IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Do not operate appliance before reading and understanding operating instructions. Failure to
operate appliance according to operating instructions could cause fire or injury.
2. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, clothing, curtains and paper at
least 3 ft from the front, sides and rear of the heater.
3. Always unplug heater when not in use.
4. Do not operate the fireplace if it has a damaged cord or plug, after it has malfunctioned, or if the
unit has been dropped or damaged in any way.
5. Never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
6. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or the like. Arrange
cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
7. To disconnect the heater, turn the controls to "OFF" before removing the plug from the outlet.
8. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening, as this may
cause an electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
9. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes.
10. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint
or flammable li uids are used or stored.
11. Always plug appliances directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use an extension cord or
relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
12. Always use properly grounded fused and polarized outlets.
13. Always use ground fault protection where it is re uired by electrical codes.
14. Always disconnect the power before performing any cleaning, maintenance or relocation of the
heater.
15. To prevent a possible fire, do not burn wood or other materials in this heater.
16. To prevent electric shock or fire, always use a certified electrician, should new circuits or
outlets be re uired.
17. When transporting or storing the heater, keep it in a dry place, free from excessive vibration.
18. This appliance should not be modified under any circumstances.
19. Keep the packaging material out of reach of children and dispose of the material in a safe
manner. As with all plastic bags, these are not toys and should be kept away from children and
infants.
20.
Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving
the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
21. If the glass is damaged, do not use the heater in order to avoid a hazard.
22.
Young children should be carefully supervised when they are in the same room as the appliance.
Toddlers, young children and others may be susceptible to accidental contact burns. A physical
barrier is recommended if there are at risk individuals in the house.
23. CAUTION Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention
has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

Your power cord will come separate from the unit, please locate it when unpacking your
fireplace. The plug contained inside the box is predetermined at the factory and according to
orders placed by authorized dealers.
Please following the instructions to correctly install the plug into your fireplace.
1. Included in the box will be a power cord similar to the one pictured below. See Picture 1.
2. Hold the male plug and insert it into the female receptacle. The receptacle is locate on
the left side if the fireplace.
3. Please make sure the plugs are firmly connected. See Picture 2 above.

Fireplace removal should be a simple process. The reason for removal of a fireplace
may vary and include changing the PCB, heater and fan.
NOTE:
Take note of the air intake vent located at the bottom and behind the front trim.

MEDIA OPTIONS
Your fireplace ships with a 10 piece Birch Log Set, two (2) bags of Smoke Glass, one (1)
bag of Black ermiculite and one (1) bag of White ermiculite.

MEDIA INSTALLATION
Unscrew 4 screws and take off the trim. (NOTE: Keep hold of the front glass as it may fall
down automatically when the trim is removed.)
INSTALLING THE DECORATIVE MEDIA
Pour the fire glass media into the tray. Feel free to use any combination of the fire glass
media that you find most appealing. Put back the trim and front glass after you finish
installing the fire glass.

OPERATION
The fireplacecan be operated eitherbythe switcheslocatedontheleftbottomofthe fireplace

Plug thefireplaceintoa15 Ampwall socket.
1、 Press key . Press for the first time，heater work at 1500W, indicator ights red.
Press for the second time, heater work at 750W，indicator ights b ue. Press for the
third time, the heating e ement turns off, indicator extinguishes.
Note: after the heating e ements are turned on manua y, the heating e ements work but
are not contro ed by the temperature sensor.
2、Press key . Press for the first time and the charcoa and f ame is in the highest
brightness. Press for the second time ,the charcoa and f ame is in medium brightness.
Press for the third time ,the charcoa and f ame is in ow brightness. Press for the fourth time ,
the charcoa and f ame goes out. Then it circu ates in turn.

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION
6 、 Press“ ”to turn on, turn off and adjust top ight co ors. The buzzer beeps once when the key is pressed;

the LCD screen of the remote contro . Week, time (24h system), and temperature setting are disp ayed
norma y. Press it again, the screen of the remote contro wi turn off;

go out, the LCD screen does not disp ay . Press it again and the f ame and the charcoa bed turn on,

、 Press“ (1) ”to adjust the red f ame. The buzzer beeps once when the key is pressed;
4 、 Press“ (2) ” to adjust the ye ow f ame. The buzzer beeps once when the key is pressed;

7、Press the heating key“ .” Press for the first time ,the heating e ements work at 1500W,
the LCD screen disp ays , the indicator on the machine ights red. Press a second
time , the heating e ements work at 750W, the LCD screen disp ays , the indicator
on the machine ights b ue. Press a third time and the heating e ements turn off, the LCD
screen does not disp ay the function icon, the indicator on the machine goes off. The
buzzer beeps once when the key is pressed;
Note: in case the heating e ements are turned on by remote contro , whether the heating
e ements work or not depends on the temperature setting and ambient temperature. They
work on y when the temperature setting is above the ambient temperature.
8、Press key“ ”“ ” to adjust the temperature setting between 7 and 30 ℃ . The
buzzer beeps when the key is pressed;
9、Press shift key“ ”. Press once, the corresponding figure f ashes. Press “ ” “

now to set current time and week. The buzzer does not beep when the key is pressed;
10、Press timing parameter setting key“ .” Press for the first time and the LCD screen
disp ays to indicate Monday. Now the temperature setting f ashes, press “ ” to
set the timing temperature for Monday, press key “ ” to confirm and then press “ ”
the time setting for timing.. The disp ayed time parameter is “00-23.” Press “ ”
to set the current operating state of timing function; indicates that the timing is on
current y and the contro temperature is the temperature setting, indicates that the
timing is on current y and the contro temperature is the temperature setting minus 3 ℃, No
disp ay indicates timing is off current and the heating e ements do not work. Corresponding
point f ashes when setting. Press for the second time, it disp ays , set the parameters

for Tuesday. Press for the 7th time and it disp ays . Press for the 8th time and it exits
and recovers to the current week day;
11、Press“ .” Press for the first time and the timing function turns on, the LCD screen
disp ays
, the machine’s indicator ights green. Press again to turn off, icon
on the LCD screen goes off. After the timing function is turned on, it works according
the parameter settings. The LCD screen
ights up according to corresponding parameter settings;
Note: when the time, week and timing parameters are changed, you need to switch on-off
the timing key to transfer the timing parameters to the machine. After the machine has
received them correct y, the buzzer wi beep once.
12、 Press“ ”. Press once to turn on the Open Window function, the LCD screen disp ays
icon , the indicator on the machine ights ye ow. Press again to turn it off, the LCD
screen does not disp ay icon

buzzer beeps when the key is pressed;
After the Open Window function is turned on, the program first y detects if the heating
function is turned on. If it is turned on, the program wi save the current ambient temperature
va ue and detects the ambient temperature change once per 12 minutes. When the
decrease in the ambient temperature detected within 30 minutes exceeds 4 ℃ ,the
program wi deem that the window is open and stop heating, and the Open Window
indicator on the machine wi f ash rapid y. After it has stopped heating for 70 minutes,
the program starts to detect if the window is c osed, and the indicator f ashes s ow y. It
heats for 6 minutes every 30 minutes (position H2). If the temperature rise is more than 2 ℃ ,
the window is considered as c osed, and the indicator stops f ashing.
