READ BEFORE USE
Before using your scooter, you should read the safety instructions and
precautions. These are defined by clearly identifiable pictograms.
The use of your scooter is subject to the legislation in force in your
country. Please check this with the relevant authorities.
Any recommendations (or lack of recommendations) in this manual
should not be considered as a transposition of the legislation in force.
1- Safety precautions and instructions for use
1.1 General

1.2 Safety instructions & precautions for use
•Children under the age of 12 (or 14 depending on the country)
are not allowed to use the scooter.
•The scooter is not suitable for use by pregnant women.
•The appliance may be used by children aged 12 years and
over under adult supervision, and by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge, provided that they are under proper
supervision or have been given prior instructions by a person
responsible for their safety on the safe use of the appliance
and that they understand the risks involved.
•Children must not play with the appliance.
•Regularly check that your scooter is in good condition, read
these instructions carefully and make sure you understand all
the information about the product before using it.
•Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance by the user must
not be carried out by children.
•Before each use, verify the general condition of your scooter
(condition of the tyres, brakes, battery, headlight, rear light)
•Some parts of your scooter are subject to heat, such as the
brake disc and the wheels. It is prohibited to touch these
components within one hour of using your scooter.

•It is strongly recommended that all users wear adequate
protection when using the scooter to avoid injury in case of a
fall: shoes, helmet, gloves, knee pads, elbow pads.
•Fully charge the battery of your scooter before you use it for
the first time.
•Check the CR2032 batteries in your rear light have been
correctly installed and that the rear light is functional.
•As soon as the low battery indicator on your rear light flashes,
you should replace the CR2032 batteries in your rear light as
soon as possible
•Do not use your scooter for the first time in crowded areas. It
takes time to get used to this product.
•Use on public roads is regulated. You must make it a priority
to use the cycle paths. If there are none, you can only drive
on roads with a 50 km/h speed limit. Outside built-up areas,
you can only ride on walking and cycling paths.
•On pavements, pedestrian areas, buildings or any other
places where pedestrians are allowed, you must hold your
scooter next to you when moving around.
•Check with your local authorities for any traffic restrictions
• Ensure that you respect the road markings, signs and traffic
regulations. Give way to pedestrians when riding your scooter.

•You can use the bell to signal your presence to other users.
•When riding alongside other people, keep a safe distance of
at least 6 metres between each person to reduce the risk of
collision.
•Adapt your speed (and safety distance) to your surroundings
so that you can stop your scooter at any time.
•Do not start or stop abruptly.
•Make sure you are always visible to everyone. At night or as
soon as the light decreases, turn on your headlight, your rear
light, wear a safety jacket (or other retro-reflective equipment)
•When using your scooter, always keep your hands on the
handlebars. It is prohibited to use a smartphone or any other
object while riding. It is prohibited to use headphones or
earphones.
•It is prohibited for more than one person to ride the same
scooter.
•The maximum weight supported by the scooter is 100 kg.
•The minimum weight to use the scooter is 20 kg.
•Failure to follow these weight recommendations will have an
impact on the acceleration and braking performance of your
scooter and may put you at risk by reducing its ability to
decelerate or stop safely.

•Keep your body properly balanced when turning to avoid
falling caused by a shift in your centre of gravity or high
speeds.
•Always keep your feet on the footrests when riding the
scooter.
•Do not jump over obstacles with your scooter.
•Do not jump on the deck of your scooter.
•Avoid riding on roads littered with scattered objects, such as
branches, rubbish or small stones.
•Do not ride your scooter on any roads with obstacles or
slippery roads where you risk losing traction, such as on
snow, ice or water. This could lead to a loss of traction and
result in personal injury and property damage.
•Do not ride on steep slopes. Do not use your scooter on
steep slopes, the maximum angle of inclination is 15°. Going
fast on a steep descent can cause the motors and battery to
overheat and reduce your ability to brake safely.
•Take all necessary safety precautions when learning to use
your scooter. Remember that you can be injured by losing
control, collisions or by falling off your scooter.
•If a traffic accident happens while riding your scooter, stay
calm, secure the area and wait for the appropriate personnel

