1. Safety precautions
1.1 Power requirements
The installation and use of this product must strictly comply with local electrical
safety standards.
The equipment supply voltage must meet the input voltage requirements of the
equipment.
To prevent lightning, install lightning arrester. In order to protect the equipment
safety, please effectively connect the equipment housing.
Please use the accessories and accessories recommended by themanufacturer
(such as power adapters and batteries).
If the negative DC voltage is supplied, the isolation adapter must beselected.
Do not connect multiple devices to the same power adapter so as not to cause
too much heat to cause a fire.
Please do not energized before completing all installation work. Before you plug
in the cable, stop using the device and disconnect thepower.
Please keep the power plug clean and dry, so as not to cause electric shock or
other hazards.
1.2 Use requirements
In the course of transportation, storage and installation of equipment, it is
necessary to prevent the damage to the product caused by heavy pressure,
violent vibration and immersion, forbidden to push and pull the tail line forcibly,
so as to avoid the damage to the tail line.
Please install equipment strictly according to manufacturer's requirements, do
not turn this equipment upside down.
During installation, please do not block the lens of the equipment, and do not
block the infrared lamp at the same time.

When installing the equipment, do not touch the camera lens, avoid scratching
and stain the camera lens.
There is film-sticking equipment, please tear off the film after installation; no
film-sticking equipment, after installation, please clean the equipment lens,
shield, etc.
To gently handle the equipment, do not force the structural parts, otherwise it
may cause mechanical failure.
Please do not disassemble the equipment by yourself. There are no user-
repaired parts in the machine. Please contact us when the equipmentfails.
No unit or individual may make structural, safety and performance changes to
the equipment without authorization.
Do not scrape or abrasion the shell of the equipment, otherwise, the paint may
cause allergies or abnormal equipment, such as falling into the main engine
caused by short circuit.
If abnormal phenomena occur (such as smoke, abnormal sound and odor),
please stop using and disconnect the power immediately, and pull out all the
cables connected to the equipment (such as power lines and nets).
If you install a camera in a public place, please give a warning in a conspicuous
position: you have entered the scope of electronic monitoring.
Please do not touch the radiator directly, so as not to scald.
1.3 Cleaning requirements
Before cleaning, please stop using the equipment, disconnect the powersupply,
and pull out all the cables (such as power lines and mesh cables) connected to
the equipment.
Wipe the fuselage with a soft dry cloth. If dirt is difficult to remove, dip a small
amount of neutral detergent in a clean soft cloth and gently wipe it off before
drying.

Do not use volatile solvents such as alcohol, benzene or diluents or strong,
abrasive alkaline cleaners, or damage the surface coating, or reduce the
performance of the equipment.
When cleaning, please use light illumination (such as mobile phone flashlight
illumination) for observation. The cleaning effect should be visual without
obvious dirt, grease and other stains.
Avoid using dirty objects for cleaning and cause two pollution.
When dirt is found on the surface of the camera lens, transparent ball cover or
window, please treat it as follows.
Exposure to dust: use oil free soft brush or blow ball to gently dropdust.
Foil grease or fingerprints: Use a soft cloth to gently wipe off and dry, then use
non-greasy cotton cloth or lens cleaning paper dipped in lens cleaning fluid
from the center of the lens wipe out. It has not been cleaned yet, and thecloth
can be repeatedly wiped for several times.
2. Installation Requirements
Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the installation environment
meets the installation requirements and whether the necessary facilities (such as
scaffolding) are ready for installation.
Ensure that the camera will not be directly illuminated by strong light (such as
sunlight, street lights, headlights, etc.) after installation.
Infrared cameras are advised not to be installed in dark corners of the room to
avoid black-and-white images during the day when photosensitive devices
sense darkness in the environment.
If the picture of the camera is squared and surrounded by a low-color
temperature light source (such as sodium lamp), the camera should be adjusted
to ensure that there is no low-color temperature light source within the range of
10 degrees outside the field of view (the angle of view is notaffected).

As far as possible, the camera should not be installed near objects with strong
reflective characteristics such as glass, floor tiles, water surface, leaves, etc.
Otherwise, it will lead to a brighter or darker picture to bemonitored.
A transparent protective film is pasted on the surface of the ball cover or
window of the camera. Do not remove the outer transparent protective film
during installation to avoid scratching or contamination of the ball cover or
window of the camera. Please remove the transparent protective film before
starting the equipment after confirming the installation.
During the installation process, please do not manually move the wiper to avoid
damaging the wipers.
During the aerial work, scaffolding required for climbing must be built.
Install protective measures and wear seat belts during installation.
All installation and maintenance of the device shall be performed by
professional maintenance technicians or system installers.
Check the wall or upright pole of the installation equipment to withstand at
least four times the total weight of the bracket, shield andcamera.
Confirm the installation position of the equipment and mark it with a marker
pen.
Confirm the cable layout and use the steel tape to measure the length of the
cable.
Install cable for installation in installation position.
The product needs to be installed in restricted areas only accessible to
professionals when the highest temperature in the product installation area is
over 50 degrees Celsius or the lowest temperature is below - 20 degreesCelsius.
Keep away from heat sources, exposed sources of fire (such as electric heaters,
candles, etc.) and strong magnetic fields (such as high voltagesubstations).
When using this equipment, we should abide by relevant laws and regulations
and respect the legitimate rights of others. If you install a camera in apublic

place, give a warning in a striking location: you are in the electronic monitoring
area.
The power adapter used by the device must meet the power input voltage and
current requirements specified on the device label.
Check whether the network is smooth.
Outdoor installation, please install lightning arrester, equipment enclosure must
be effectively grounded.
It is forbidden to allow any liquid to flow into the equipment. If installed in the
outdoors, waterproof measures must be made.
There are air holes in the sunshade of cylindrical network camera for air
circulation inside and outside the equipment. Do not tear off the adhesive tape
above, otherwise the waterproof performance of the camera will bereduced.
The installation location of the camera needs to be away from chemical or heavy
pollution areas to avoid corrosion.
3. Preparation Tools

