FAQ: How to connect SNMP-1000-E2B1E in ACP-4360 -B/5360/7360?
This FAQ will help you to connect the SNMP-1000-E2B1E in ACP-4360-B/5360/7360.

Step 1. Connect the Power Button Cable and Reset Button Cable to CPU board, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 2. Connect the cables from ACP-4360-B/5360/7360 to the carrier board of SNMP-1000-E2B1E, as
shown in Figure 3.
Temperature sensor to CN4
Alarm Reset to CN17
LED indicator to CN18
FANs to FAN1~7

<Note>
The SNMP-1000-E2B1E can detect the fan quantities automatically, so when you use
SNMP-1000-E2B1E and connect fans to it, please must set the fan number to ‘0’ on the SAS/SATA HDD
backplane (refer to following table). Otherwise it will cause abnormal alarm.

Step 3. Connect the rest cables, as shown in Figure 4.
Power connector to CN1
10/100Base T-LAN to CN2
External HDD LED connector from CPU board to CN26