to deal with the situation responsibly and legally.
•Do not use your scooter in an unsecured environment, i.e. in
areas where there are flammable materials, steam, liquids,
dust or fibres that could cause a fire or explosion.
•The red hook on the stem is part of the folding system and
must not be used as a luggage rack.
•The rear mudguard must not be used as a brake. You could
damage your scooter if you are unable to reduce your speed.
•Always fold up the stand before use.
•After use, stabilise the scooter by unfolding the stand on level
ground.
•The outside flexible cable of the transformer cannot be
replaced. If the cord is damaged, the transformer should be
thrown away.
•Make sure you unplug the mains plug before disconnecting
the power cable
•Use under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is prohibited.
•As this is a motorised vehicle, civil liability insurance is
mandatory for driving this machine.

Logicom shall not be liable for any personal injury or material
damage caused by using the product in such a way that is not in
accordance with the instructions for use.
1.3 Using and charging the battery
•If your scooter stops due to overheating, place it in a cool,
dry place and wait for the battery and motor to cool down
before using it again.
•Only use the AC adapter supplied with your appliance
to charge the battery. Do not use any power supplies or
electrical devices other than the one supplied with the
appliance.
•The electrical socket to which the appliance is
connected must be installed near the equipment and
must always be within easy access. Prevent anyone
from walking on the power cable (or tripping over it)
•The life of the battery depends largely on how you use it.
Do not expose the battery to temperatures below 0°C or
above 40°C. This could affect its functioning.
•Do not leave the battery on a prolonged charge when
not in use.
•Do not attempt to disassemble the product to access
the battery.

•Do not disassemble, open or shred the battery cells. Do
not dispose of the battery in fire or water. Do not charge
the battery if the ambient temperature is greater than
45°C.
•If the battery leaks, be careful not to let the liquid come
into contact with your skin or eyes. If this occurs, wash
with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
•For repair or replacement of the battery, contact a
qualified technician.
•Dispose of the battery and the equipment separately.
Do not dispose of the battery with household waste, for
further information about recycling batteries, contact
your local municipality, your local waste disposal centre
or the point of sale where you purchased this product.
2- General presentation of the product
2.1 About the WISPEED T850
The WISPEED T850 is a two-wheel electric scooter. Its simple functioning, flexible
controls, splash resistance & environmental responsibility are the most important
factors for getting around in urban environments.

Speed Controller:
The WISPEED T850 has a cruise control that turns on when you stay at a constant
speed for more than 10 seconds; You can then release the accelerator and the
scooter will keep a constant speed corresponding to the speed that was constant for
10s. To deactivate this, simply apply a little pressure on the brake handle or press the
accelerator again.
To prolong the life of your scooter as well as the sturdiness of your scooter, we
recommend that you use the folding mechanism lock key. Be aware that this key will
prevent you from folding your scooter; it must therefore be removed after each use or
when the scooter is left unfolded. To fit the key, simply screw it onto the left side of the
folding mechanism.
If you are using it on paved roads, paths, etc., and if you are
going to be crossing difficult terrain on your route and/or other
intensive use, it is necessary to use the lock key to guarantee
your safety and better rigidity of the frame.
Logicom accepts no responsibility for any breakage of the folding
system that could result in injury and a loss of warranty if this safety instruction is not
followed.

2.4 Assembly of the scooter
8. Unfold the scooter (instructions below).
9. Unscrew the two screws at the top of
the stem using the Allen key provided,
then remove the plastic cover as shown
in the illustration.
10. Pull the brake cable and insert it into the notch as
follows:
11. Insert the sheath into the threader on the handle.
12. Insert the other end of the sheath onto the clip on the
left side of the hook
13. Insert the handlebars into the battery
tube in the direction shown (it should
not force and should slide easily). The
holes in the handlebars must be
aligned with the holes in the stem.
14. Finish the assembly by screwing back
in the two screws of the hook.

