HOT FOOD CARVING SHELVES
Add a major attraction to any buffet
line with carve-to-order service from
a Halo Heat, base-heated shelf with
adjustable overhead lights. Designed to keep that succulent roast
at peak serving temperature throughout an event, these carving
shelves are available in two model sizes with a sneeze guard for
buffet line service. Each shelf designed to stand alone or can be
mounted directly on a Halo Heat cook and hold oven or holding
cabinet. Shelves can also be ordered without a sneeze guard for
carving in plating prep areas.

BANQUET CARTS
Every banquet benefits with the service of piping
hot foods. Alto-Shaam mobile banquet carts can
provide that benefit and offer extended holding
capability for the widest variety of hot food holding
needs. Offered in model capacities of 6, 128, or
1 2 plated meals, banquet carts are available with
optional covered or uncovered plate carriers. These
carts are also ideally suited to accommodate a
variety of pans for buffet service back-up needs.

HOT FOOD SHELVES
Combine the beauty and durability of granite in a hot food shelf to display
hot food products at their best. Perfect to keep a variety of food products
at peak serving temperature, this 38-inch shelf is designed to be used as a
freestanding unit, or can be dropped into a counter under existing decorator
lamps. Also available in a 6 -inch model with a stainless steel shelf surface,
lighted canopy, and sneeze guard.
HOT FOOD BUFFET TABLES
Full assurance of product temperature maintenance is offered in a
completely versatile buffet table that can be used as a free-standing
piece or can be dropped into an existing counter. With a choice of
models to hold either three or five full-size pans, these tables provide
complete temperature control and uniform heat with no water or
plumbing connections required. A mobile buffet table service cart is
also available.
HOT FOOD MODULE
Add a totally customized look with a hot food holding module that
allows you to combine your own surface material into a Halo Heat,
base-heated recess for a perfect blend. The heat-adjustable module
provides optimal temperature maintenance for serving or carving
and can be built into any new or existing service line. Modules are
offered in a width of 24-inches and are available in lengths of 30,
48, or 72-inches.
DROP-IN HOT FOOD WELLS
Eliminate the need for water and drainage connections with a hot food well that easily fits
into a buffet service counter or a meal plating prep table at the back of the house. A Halo
Heat hot food well offers long-term holding capability without the hazards and associated
costs of steam-heated equipment. Available in a single, full-size pan capacity up to and
including a capacity of five pans, each model size is equipped with an adjustable thermostat
to provide the optimal amount of heat without continuing the cooking process associated
with steam equipment.

MOBILE CARVING STATION
Food preparation takes center stage with this multi-purpose,
mobile cooking and carving station fully equipped to serve
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The mobile carving station
provides complete cooking capability on a buffet line, at
poolside patios, for brunches, and special events — wherever
and whenever you need it. Designed with operating
convenience for a single chef, the carving station includes a
holding well for either hot or cold food, a dual burner cook
top with ventilation, a granite carving surface, plus both
cooking, holding, and storage capability under the counter.
