
• Controllare frequentemente l’installazione, in particolare cavi,
molle e parti meccaniche per segni di usura, danneggiamento
o sbilanciamento.
• Eventuali apparecchiature accessorie applicate in postazione
fissa (quali pulsanti e simili), devono essere installate nel
campo visivo della porta ad un’altezza di almeno 1,5m da
terra. Montare gli accessori assolutamente lontano dalla
portata dei bambini!
• La segnaletica relativa ai pericoli residui quali lo
schiacciamento, deve essere affissa su un punto ben visibile o
in prossimità del pulsante in postazione fissa.
• Togliere alimentazione all'operatore prima di effettuare delle
riparazioni o prima di aprire il coperchio.
• L'operatore può essere riparato solo a porta chiusa.
• Non tirare la catena manuale durante l'apertura o la chiusura
della porta

VERIFICHE PRE IMINARI
Prima di procedere con l’installazione di WISANT è fondamentale
verificare i seguenti punti:
• Verificare che la porta possa essere automatizzabile
(verificare la documentazione della porta). Inoltre verificare
che la struttura della stessa sia solida e adatta ad essere
automatizzata.
• Eseguire il fissaggio del motore in modo stabile utilizzando
materiali adeguati.
• Effettuare se necessario, il calcolo strutturale e allegarlo al
fascicolo tecnico.
• Verificare che la porta sia funzionale e sicura.
• La porta si deve aprire e chiudere liberamente senza nessun
punto di attrito.
•La porta dev'essere dotata di molle tiranti, per non
danneggiare l'operatore. Prima d'installare l'operatore,
verificare il corretto bilanciamento della porta.
• Per evitare che la porta possa fuoriuscire dalle guide si
consiglia d'installare sulle guide dei dispositivi di finecorsa

INSTA AZIONE
• Avvitare il supporto (raccordo in ferro a L) nel muro con il bullone a espansione.
Il supporto a muro può essere installato alla sinistra o alla destra dell'operatore.
• Inserire il 1º anello distanziale nell'asse della porta.
• Inserire l'operatore nell'asse della porta (verificare la corretta posizione della chiavetta) e avvitarlo nel supporto a muro.
• Inserire il 2º anello distanziale nell'asse della porta e spingerlo contro l'operatore, verificando che la catena scenda verticalmente
• Premere il 1º anello distanziale contro l'operatore e fissare entrambi gli anelli.

CO EGAMENTI E ETTRICI
• Posizionare la centrale di comando vicino alla porta ma lontano da tutte le sue parti mobili e a un'altezza superiore a 1,4 m dal suolo
in modo che non sia a portata di mano dei bambini.
• Collegare il cavo di terra dell’impianto al morsetto di terra dell'operatore contrassegnato dal simbolo
•Se la porta è equipaggiata di fermo meccanico, installare un contatto di sicurezza sul fermo e collegare i morsetti del contatto

INTERRUTTORI FINECORSA
REGO AZIONE PRE IMINARE
• Verificare che l'operatore sia installato in modo stabile, aprire la porta fino alla posizione desiderata e osservare la direzione di rotazione
delle camme fine corsa verdi durante l'apertura.
Allentare le viti delle camme di fine corsa verdi, ruotare quindi le tre camme nella stessa direzione fino a quando gli interruttori di
fine corsa non si incastrano (terza camma di fine corsa verde: uscita segnale porta aperta), infine stringere le viti di fissaggio con la chiave
esagonale in dotazione.
• Chiudere la porta fino alla posizione desiderata e osservare la direzione di rotazione delle camme di fine corsa rosse durante la chiusura.
Allentare le viti delle camme fine corsa rosse, ruotare quindi le due camme nella stessa direzione (ad es. nella direzione opposta alla
camma verde) fino a quando gli interruttori di fine corsa non si incastrano, infine stringere le viti di fissaggio con la chiave esagonale in
dotazione.
REGO AZIONE OTTIMA E
• Dopo aver effettuato la regolazione preliminare, è possibile aprire/chiudere la porta e verificare se raggiunge la posizione desiderata.
In caso contrario, effettuare la regolazione ottimale.
• Le viti di regolazione vengono utilizzate per la regolazione ottimale e un giro corrisponde all'incirca a 150 mm del movimento della porta.
• Le viti di regolazione nelle camme di fine corsa verdi consentono alla porta di raggiungere la posizione di apertura desiderata, in senso
orario per una maggiore apertura, in senso antiorario per un'apertura minore.
• Le viti di regolazione nelle camme di fine corsa rosse consentono alla porta di raggiungere la posizione di chiusura desiderata, in senso
orario per una maggiore apertura, in senso antiorario per un'apertura minore.

