How to adjust the European adjustable hinges on doors
Shipping may cause doors to go out of alignment. If you find that the doors need to be adjusted slightly,
turn the appropriate screw, as illustrated.
1. TO ADJUST DOOR FORWARD OR BACKWARD.
2. TO ADJUST DOOR TO RIGHT OR TO LEFT.
3. TO ADJUST DOOR UP OR DOWN.

Parts and Hardware List
Please read completely through the instructions and verify that all listed parts and hardware are present
before beginning assembly.

Tools required: Phillips screwdriver (not provided).

DRAWER INSTALLATION
If you need to remove the drawers with ball bearing slides from the unit, please follow the
steps below to prevent any damage to the slides or the drawers.
1. If you need to remove the drawer, please pull the drawer all the way out, then simultaneously
push the plastic release lever of the ball bearing slide up on one side and down on the other side,
and then pull the drawer completely out. See detail A.
2. To place the drawer back, simply push the ball bearing cart all the way to the end of the slides
(in both sides), and align the slide runners on the drawer with the slide tracks on the unit and
push it carefully inside until it stops. See detail B.
NOTE: If the drawer does not go in smoothly, please take it out and repeat the step.

Assembly Instructions
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts.
2. With the help of an assistant, remove the TV Console (A) from the box, and place it near the final
installation location.
3. The Adjustable Shelves (B) are pre-installed for shipping. If the shelf position is not to your liking, you will
need to reposition the shelf by following the steps below.
a. Look under each Shelf (B), and locate the wood screws holding the Shelf to the shelf supports.
b. Remove the wood screws from each Shelf Support with a Phillips screwdriver.
c. Remove the Shelf (B) from the console.
d. Remove the shelf supports from the console and re-position them in the desired location. Make sure you
place the shelf supports in the same level so the shelf is not tilted.
e. Place the Shelf (B) back onto the newly relocated shelf supports.
f. Using the Phillips screwdriver, reinstall the screws through the shelf supports and into the shelf.

4. The vented rear panels are removable for easy access to audio and video component hook-up. Be sure to
route the cables through the side cutout, instead of through the ventilation holes.

NOTE: You must install the Acrylic TV Stopper to prevent the TV from tipping when placing your flat
panel television directly on the top panel.
5. Remove the paper backing from the Acrylic Stopper (1), then properly align the Acrylic Stopper into the
cut-out on the acrylic stopper template on the front of the top panel. Press down on the Acrylic Stopper to
help adhesion.
6. Carefully remove the acrylic stopper template from the top panel.
NOTE: When you place the TV on the console, make sure that the base of the TV is behind the Acrylic
Stopper (1). This will help prevent the TV from sliding off your stand if your stand is accidently bumped or
tipped.

Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 3/8” Drill Bit.
7. Ask for assistance to position the console at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the
pre-attached Floor Levelers at the bottom of the console to level the unit.
8. Now, follow the instructions printed on the plastic bag containing the Tipping Restraint Hardware to attach
the tip-over restraints to the unit and the wall.
NOTE: Young children can be seriously injured by tipping furniture. You must install the
Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit to prevent the unit from tipping, causing any accidents
or damage. The tipping restraints are intended only as a deterrent, they are not a substitute for
proper adult supervision. The tipping restraints are not earthquake restraints. If you wish to add
the extra security of earthquake restraints, they must be purchased and installed separately.
9. The console is now ready for use. Be sure to position your Flat Panel TV in the center of the console.

Care and Maintenance
Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an inconspicuous area.
Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.
Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.
Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid rubbing.
Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may create
spotting within the furniture finish.
In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that you call a
professional to repair your furniture.
Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.
Further advice about wood furniture care
It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and humidity
changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep furniture away from
direct sunlight as sun may damage the finish.
Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase. Following these important and helpful
tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.
A Touch-up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur during
assembly or shipping.
