Programmable Function Keys
Page Key
•The programmable function key is a key that can be programmed as a speed dial,
line key or BLF (Busy Lamp Field).
•If you have to dial an extension or an external phone number often, have
multiple lines with different caller IDs, or simply want to check if your colleague is
on the phone or not, you can program a function key for this purpose.
•Your new IP960G phone has 60 programable function keys. As you can see in the
right stencil, there are 12 hard keys and 5 pages which can be access by pressing
page key.
•This guide helps you to program the keys on 101VOICE web portal, so you must
have a web portal account.
•There a few function keys that are reserved for specific functions. We highly
recommend you do not overwrite them.
1. The first two keys on the first page are reserved for line keys.
2. The twelfth key on the first page is reserved for the call park function.
If you have any issues with accessing to 101VOICE web portal, please contact us
at [email protected]