CATENA MANUA E
Attenzione:
• Dopo aver utilizzato la catena manuale per alcune volte, la temperatura della manopola si alzerà.
Si consiglia di regolarla con una chiave.
• In caso d'interruzione di corrente, è possibile aprire o chiudere la porta manualmente tirando la catena manuale.
• Stringere o allentare la manopola ruotandola in senso orario o antiorario fino a quando la catena manuale non riesce ad aprire o chiudere
la porta con facilità.
Nota:
• Tirare la catena manuale solo in caso d'interruzione di corrente, NON per il normale utilizzo.
Evitare di tirare la catena durante la chiusura o l'apertura della porta, in caso contrario, potrebbero verificarsi gravi danni
corporali o materiali.
• È importante verificare che la catena non sia storta. Se la catena è storta, potrebbero verificarsi dei malfunzionamenti in
caso di utilizzo della catena manuale.
• Fissare saldamente la catena manuale come mostrato in figura.

MANUTENZIONE
Verificare che la porta sia in buone condizioni di funzionamento e correttamente bilanciata.
L'operatore per porta dev'essere controllato e manutenzionato da un tecnico qualificato.
Pulire l'operatore costantemente.

• Every programming and/or every maintenance service should
be done only by qualified technicians.
AUTOMATION MUST BE IMP EMENTED IN COMP IANCE
WITH THE EUROPEAN REGU ATIONS IN FORCE:
EN 60204-1 (Machinery safety. electrical equipment of
machines, part 1: general rules)
EN 12445 (Safe use of automated locking devices, test
methods)
EN 12453 (Safe use of automated locking devices,
requirements)
• The installer must provide for a device (es. magnetotermical
switch) ensuring the omnipolar sectioning of the equipment
from the power supply. The standards require a separation of
the contacts of at least 3 mm in each pole (EN 60335-1).
• Installation requires mechanical and electrical skills,
therefore it shall be carried out by qualified personnel only,
who can issue the Compliance Certificate concerning the
whole installation (Machine Directive 98/37/EEC, Annex IIA).
• The automated vehicular gates shall comply with the
following rules: EN 12453, EN 12445, EN 12978 as well as
any local rule in force.
• Also the automation upstream electric system shall comply
with the laws and rules in force and be carried out
workmanlike. V2 S.p.A. declines any responsibility in case of
automation upstream electric system not complying with the
laws and rules in force and not carried out workmanlike.
• The door thrust force adjustment shall be measured by
means of a proper tool and adjusted according to the max.
limits, which EN 12453 allows.
• The use of WISANT in dusty, saline or explosive environment
is forbidden
• The opener is designed for operation in dry rooms exclusively.
• For the safety and life of persons it is absolutely necessary to
follow all instructions.
• Keep these instructions save for later reference
• Do not permit children to play with the automated garage
door. Transmitters are to be kept safe and away from
children!
• Only operate the door if the entire door area is in your field of
view. Always be sure, that no persons or objects are located
within traveling range of the door.
• Do not use the opener when service or adjustment work is
required. A badly balanced door, or a faulty garage door
system may cause injuries.
• Please inform all persons using the door system on how to
operate it correctly and safely. Demonstrate and test the
reversion (with a 50 mm high obstacle at max. 150 N) as well
as the mechanical release.
• For the safety of persons and objects a safety check has to be
performed. Before finishing the initial operation make sure
that the drive stops and reverses according to the valid norms
(EN 12453) when hitting an obstacle (max. 150N force,
equivalent to approx. 15 kg, more than 50 mm above
ground).
• This test and measurement of force may only be performed by
a professional.
When hitting an obstacle the door has to stop and reverse
(completely or partially, depending on the setting of the PCB).
If the door does not run the correct path or if the door does
not reverse when hitting an obstacle the programming of
force and path has to be repeated.
Then please repeat the test.
If the door after the performed corrections does not stop and
reverse according to the valid norms, the door may not be
operated automatically.
• Check often the automation, particularly the cables, springs
and mechanic parts for wear and tear, damages and
unbalancing
• Permanently mounted auxiliary devices (such as push buttons
etc.) should be mounted within view of the door.
The distance between moving parts and the height must be at
least 1.5 meters. It is essential that they are mounted out of
reach of children!
• Affix warning signs indicating the risk of being caught in the
door where they may be seen immediately or in the vicinity of
the permanently mounted push button.
• The operator should be switched off before repairing it or
opening its cover.
• The operator may only be repaired with the door closed.
• Do not pull the hand chain during opening or closing
the door

