Extrastrålkastare finns i ett höger- och ett vänsterutförande för att g,lödlampan skall gå att byta utan att
man demonterar strålkastaren. Före montering av extrastrålkastare demonteras prydnadslocken som
täcker hålen för extrastrålkastarna. Detta lock är åtkomligt för demontering från baksidan genom att man
öppnar motorhuven och skruvar
bort plastlocket som täcker utrymmet bakom huvudstrålkastaren. Extra-
strålkastaren monteras såsom Fig. 1 'visar genom
att man först monter~r fäst järnet med buktni ngen bakåt
inne i urtaget och därefter strålkastaren med påträdd gummitätning.
OBS! Strålkastarglasets TOP-märkning skall monteras uppåt.
Extrastrålkastaren
går ej att justera i sidled annat än med det lilla spel som finns i skruvhålen i kons6 ~
lerna för fästjärnet. I höjdled justerar man genom att lossa på muttern som håller strålkastaren och vip; 'a
strålkastaren uppåt eller nedåt.
Den
elektriska kopplingen göres enligt kopplingsschema här nedan. Skall man montera en strålkastare
av varje
typ får man ha två reläsatser, i annat fall täcker en reläsats båda lamporna. Placeringen av
relä och strömbrytare kan väljas
efter eget gottfinnande. Använd i kopplingsschemat angivna areor på
kablarna. Måtten är på figurerna angivna i mm2•

Relay set for spotlights

Right- and le ft -type extra spotlights are now available in order that the bulb can be replaced without ha-
ving
to remove the spotlight. Before installing the extra spotlight, remove the trim moulding cover over
the holes for the extra spotlights. This cover is accessible for removal from the rear side by opening the
bonnet and unscrewing the plastic co ver over the space behind the mainbeam light. The extra spotlight
is installed as shown in Fig. 1, first fitting the iron (which bends out backwards) in the recess and there-
aft er the spotli ght fitted with the rubber seal.

B. The TOP-marking on the glass of the spotlight should be fitted upwards.
The
extra spotlight can not be adjusted laterally other than in the small space to be found in the screw
holes in the brackets for the atta ching iron. Vertical adjustment is made by slackening the nut securing
the spo
tl i ght and by tilt ing the spotlight up or down.
El e ctric wir ing is made according to the wiring diagram here below. If a spotlight of each type is to
be installed, there must be two relay sets. Otherwise, one relay set can cover both lamps. The loca-
tion of the relay and switch is a matt er of one's own choice. Use the areas on the cables indicated in
the
wir ing diagra m. The dimensions given in the figures are in mm
2 (in.2

Relaissatz fUr Scheinwerfer

Die Zusatzscheinwerfer sind in einer rechten und in einer linken AusfUhrung vorhanden, damit die G IUh -
lampen ohne Ausbau der Scheinwerfer ausgewechselt werden können. Vor Einbau der Zusatzscheinwer-
fer sind die Zierdeckel der Ausnehmungen abzunehmen. Hierzu Motorhaube öffnen und die Kunststo ff -
schiide hinter den Hauptscheinwerfern ausbauen. Der Zusatzscheinwerfer wird dann wie a ll f Abb. 1 gezeig t
eingebaut, zuerst das
Halteeisen mit der Bauchung nach hinten in der Ausnehmuiig und d an n den
Scheinwerfer mit aufgeschobener Gummidichtung.
ZUR BEACHTUNG ! Die TOP-Kennzeichnung des Scheinwerferglases muB nach obe n zeigen.
In Seitenrichtung kann der Zusatzscheinwerfer nicht mehr verstelit werden, als das kleine Spiel in den
Schraubenlöchern der Befestigungen fUr das Halteeisen zuläBt. In Höhenrichtung erfolgt die Einstellung,
indem man
die Haltemutter des Scheinwerfers löst und den Scheinwerfer nach oben oder unten dreht.
Der elektrische AnschluB erfolgt gem. nachstehendem Schaltplan. Wird ein Scheinwerfer von jedem
Typ eingebaut, sind zwei Relaissätze erforderlich, anderenfalls deckt ein Relaissatz beide Lampen. Die
Anbringung von Relais und Schalter kann nach eigenem GutdUnken erfolgen. Verwenden Sie die im
Schaltplan angegebenen Kabelqu,erschnitte. Diese sind dort in mm
2
angegeben.
