The blade and mesh for knives are non-separable, which
ensures the stability of the shaving block operation. Do not
dissasemble them forcibly.
You can find the shaving block (3) removal and installation
procedure in the corresponding section above
•
Using a brush (10), clean the shaving block (3) and the shav-
ing heads (2) both from the inside and the outside, and clean
the blades drive (fig. 4).
•
After brushing the bristles off, you can rinse both parts of
the shaving block (3, 4) and the shaving heads (2) with warm
water (fig. 5, 6).
•
After rinsing, dry or wipe all parts dry with a cloth to keep the
shaving heads dry.
•
Insert the removable part (3) back into the shaving block
body (4) and close the shaving block.
•
Install the shaving block back to its place, preliminarily
matching the ledge on the shaving block body (4) with the
groove in the installation place on the shaver body (5).
•
Put the protective cap (1) on the shaving heads (2).
•
Wipe the shaver body with a soft, slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
•
Do not use metal brushes and abrasive detergents or sol-
vents for cleaning.
Shaving heads lubrication
For an optimum shaver maintenance, lubricate each shaving head
with a lubricant drop periodically, any shaver or clipper lubricant
will be good. Apply a shaver lubricant on the outside of the shaving
heads and rub slightly with your finger. After turning the shaver on
for a short time, let the lubricant spread over the underside of the
meshes and the rotating blades. The procedure takes less than
a minute. Apply a lubricant as needed, for example, if you often
rinse the shaving block with warm water, you need to lubricate it
more frequently, almost after each rinsing.
At any abnormal noise lubricate each shaving head mesh with a
lubricant drop. Switch the shaver on and lubricate the outside of
each mesh with a lubricant drop. Make sure the abnormal noise
has disappeared and switch the shaver off. Remove excess
lubricant with a cloth.
Attention! Use only a shaver or clipper lubricant. DO NOT
use vegetable oil, grease or oil-solvent mixture for lubrication.
Solvents tend to evaporate, whereupon the thick lubricant
remains may slow down the blades rotation.
STORAGE
•
