General remarks
Every urea pump is tested before expedition; therefore, rests of liquids might remain inside the pump or
at the packaging. Because of the test, the counter of the pump can display a value from 5 to 12 ℓ.
Features
1. High flow rate, strong suction
2. Operation via a car battery or mains connection (depending on model), very quick and easy to
operate
3. Reliably and safe
•Before operation, check if the data given on the nameplate on the device match the intended
operation conditions. If you have doubts concerning the operation, contact a qualified person
and do not operate the pump.
•The pump is only suitable to pump urea.

Operation
•The suction height stated is the maximum lifting height under ideal conditions. Absolutely make
sure that the suction line is installed in a slopy manner.
•The pump and suction line must be pre-filled with urea (AdBlue®*) before use.
•The suction and pressure line should not be shortened.
•Before use, check the tightness of the non-return valve; connect it to the end of the suction line
together with a suction basket. Check the tightness of the line at the connection point.
•It is recommended to use rubber pads when installing the pump in a fixed position to reduce the
transmission of vibrations and avoid consequent damages to the pump.
•When installing the lines, make sure that the connection points are not exposed to mechanical
stress.
•The pump can be installed in every position.
* AdBlue® is a chemical product injected into the exhaust line from a separate tank. AdBlue® must not
be mixed with diesel fuel! The ammoniac released during injection reacts with nitrogen oxides inside the
catalytic converter, transforming them into nitrogen and steam.

Cleaning
The pump may only be cleaned using mild cleaning agents as well as a damp cloth and soapy water
on the outside. Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning agents is not covered by warranty.
Maintenance hints
•The machine is largely maintenance-free. However, for a long working life and continuous op-
eration, we recommend regular checking and proper care.
Attention! Before every maintenance, the pump must be switched off; to do so, disconnect the
pump from the power supply.
•After long non-operation periods, check if a proper turning of the rotor takes place by shortly
switching on and off the motor.
