Phase 1 Legs and Bar Assembly
Use #5-1 screws
2. Legs and bar assembly
Lay out the legs and stretcher bars and
#5-1 screws.
Place legs on floor upside down.
Take each crossbar and attach to the legs
(make sure the crossbar is also upside
down – screw holes will be on top and
open area will be facing outward).
Screw to tighten.
Repeat with other legs and crossbar.
Turn legs over and hold to stabilize,
preparing for next Phase.

3. Leg bases and beam assembly
Tilt the leg assembly and
insert beam into the slot Anchor the beam in place
then, mount inner bracket over
the beam’s ends

Leg Bases and Beam Assembly
Insert the beam into the slot of the leg crossbar,
tilting it so that the beam slips into the notches.
Take an anchoring block and insert to the underside of
the beam as shown. Screw into place.
Take an Inner Bracket, flange side on top and facing
inward, and slip it in place to cover the end of the beam.
Screw in using #4-2 screws.

Use #4-1 screws unless indicated other wise

Socket screw - 6mm Allen key

Phase 3 Leg Bases Cover Assembly

Take your #6 screws and insert to the Inner Bracket,
wedging the inner bracket up to the beam.
Place each crossbar cover on the leg and snap into
place, pushing the outside.
Screw into place with #4-1 screws on the underside
of the leg.

5. Stretcher bars and cantilever assembly -1
Find the center mark on the
inner bars and center them to
balance the structure
Phase 4 Stretcher Bars and Cantilever Assembly

Place each stretcher bar over the legs so that
the open ends slide over the motors, making
sure the tightening screws are underneath the
Stretcher Bars.

for under side of stretcher bars

Place the Cantilevers on each end of the stretcher bar and
screw in, noting the size of screw in the diagram (indicated
with a 1 or 2).
Tighten screws beneath the stretcher bars.

Remove the center screw underneath the crossbar
cover if already mounted.
Place Connector Box over cutout, aligning the
hook flange, slipping upwards, to attach.
Screw with #4 screws.

Use #4-1 screws
9. Work-surface mounting
Insert the screws toward the center beam
after the legs are extended for higher position
for a tool clearance.
Phase 6 Worksurface Mounting
1Place each worksurface, and tighten into place.
Note that the worksurface depth should be
center aligned with the cantilever depth and
should have equal amount of overhang on
each end.

Mount electrical junction box with brackets
and insert data plate adapter.
Take a junction block and snap in 2 receptacles on each side.
Lower the junction block assembly into the beam canal with the
receptacles facing up and then rotate in a clockwise direction to
snap the receptacle in to the receptacle cut outs.
Slide on the junction block brackets to each side of the junction
block assembly and fasten with screws onto the beam assembly.
Repeat Steps 1-3 for all beam assemblies.

8. Electrical - 8trac system

Mount electrical junction box with brackets
and insert data plate adapter.
Lower the 8trac-bracket and align its center screw holes with the pilot
holes in the center of beam canal. Screw it down with the screws
provided in the package.
Take an 8trac junction block and snap in 2 receptacles on each side.
After making sure that the junction block is oriented right side up,
snap into the bracket.

Connect each plugs according to the drawing.
Orientate yourself to the table assembly by facing as a user
to identify left and right motor .
*Use cable straps to secure the wires under the worksurface

Make sure that the Left motor plugs into the
M1 port and the Right motor plugs into the
M2 port.
Connect power after the motors and the
handset are connected properly.