PRE IMINARY CHECKINGS
Before installing WISANT, please check the following basic points:
• The door must be suitable to be automated (check the door
operation manual and directions). The door structure itself
must be stout and appropriate to be automated.
• Fix the engine steadily and using suitable material.
• If necessary, make the structural calculation and enclose to
the technical specification paper.
• The door must be functional and safe.
• The door must open and close easily without any friction.
• The door must be equipped with balance springs, otherwise
the operator will be damaged. Before installation of the door
operator, the door should be carefully checked for being kept
well balance.
• It is recommended to install limit devices on door tracks to
prevent the door from sliding out of the tracks.

MAIN STRUCTURE
INSTA ATION
• Screw the wall bracket (L-shaped iron fitting) onto the wall with expansion bolt.
You may install the wall bracket to left side or right side of operator.
• Slot the 1st spacer ring onto the door shaft.
• Slot the door operator onto the door shaft (ensure correct position of the key) and screw onto the wall bracket.
• Slot the 2nd spacer ring onto the door shaft and push it against the operator, ensuring that the chain hangs vertically
• Press the 1st spacer ring against the operator and fix both rings.

E ECTRICA CONNECTIONS
• Locate control box: within sight of door but away from all moving parts of the door and at a height of more than 1.4m above the
ground out of the reach of children
• Connect the ground wire of the system to the ground terminal of the actuator marked by the symbol

ROUGH ADJUSTING
• Check that the operator has firmly installed, open the door to desired position and observe the rotating direction of green limit cams
during opening. Loose the screws of green limit cams, then turn three cams in the same direction until the limit switches click (the third
green limit cam: opened signal output), finally tighten the screws with supplied hexagonal wrench key.
• Close the door to desired position and observe the rotating direction of red limit cams during closing.
Loose the screws of red limit cams, then turn two cams in the same direction (i.e. on the opposite direction of the green cam) until the
limit switches click, finally tighten the screws with supplied hexagonal wrench key.
FINE ADJUSTING
• After rough adjusting, you can open/close the door and observe whether the door has successfully reached the desired position.
If the door does not reach the desired position, fine adjusting could become necessary.
• The adjusting bolts are used for fine adjustment and one turn is about 150 mm of door movement.
• The adjusting bolts in the green limit cams to make the door reach the desired open position, clockwise to open less, anticlockwise to
open more.
• The adjusting bolts in the red limit cams to make the door reach the desired close position, clockwise to close less, anticlockwise
to close more.

HAND CHAIN
Warning:
• After using the hand chain a few times, the temperature of the handle will rise. We suggest adjusting it with a wrench.
• In case of power failure, you can open or close the door manually by pulling the hand chain.
• Tighten or loose the knob by rotating clockwise or anticlockwise until the hand chain can open or close the door easily.
Note
• Pull the hand chain only when the power failure, NOT for normal use. Do not pull the chain during closing or opening the
door, otherwise, serious personal injury or property damage may occur.
• It is important to ensure that the chain is not fitted twisted. If the chain is twisted, malfunctions may occur when the hand
chain is used.
• It is essential to screw the hand chain firmly in place as shown in figure.

Make sure the door is in good working condition and that it is correctly balanced.
The door operator should be checked and maintained by a qualified technician.
Keep operator clean at all times.

