DESEMBALAJE, INSTALACIÓN Y ENSAMBLAJES PREVIOS.
1) Desembalar e instalar la máquina según los puntos 4.1, 4.2
y 4.3 del manual de instrucciones.
2) Realizar los ensamblajes previos (VER ENSAMBLAJES).
3) Realizar la conexión eléctrica de la máquina según el punto
4.5 del manual de instrucciones.
4) Realizar la conexión neumática según el punto 4.6 del ma-
nual de instrucciones.
5) Conectar la toma general de aspiración (1) según el punto
2 del anexo manual de instrucciones.
6) Desbloquee la válvula general de aire (3) y asegúrese que
la máquina tiene una presión de 6 bares visualizando el indi-
cador de presión (7). Para la regulación de la presión realice
las instrucciones expuestas en el punto 5.1 del manual de
instrucciones.
7) Accionar el interruptor general (5) para encender la má-
quina.
Montaje del volante
Montar la manivela A en el volante B, me-
diante la llave de servicio
Montaje del cargador
Desenroscar las tuercas A, arandelas B y
tornillos C de su alojamiento.
Colocar el cargador D y fijarlo con las
tuercas A, arandelas B y tornillos C
Comprobar que los rodillos E del cargador,
giren libremente.

Montaje de los suplementos mesa
Colocar los suplementos mesa A en la entrada y salida
de la mesa de trabajo y fijarlos con los tornillos B y
arandelas C.
Situar los apoyos D en los orificios previstos

5. En caso de que el motor girase en sentido contrario no
sería posible la introducción del tablero. Corrija la conexión
eléctrica siguiendo el punto 4.5 del manual de instrucciones.
10) Acceso al modo de funcionamiento con temperatura:
• Pulsando el icono (18) en la pantalla de indicaciones.
• Presionando el pulsador de marcha (10) estando en la
pantalla de inicio.

9) Comprobación de la conexión eléctrica.
Si la conexión eléctrica es erronea puede dar
lugar a situaciones de peligro para los usua-
rios o daños irreparables para la máquina.
Para la comprobación se realizará un primer paso de tablero
siguiendo las indicaciones:
1. Comprobar que el piloto de alimentación eléctrica a red
(11) este encendido.
2. Pulsar el icono de modo de funcionamiento sin temperatu-
ra (19) y asegurarse que la cola esté fría.
3. Presionar el Pulsador de marcha (10) de forma que el piloto
de funcionamiento (13) quede fijo.
Leer atentamente y seguir la secuencia explicada en la Guia
primer trabajo, antes de iniciar el trabajo.
4. Presentar un tablero en la mesa (25) e introducirlo en el
alimentador (24), comprobando que el avance es el adecuado.

- Selección de la temperatura:
Pulsando los digitos de consigna (27) aparece un teclado. In-
troducir la temperatura deseada y pulsar Enter.
Una vez seleccionada la temperatura, presione el pulsador de
marcha (10) para iniciar el calentamiento.
- Mientras la cola se calienta:
En la pantalla se muestra el estado actual y el tiempo aproxi-
mado para alcanzar la temperatura deseada.
- Máquina preparada:
Al llegar a 10º C por debajo de la temperatura deseada, la
máquina esta preparada para trabajar. El piloto de funciona-
miento (13) parpadea.
- Confirmación de trabajo:
Presionando el pulsador de marcha (10) se confirma la acción
de trabajo, el piloto de funcionamiento (13) se queda fijo y la
máquina esta lista para iniciar el aplacado.
- El rango de operación de la máquina es de
120 a 220ºC.
- La temperatura de trabajo depende de las
especificaciones del fabricante de la cola.
- La máquina esta ajustada para trabajar con
canto de 2 mm de espesor y radio de 2 mm.
- Para la realización de otros ajustes diríjase
al punto 5. Ajustes y regulaciones del manual
de instrucciones.
- Antes de poner en funcionamiento la máqui-
na debe leer atentamente el punto

Loader assembly
Remove nuts A, washers B and screws C
from their housing.
Position loader D and attach with nuts A,
washers B and screws C.
Make sure that loader belt rollers E turn
freely.

UNPACKING, INSTALLATION AND PRIOR ASSEMBLIES
1) Unpack and install the machine as per the paragraphs 4.1,
4.2 and 4.3 of the instructions manual.
2) Proceed with the prior assemblies (SEE PART "ASSEM-
BLIES").
3) Connect the machine to the mains as per the paragraph 4.5
of the instructions manual.
4) Proceed to connect the machine to the compressed air
source as per the paragraph 4.6 of the instructions manual.
5) Connect the dust collector pipe (1), as per paragraph 2 of
the annex to the instructions manual.
6) Unlock the compressed air valve (3) and be sure that the
machine has at least a pressure of 6 bar, showed on the pres-
sure indicator.
7) Switch on the machine by means of the main switch (5).
Wheel assembly
Mount the crank A on the wheel B, using
the service key.

8) Welcome screen:
Assembly of table inserts
Place the table inserts A at the entrance and exit of
the work table and fix them with the screws B and
washers C.
Place the supports D in the holes provided.

9) Checking electrical connection.
If the electrical connection is wrong it can
cause dangerous situations to the user and
irreparable damages to the machine.
To check the connection pass a panel following the indica-
tions:
1. Check that the electrical connection light (11) is on.
2. Press the icon operating mode without temperature (19)
and check that the glue is cold.
3. Press the "ON" button (10) in order the "ON" light remains
fixed.
Before switching on the machine for the first time, please
read carefully and follow the instructions explained in the
"FIRST JOB GUIDE".
4. Put a panel on the table (25) and introduce it in the feeder
(24), checking that the feeding is correct.
5. In case the motor turned in the opposite direction it will
be no possible to introduce the panel. Modify the connection
following section 4.5 on the instructions manual.
10) Operation mode with temperature:
• Press icon (18) on the welcome screen.
• Press the "ON" button (10) from the welcome screen.

- Temperature selection:
Pressing on the temperature set by the user (27) it will appear
a keyboard.
Introduce the wished temperature and press enter.
Once the temperature has been selected press the "ON" but-
ton (10) to start the heating.
- While the glue is heating up:
On the screen is showed the current temperature and the
expected time to arrive to the set temperature.
- Machine ready:
When the temperature arrives 10º under the set temperature,
the machine is ready to work.
The "ON" light (13) flickers.
- Working confirmation:
Pressing the "ON" button (10) the working status of the ma-
chine is confirmed, the "ON" light (13) remains fixed and the
machine is ready to work.
- The range of operation of the machine is
from 120 to 220º C.
- The working temperature depends of the
glue manufacturer specifications.
- The machine comes from factory prepared
to work with tapes of 2 mm thickness and
trimming of 2 mm radius.
- For other adjustments go to section 5 of the
manual instructions.
- Before switching on the machine for the
first time, please read the section 3 on the
manual "Safety instructions".