2.5 Rear light: installation and use
Your rear light is powered by 2 batteries CR2032.
Replacement
When the LED on the top of the light flashes, the batteries must be replaced
immediately so that a light is always available.
1. Unclip the lamp from its holder
2. Insert the batteries with the correct polarity
3. Reclip the light, making sure it is secure.
If it is incorrectly clipped in, it could come off due to
vibrations. Water could also get in and damage the fire.
Use
Remove the film from the rear light before first use.
Your light should always be turned on at night and
during the day if the brightness is low.
To turn on the light, press the button above the light
once
To turn off the light, press the button above the light
again

2.6 Folding the scooter
To fold the scooter, fold down the stand and
A. Pull on the red lever shown in illustration 1.
B. Tilt the scooter stem towards the deck
To unfold the scooter:
A. Press on the mudguard as shown in illustration 2
B. Raise the stem until it locks
C. Check that the scooter is locked. It must not fold up without the lever
being operated.
Remember to always unfold the stand when the scooter is not in use to maintain its
balance and avoid any damage caused by a fall.

3- Instructions for use
Your experience with bicycles, cars, skiing and other similar means of transportation
can be applied to our products and help you to ride your scooter better.
•Before each ride, check that the tyres are not damaged and that no screws on the
scooter are loose. If you notice anything unusual, contact your local dealer.
•Do not make any changes to the parts of your scooter as this may reduce its
performance, damage it and possibly cause serious injury.
3.1 Weight limitation for users
•There are several reasons for weight limitations:
1. To ensure user safety.
2. To avoid damage to the scooter due to overloading.
•Minimum weight: 20 kg.
•Maximum weight: 100 kg.
3.2 Maximum travel distance
The maximum travel distance varies depending on several factors such as:
•The terrain: Smooth and flat terrain increases the travel distance. Sloping
ground reduces this distance.
•Body weight: The user's body weight has an impact on the travel distance.
•Ambient temperature: Storing and using your scooter at the recommended
temperature can increase the travel distance. Conversely, using the scooter

outside these temperature parameters reduces this distance.
•Speed and driving habits: A regular, low operating speed increases the travel
distance. Conversely, frequent starting, stopping, accelerating and slowing
down reduces the travel distance.
•When the battery is full, the maximum distance that can be covered is about 20
km.
3.3 Speed limits
•The maximum speed of the WISPEED T850 in gear 1 is 25 km/h.
•The maximum speed of the WISPEED T850 in gear 2 is 10 km/h.
3.4 Braking
The WISPEED T850 has an electric brake (front) and a disc brake (rear), which
provides effective braking but must be well controlled.
So, pay close attention to the following points:
• To slow down, if the cruise control is activated, apply gentle pressure on the
brake handle or press the accelerator again to deactivate the cruise control
and slow down. Otherwise, simply release the accelerator.
• When braking, do not press the brake lever too hard. Sudden braking can
lead to an imbalance and a fall; gradually press down on the brake lever to
slow down safely.
• Do not tighten your brake cable more than necessary. The rear wheel should
not be completely locked so that it does not slip during emergency braking.
• Never touch the brake disc with your fingers

The rear mudguard is not a brake and it is prohibited to press it to
brake. You could damage your scooter if you are unable to reduce
your speed.
4- How to use your scooter
Step 1: Check that the silicone cover is covering the charging connector and the
overall integrity of your product.
Step 2: Unfold the scooter and press the power button for 1 second without touching
the accelerator or the brake.
Step 3: Check that the stand is folded in
Step 4: Once the scooter is switched on, place one foot on the deck and move
forward by pushing on the ground with the other foot without using the accelerator.
Step 5: You need to reach a speed of between 3 and 5 km/h to use the accelerator
and switch to electric mode. To accelerate, use the "trigger" near your right hand. You
can change the gear ratio with the control button.
Step 6: To brake, use the "handle" near your left hand (see chapter 3.4).
Step 7: When you have completed your journey, press and hold the power button for
5 seconds to switch off the scooter.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid danger, you should always avoid sharp turns when travelling
at high speed.

5- Using and charging the battery
This section deals with the charging method, battery maintenance, safety points and
battery specifications. To ensure your safety and the safety of others, as well as to
increase battery life and performance, handle and use the battery as follows.
WARNING!:
Do not use your scooter when the battery is low or when the system requests a safe
shutdown. Battery life will be reduced if you continue to use the WISPEED T850
when the battery voltage is low.
