Gateway.ForM2M(MachinetoMachine)andIoT(InternetOfThings)applications,AMITOutdoor
CellularGatewayisabsolutelytherightchoice.Withabuilt‐inworld‐class4GLTEmodule,youjust
needtoinsertSIMcardfromlocalmobilecarriertogettoInternet.TheredundantSIMdesignprovides
amorereliableWANconnectionforcriticalapplications.ByVPNtunnelingtechnology,remotesites
easilybecomeapartofIntranet,andalldataaretransmittedinasecure(256‐bitAESencryption)link.
Tobeworkingwellindifferentoutdoorenvironment,ODG761seriesproductsequipanIP55compliant
plastic/metalhousing,andalsowithanti‐UVcoatingonit.Togetherwithitswallandpolemountingkit,
itiseasyandflexibletoinstallinvariousoutdoorsites.Builtinan802.3afstandardcompliantPoE
(PoweroverEthernet)PD,it’seasytopowerupthisoutdoorgatewayviaanEthernetcableanda
standardPoEpowersupplyunit.Inmostsituations,theinternalWiFiandcellularantennasshouldbe
powerfulenoughfordatatransmission.However,twoadditionalSMAconnectorsarereservedfor
externalhighgainLTEantennasifthecellularsignalstrengthislow

WARNING:BEFOREINSERTINGORCHANGINGTHESIMCARD,PLEASEMAKE
SURETHEGATEWAYISPOWEREDOFF.
TheSIMcardslotsarelocatedatthebottomsideofthehousinginordertoprotecttheSIMcards.You
needtounscrewandremovetheouterbottomcoverofhousingbeforeinstallingorremovingtheSIM
cards.PleasefollowtheinstructionstoinsertSIMcards.AfterSIMcardsarewellplaced,screwbackthe
outerbottomcover.
FollowthesameinstructionstoinsertSIMcardBifrequired.

proprietarypassivePoEInjectorthatislistedinoptionalpartsinSection1.2.2.Useother3rd‐party’s
passivePoEInjectorisdangerousandmaycausedamagetothedevice.Pleasefollowinstructions
belowtoconnectPoEpowertothisdevice.
Step 1:
Unscrew bottom
cover and remove
it.
Step 2:
Insert RJ45 Ethernet
cable firmly and settle
cable in the fillister.
Step 3:
Put back bottom cover
and fasten the screw.
Step 4:
Connect the other end of
Ethernet cable to PoE port
of PoE Injector.
Step 5:
Connect the power cord of
PoE Injector to wall socket.

yourcomputer’snetworkport.Inthisway,youcanusetwoRJ45Ethernetcablestoprovidepower
sourceforthedeviceandconnectittothehostPC’sEthernetportforconfiguringortroubleshooting
