Preface
Welcome
Thank you for choosing this Video Door Phone.
This device is designed to work with IP Video
Phone, other SIP devices, or end devices
(electric lock) to compose a SIP based door
entry system.
Besides taking advantages of IP technologies,
this system also can fully utilize the SIP
protocol to link to your SIP devices. It will work
with most IP PBX systems supporting audio and
video, and it can be set via a web interface.

NOTICE
The default of this device is DHCP. If you need
to set Static IP, please reference Reset Button in
Installation Manual.
The device will be switched to the static IP
mode and reboot itself when the user has
pressed the reset button for 3 seconds. IP is
"192.168.0.50".

Functions Performed by the IP-PBX
Simultaneous Ring
The Distribution Policy is set to Ring All. e.g.
When a visitor calls the group call (say
extension 500), group members (say
extensions 155, 157, and 166) will all ring
simultaneously.
Call Forwarding
Enter a number to which incoming calls are
forwarded when unanswered. The number
could be an extension or a PSTN number with
appropriate outbound prefix.
E-Mail/Voicemail Notification
IP PBX has a built-in voice mail subsystem with
a sophisticated IVR menu. A call to an
extension unanswered could be configured to
enter voice mail recording procedure. After
leaving a message, a notification e-mail will be
sent to the user owns the extension with or
without the message in the form of an
attached WAV file.

LOGIN
SI can set all kinds of function by using
AMROAD DP3211 WEB.
Input the IP address of this product on your
browser, then you will see home page of the
AMROAD DP3211 appearing. Web UI is
protected by Login ID and Password. Please key
in the correct ID and password, and then click
“Login” button to enter Web UI. The default ID
and password both are “admin”.

FUNCTION BAR
On the left side of the upper corner, the
content inside are “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”
and “LOGOUT”.
You can set language of the Web UI and the
account detail in “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”, as
shown below.
There are three bottoms on the right side of
the upper corner, and they are “SAVE”,
“DISCARD”, and “REBOOT”.
You click “SAVE” definitely after modify
anything on the WEB. It will be done indeed. If
Changes have not been saved, it will show on
the top to remind you.
“DISCARD」is discard the change you set after
you saved last time.
“REBOOT” is restart AMROAD DP3211 device.

LOGOUT
On the left side of the upper corner, you can
find “LOGOUT” inside .
Idle
If WEB lays idle for 3 minutes, it will show as
below.
After 6 minutes, WEB would LOGOUT
automatically and not save anything you
applied.

If you don’t save the change before LOGOUT,
WEB will show as below.
There are 3 options can choose, “SAVE &
LOGOUT”, “DISCARD & LOGOUT” and
“CANCEL”.

Import the setting file.
Export Current Settings
Choose the specific functions you need to
export the setting file.

Update Firmware
Import the new firmware and DO NOT turn off
or disconnect the Ethernet cable during
upgrade, for it may cause serious damage to
this device.
Restore to Factory Defaults
If you push the RESTORE bottom, it will delete
all current settings and restore to factory
defaults.

There are 3 parts in SIP Settings page, SIP Mode,
SIP Authentication, and Called Extension
Setting. More detail in next page.
If Proxy Server Enabled was chosen “Yes”, the
page would show as above.

SIP Mode
Proxy Server Enabled：You may select “Yes”
to register with PBX.
Proxy Server Address：You may fill in the IP
address of SIP Registrar Server here.
Registrar Address：You may fill in the IP
address of SIP Registrar Server here.
Registrar Timeout：Set the time for SIP
registration authorization. The default is
3600 seconds.
SIP Authentication
SIP Number：You may fill in your account
name of SIP service in this field.
SIP Account Password：You may fill in the
password of your SIP service account.
Called Extension Setting
Doorbell Press to Call：You may fill in the
extension which DP3211 calls.

Streaming Settings
Adjust image-related settings.
Bandwidth
Video Quality：Choose Video Bandwidth,
1024 Kbps.
Codec Priority
Audio Codec：According to the priority,
select G.711U or G.711A.
VAD：Voice-Active-Detection function.
Enable to detect background noise and
send silence packet to the other end if this
feature is enabled.
Video Codec：According to the priority,
select H.264 or H.263.

Choose to connect with CCC or not.
If select “Yes, allow Amroad CCC updates”,
please input IP or URL of Amroad CCC.
Notice：
Amroad CCC is Amroad Community Control
Center. If DP3211 connected to Amroad CCC,
the community would manage this device.
