Glätteisen Typ 4480
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen und beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise
und bewahren Sie diese auf!
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
·Nutzen Sie Glätteisen ausschließlich zum Glätten von
menschlichem Haupthaar.
·Dieses Gerät ist für den Gebrauch in gewerblichen Berei-
chen konstruiert.
Anforderungen an den Anwender
·Lesen Sie vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme die Betriebsan-
leitung vollständig durch und machen Sie sich mit dem
Gerät vertraut.
·Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch von Personen
(einschließlich Kindern) mit verringerten körperlichen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an
Erfahrung und Wissen bestimmt, es sei denn, sie werden
beaufsichtigt oder erhielten eine Anweisung hinsichtlich
des Gebrauches des Gerätes von einer Person, die für ihre
Sicherheit verantwortlich ist. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt
werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät
spielen.

Gefährdungen
Gefahr! Stromschlag durch Schäden am Gerät/
Netzkabel.
fDas Gerät nicht benutzen, wenn es nicht ord-
nungsgemäß funktioniert, wenn es beschädigt
ist, oder wenn es ins Wasser gefallen ist. Um
Gefährdungen zu vermeiden, dürfen Repara-
turen ausschließlich von einem autorisierten
Servicecenter oder von einer elektrotechnisch
ausgebildeten Fachkraft unter Verwendung von
Original-Ersatzteilen durchgeführt werden.
fDas Gerät niemals mit einem beschädigten Netz-
kabel verwenden. Um Gefährdungen zu vermei-
den, dürfen beschädigte Netzkabel ausschließlich
von einem autorisierten Servicecenter oder von
einer elektrotechnisch ausgebildeten Fachkraft
unter Verwendung von Original-Ersatzteilen
ersetzt werden.

fDieses Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Badewannen,
Duschwannen oder anderen Gefäßen benutzen,
die Wasser enthalten. Ebenfalls nicht an Orten

fBei Verwendung des Gerätes im Badezimmer ist
nach Gebrauch sofort der Netzstecker zu ziehen,
da die Nähe von Wasser eine Gefahr darstellt,
auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
fElektrogeräte stets so ablegen bzw. aufbewahren,
dass sie nicht ins Wasser (z.B. Waschbecken)
fallen können.
fDas Gerät niemals mit feuchten Händen benutzen
sowie den Netzstecker ein- und ausstecken.
fEin ins Wasser gefallenes und mit dem Netz ver-
bundenes Elektrogerät auf keinen Fall berühren
oder ins Wasser fassen. Sofort den Netzstecker
ziehen. Das Gerät vor erneuter Inbetriebnahme in
einem Servicecenter überprüfen lassen.
fDas Gerät nur in trockenen Räumen benutzen
und aufbewahren.
fAls zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahme wird
der Einbau einer geprüften Fehlerstrom-
Schutzeinrichtung (RCD) mit einem Bemessungs-
auslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30mA in den
Stromkreis empfohlen. Fragen Sie Ihren Elektroin-
stallateur um Rat.
Explosionsgefahr!
fDas Gerät niemals in Umgebungen benutzen, in
denen sich eine hohe
Konzentration an Aerosol-(Spray-) Produkten
befindet, oder in denen
Sauerstoff freigesetzt wird.

insbesondere während des Gebrauchs und des
Abkühlens.
fHalten Sie immer einen ausreichenden Abstand
zu allen brennbaren Gegenständen.
fLegen Sie das Gerät während und nach Gebrauch

fVerwenden Sie ausschließlich das vom Hersteller
empfohlene Zubehör.
fDas Gerät nicht am Netzkabel tragen und zum
Trennen vom Stromnetz immer am Stecker und

chen fernhalten.

fBetreiben Sie das Glätteisen ausschließlich
mit der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen
Spannung.
Betrieb
1. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.
2. Schalten Sie mit dem Ein-/Ausschalter das Glätteisen ein
(Abb2
ⓐ ). Die LED-Anzeige leuchtet rot. Die Betriebstem-
peratur wird innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht.
3. Schalten Sie nach Gebrauch das Glätteisen mit dem Ein-/
Ausschalter aus (Abb.2 ⓑ ). Die LED-Anzeige erlischt.
4. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
5. Lassen Sie das Glätteisen abkühlen.
Bedienung
Hinweise für ein erfolgreiches Styling
1. Waschen und spülen Sie die Haare gut aus.
2. Trocknen Sie die Haare.
3. Bürsten oder kämmen Sie die Haare.
4. Teilen Sie einzelne Haarsträhnen ab.
Instandhaltung
Warnung! Verletzungen und Sachschäden durch
unsachgemäße Handhabung.
fSchalten Sie das Glätteisen vor Beginn aller Rei-
nigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten aus. Trennen Sie
das Glätteisen von der Stromversorgung.
fLassen Sie das Glätteisen komplett abkühlen.
Reinigung und Pflege
Gefahr! Stromschlag durch eintretende
Flüssigkeit.
fTauchen Sie das Glätteisen nicht ins Wasser!
fLassen Sie keine Flüssigkeiten in das Geräteinnere
gelangen.
Vorsicht! Schäden durch aggressive Chemikalien.
Aggressive Chemikalien können das Glätteisen und
das Zubehör schädigen.
fVerwenden Sie keine Lösungs- oder
Scheuermittel.
fWischen Sie das Glätteisen nur mit einem weichen, eventu-
ell leicht feuchten Tuch ab.
Problembehebung
Glätteisen heizt nicht
Ursache: Defekte Stromversorgung.
fÜberzeugen Sie sich von der einwandfreien Kontaktierung
zwischen Netzstecker und Steckdose. Überprüfen Sie das
Stromkabel auf eventuelle Beschädigungen.
5. Platzieren Sie eine abgeteilte Haarsträhne am Ansatz zwi-
schen den Heizplatten.
6. Halten Sie das Glätteisen gedrückt und ziehen Sie es ent-
lang der Strähne langsam vom Kopf weg.
fHaarsträhne nicht länger als einige Sekunden im
Glätteisen behalten, da dies sonst zu einer Schä-
digung der Haare führen kann.
7. Öffnen Sie das Glätteisen und lassen Sie die Haarsträhne
heraus gleiten.
8. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang bis das gewünschte
Ergebnis erreicht ist.
KERAMIK & TURMALIN beschichtete Heizplatten
Negative Ionen wirken antistatisch und haarschonend. Nega-
tive Ionen schließen die Schuppenschicht der Haare und
bewirken eine glatte, seidige Haaroberfläche. Sie schließen
die natürliche Feuchtigkeit der Haare ein und sorgen damit für
ultimativen Glanz.