• L'installateur doit pourvoir à l'installation d'un dispositif (ex.
interrupteur magnétothermique) qui assure la coupure
omnipolaire de l'équipement du réseau d'alimentation.
La norme requiert une séparation des contacts d'au
moins 3 mm pour chaque pôle (EN 60335-1).
• Pour la connexion de tubes rigides ou flexibles utiliser des
raccordements possédant le IP55 niveau de protection.
• L’installation requiert des compétences en matière
d’électricité et mécaniques; doit être faite exclusivement par
techniciens qualifiés en mesure de délivrer l’attestation de
conformité pour l’installation (Directive 98/37/EEC, - IIA).
• Il est obligatoire se conformer aux normes suivantes pour
fermetures véhiculaires automatisées: EN 12453, EN 12445,
EN 12978 et à toutes éventuelles prescriptions nationales.
• Même l’installation électrique ou on branche l’automatisme
doit répondre aux normesen vigueur et être fait à règles de
l’art. V2 S.p.A. n'est pas responsable dans le cas où
l'installation ne soit pas faite selon les normes et la loi en
vigueur.
• La régulation de la force de poussée du vantail doit être
mesurée avec outil spécial et réglée selon les valeurs maxi
admis par la norme EN 12453.
• Il est interdit l'emploi de WISANT en environnement
poussiéreux ou atmosphère saline ou explosive.
• Implanter la motorisation uniquement dans un local sec.
• Il est très important de respecter toutes les consignes afin
d'assurer en toutes circonstances la sécurité des personnes.
• S´ il vous plait conservez ces instructions.
• Jouer avec la porte motorisée doit être fait impossible aux
enfants. Ne pas laisser l’émetteur à la portée des enfants!
• Mettez la porte en service uniquement lorsque vous pouvez
apercevoir le secteur de la porte en totalité. Veillez à ce que
personne ni objet ne se trouve dans la zone de la course de la
porte.
• Ne pas utiliser l´opérateur si des réparations ou des travaux de
réglage sont à effectuer. Une erreur dans l´installation ou une
porte mal équilibrée peuvent entraîner des blessures graves.
• Veuillez informer toutes les personnes qui utilisent la porte
automatique sur son mode d’emploi correct et sûr.
Démontrez et vérifiez la réversion (avec un obstacle de 50 mm
de hauteur à 150 N) ainsi que le déverrouillage mécanique.
• Avant la mise en service il faut procéder un contrôle pour la
sécurité des personnes et des biens afin qu` on puisse assurer
que la sécurité de fonctionnement et la détection d´obstacles
(force max. 150 N = 15 kg) soient conformes aux normes en
vigueur (par exemple EN 12453).
• Cette inspection ne peut qu` être réalisé par un professionnel.
A la détection d´obstacle l´opérateur doit s´arrêter et reverser
(complètement ou partiellement; en fonction du réglage fait
sur la platine électronique). Si la porte ne fait pas la course
désirée ou si la porte ne reverse pas à la détection d´obstacle il
faut répéter la programmation de la force et de la course.
Après il faut répéter le test.
Si après les corrections la porte ne s´arrête et ne renverse
toujours pas selon les normes en vigueur, la porte ne doit pas
être opérée avec un opérateur automatique.
• Contrôler souvent l’installation, en particulier les câbles,
ressorts et parties mécaniques pour signes d’usure,
endommagement et déséquilibre.
• Les appareils supplémentaires à installation fixe (tels que les
commutateurs, etc.) seront disposés à une distance visible de
la porte. L’écartement entre les composants mobiles et la
hauteur doit être de 1,5 mètre minimum. S’assurer qu’ils sont
disposés absolument hors de portée des enfants.
• Apposer des panneaux d’avertissement bien en vue ou à
proximité du commutateur à installation fixe pour prévenir du
risque de coincement.
• Éteindre l'opérateur avant d'effectuer toute réparation ou
avant d'en ouvrir le boîtier.
• L'opérateur ne doit être réparé qu'à porte fermée.
• Ne pas tirer sur la chaîne manuelle pendant l'ouverture ou la
fermeture de la porte.
