SERIOUS OR FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES CAN OCCUR FROM TIPOVER. TO HELP PREVENT TIPOVER:
• NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB, STAND, HANG, OR PLAY ON ANY PART OF DESK OR CHAIR
USE OF TIPOVER RESTRAINTS MAY ONLY REDUCE, BUT NOT ELIMINATE RISK OF TIPOVER.

Screwdriver
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD
SMALL PARTS - NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.

Metal Lock
Washer
Place Chair Legs (A) into Feet (B), making
sure legs are fully seated in openings. Secure
Feet (B) using M6x20mm Screws (S-B) and
Metal Lock Washers (S-A). Tighten with 4mm
Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 4
Assemble Support Tubes (C) to Chair Legs
(A) using M6x20mm Screws (S-B) and Plastic
Washers (S-C). Tighten with 4mm Allen
Wrench (T-A).
Secure Chair Bottom (D) to Support Tubes (C) using ST4.8x25mm Screws (S-D). Tighten with a Phillips
screwdriver. Slide Chair Back (E) onto support Tubes (C) and secure using M6x12mm Screws (S-E) and
4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
To adjust chair height, remove the 4 pre-installed screws on Chair Legs (A) using
4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Reinstall screws at desired height using 4mm Allen
Wrench (T-A). Level the chair using the pads on the bottom of Feet (B).