Information zur Entsorgung von elektrischen und elektro-
nischen Geräten in der Europäischen Union:
Innerhalb der Europäischen Union wird für elektrisch
betriebene Geräte die Entsorgung durch nationale
Regelungen vorgegeben, die auf der EU-Richtlinie
2012/19/EU über Elektronik-Altgeräte (WEEE) basie-
ren. Danach darf das Gerät nicht mehr mit dem
kommunalen Müll oder Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Das Gerät wird bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen
bzw. Wertstoffhöfen kostenlos entgegengenommen.

·Only use the hair straightener to straighten human head
hair.
·This appliance is designed for commercial use.
User requirements
·Read the operating manual in full and familiarise yourself
with it before the first use.
·This appliance is not intended for use by persons (includ-
ing children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concern-
ing use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
·Only for European markets:
This appliance can be used both by children from 8 years of
age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge, if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children must not play with the

Operation
Tips for successful styling
1. Wash and rinse the hair well.
2. Dry the hair.
3. Brush or comb the hair.
4. Section off individual strands of hair.
5. At the hairline, place a section of hair between the heat-
ing plates.
6. Keep the hair straightener pressed together and slowly pull
it down the section of hair and away from the head.
fDo not leave the sections of hair in the hair
straightener for more than a few seconds, other-
wise this could damage the hair.

1. Branchez la fiche dans la prise.
2. Mettez le fer à lisser en marche par l’interrupteur Marche/

ⓐ ). Le voyant LED s’allume en rouge. La tem-
pérature de service est atteinte en un temps très court.
3. Après utilisation, arrêtez le fer à lisser par l’interrupteur
Marche / Arrêt (Fig. 2 ⓑ ). Le voyant LED s’éteint.
4. Débranchez la prise secteur.
5. Laissez le fer à lisser refroidir.

Résolution des problèmes
Le fer à lisser ne chauffe pas.
Cause: Alimentation électrique défectueuse.
fVérifiez le bon contact entre la fiche et la prise. Vérifiez si le
câble d’alimentation présente des dommages.
5. Placez une mèche entre les plaques chauffantes en partant
de la racine.
6. Maintenez le fer à lisser fermé et tirez-le lentement le long
de la mèche, en l’éloignant de la tête.
fNe laissez pas la mèche plus de quelques
secondes dans le fer à lisser, ceci pouvant abîmer
les cheveux.
7. Ouvrez le fer à lisser pour libérer la mèche de cheveux.
8. Répétez le processus jusqu’à obtention du résultat
recherché.
Plaques chauffantes à revêtement CÉRAMIQUE et
TOURMALINE
Les ions négatifs ont un effet antistatique tout en protégeant
les cheveux. Les ions négatifs referment la cuticule et per-
mettent d’obtenir un cheveu lisse et soyeux. Ils permettent
de retenir l’humidité naturelle du cheveu pour une brillance
maximale.

fNon tenere la ciocca di capelli per più di alcuni

possono arrecare danni ai capelli.
7. Aprire la piastra lisciacapelli ed estrarre la ciocca di capelli.

Le sostanze chimiche aggressive possono danneg-
giare la piastra lisciacapelli e gli accessori.
fNon utilizzare solventi o detersivi abrasivi.
fPulire la piastra lisciacapelli solo con un panno morbido,
eventualmente leggermente inumidito.
Risoluzione dei problemi
La piastra lisciacapelli non si riscalda.
Causa: alimentazione elettrica difettosa.
fAccertare il contatto perfetto tra la spina elettrica e la
presa. Verificare il cavo elettrico per escludere eventuali
danneggiamenti.
Se il problema non si risolve seguendo queste istruzioni,
rivolgetevi al nostro centro di assistenza. Non cercare mai di
riparare l'apparecchio per conto proprio!

Funzionamento
1. Inserire la spina nella presa.
2. Accendere la piastra lisciacapelli con l’interruttore On/Off
(Fig.2
ⓐ ). L’indicatore LED si accende di colore rosso. La
temperatura d’esercizio viene raggiunta dopo poco tempo.
3. Dopo l’uso, spegnere la piastra lisciacapelli con l’interrut-
tore On/Off (Fig.2 ⓑ ). L’indicatore LED si spegne.
4. Estrarre la spina.
5. Lasciare raffreddare la piastra lisciacapelli.
8. Ripetere questa procedura fino a raggiungere il risultato
desiderato.

Gli ioni negativi hanno un effetto antistatico e delicato sui
capelli. Gli ioni negativi chiudono le squame dei capelli e fanno
sì che la superficie dei capelli sia liscia e setosa. Preservano l’u-

fColoque y guarde siempre los aparatos eléctricos