The bigger the lens focal length is, the fart the
closer the recognition distance is.
The visual width of the camera is 3-3.5 meters. Installation height is 2-2.5 meters.
If the camera is installed 6 meters away from the recognition area, the recognition distance is 6 meters. Looking up the
table, it is known that the focal length of the lens should be 12 mm, fixed lens or zoom lens containing 12 mm.
5. Installation mode
5.1 Ceiling mounted installation
Camera top mounting to support top outlet mode. The outlet line should first
reserve the outlet hole on the wall, and the cable will be more beautiful inside
the wall.
Step 1: Open holes. Place the mounting disc on the proper wall. Use a pencil to
draw out the hole position and size, and open holes.
Step two: fix the mounting plate on the wall with screws. As shown in thefigure.

Step 3: arrange and connect the power cable, net cable and other cables of the
camera, and do a good job of power line insulation and watertreatment.
Step 4: Align the base position of the camera with the mounting plateposition,
and rotate the fuselage so that the camera is fixed to the mounting plate, as
shown in the figure.
Step five: adjust the image position to the required monitoring scene and cover
the upper cover.
Step 6: Complete the installation: tighten the screws on the camera cover
assembly, and tighten the anti-removal screws, complete the installation of the
camera, as shown in the figure.

Installation point
5.2 Bracket installation
Step 1: Install the bracket: The bracket selected needs to be screwed, the bracket
transfer bowl is installed on the main body of the bracket, and then the main
body of the bracket is screwed on the installation wall.
Step 2: Arrange and connect the cable: Arrange and connect the camera power
line, network cable and other cables, and do a good job of power lineinsulation.
Step 3: Install rubber ring: put the rubber ring into the corresponding positionin
the transfer bowl, and screw the screw after aligning the screw holeposition.
Step 4: Fixing the camera: Put the camera base screw hole into the screw on the
rubber ring of the transfer bowl, then rotate clockwise, clip the camera in, and
then tighten the screw to fix it, as shown in the figure.
Step 5: adjust the image position to the required monitoring scene and cover
the upper cover.

Step 6: Complete the installation: tighten the screws on the camera cover
assembly, and tighten the anti-removal screws, complete the installation of the
camera, as shown in the figure.
6. Network Connection
6.1 Connect directly through the network cable

7. login webcam
7.1 Install plug-in
7.1.1 Preparation before plug-in installation
The camera is connected to a 12V power supply after it is connected to the LAN
through a network line. The device management software is used to search the
IP address of the camera after one minute of power-on. If the IP address can not
be found, the following reasons need to be excluded:
Whether the camera is powered on, check whether the adapter is powered on,
whether the output voltage of the adapter is 12V2A or above;
Is the camera access to the LAN network normal
Whether the camera and the computer are in the same LAN or not, if they are in
different LAN, the camera can not be searched.

7.1.2 ping Camera
Search the IP address to enter the browser's address bar and press enter to start
loading controls. If you can search the camera IP but cannot login, you can
confirm the reason through the following methods:
Enter CMD while the computer is running, and then use Ping 192.168.1.10
(search the IP address of the camera) command to confirm that the network is
normal.
The following left picture indicates normal network.
If the network camera and the computer are not in the same network segment,
the IP address of the camera can be modified by Device Manage management
software, as shown in the right picture above.

7.2 Reasons for not loading plug-ins
There are two possible reasons why IE plug-ins cannot be downloaded and installed
successfully:
Users have anti-virus software installed in their computers, and IE plug-ins are
mistaken for viruses that lead to interception. In this case, users only need to
temporarily shut down the anti-virus software, and then open it after the plug-inis
installed.
The high security level of computer IE browser results in plug-ins being
intercepted, as shown in the following figure:

2) Click "Allow" in the figure above and the following icon annotation will appear:

If the plug-in fails to install, the IE security level needs to be modified. The
modification steps are as follows:
Select tools - Internet options - Security - customization level in IE interface, and
set IE security level customization, as shown in the followingfigure.

Enable the right to download and install Activex controls and plug-ins, as shown
in the following figure. After confirming the application, refresh IE browser and
start downloading and installing IE controls.
8. WEB Login camera
8.1 First WEB login camera
Step 1. To enable the device to access the network smoothly, set the IP address of
the computer and the device to the same network segment before accessingthe

device through the IE browser. After the computer IP settings are completed,
open the IE browser, enter the IP address of the device in the address bar, press
the Enter key, and the WEB login interface will be displayed. The initial IP address
of the camera is 192.168.1.2. If you want to modify the device IP, you can modify it
under the "network configuration > network settings ->TCP/IP configuration" path.
Step 2: Enter the username and password in the login interface, click Login, and
the system enters the password setting interface. The administrator password is
set according to the prompts on the interface. If you need to modify the password
again, you can click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the monitoring
interface, select "modify the password" to modify the password.
Step 3. After setting the administrator password, the system enters the WEB main
interface, prompts to install the plug-in, and clicks "Please click here to allow the
download plug-in".
Step 4, the system pop-up file download box, you can choose to directly allowthe
installation or save after the installation of plug-ins, select and complete the plug-
in installation according to the system prompt.

Step 5. After installing the plug-in, enter the login password, login the device and enter the WEB
main interface as shown in the figure.
8.2 Non first WEB login camera
Step 1: Open the IE browser, enter the IP address of the device in the address bar,
press the Enter key, and the WEB login interface will bedisplayed.
Step two, enter the user name and password, click "login", you can enter the WEB
main interface.
