Preface
Welcome
Thank you for purchasing this Home Station.
Home Security is emphasized by the lifestyle of
modern families. ID5101 features Home
Security for daily life on your community
network. ID5101 lets you set security areas in
your house, and it helps to guard your home
safe by sensing abnormal situations (CO, Gas,
and Emergency Button). Once alarm is
triggered, three calls will automatically be sent
with Alarm Speech Announcement.
ID5101 allows you to view live video
(Surveillance) up to 12 cameras, so you can see
what’s happening in other rooms and outside
your house. Messages that include Alarm
Record, Visitor Record (pictures of visitors), Call
Record, and Community Notice can be read
through your ID5101.
In addition, ID5101 is a SIP-based Video Indoor
Station that supports several high quality audio
and video codecs. It acts like a SIP video phone
that allows you to make (video) phone calls to
talk to your friends and neighbors with live
images.

Message
Press Message function key to read the Alarm
Record, Visitor Record, Call Records, and
Community notice…
SpeedDial
Press the SpeedDial function key:
1.To set up your speed-dial names and numbers.
2.To make a speed-dial (video) call by pressing
number keypad.
Lighting
Two lighting devices can be connected to
ID5101. Press this Lighting key to turn on both
lamps. The two lighting devices act in the order
of “On-On”, “Off-On”, “On-Off”, “Off-Off” in
turn.
NOTE: The maximum current for Relay Board is
2 Amp.
Security
While the Security Area is On, press Security
key and enter password (default: 1111) to disable
Security Area A, B, C, and D. And, the lights on
Security Area will become gray.
NOTE: User may scan RFID card on the RFID
reader to turn off Security Area.
Dis-Alarm
When alarm is triggered, user may press this
Dis-Alarm key to stop the alarm temporarily
for 30 seconds by default. (15/30/45/60
seconds set by Web UI)
Flash
While you are talking on phone, the door bell
rings at the same time. User may press this
Flash key to switch phone calls between the
phone call and door phone.

Basic Operation
Making Phone Calls
Before you start using ID5101, please ensure
your network is connected and SIP Proxy is
registered.
Press the Speaker Button and key in
the phone number on the dialing field, then
press Soft-Function Key to make a Video Call or
Voice Call, or press “”.
Press again to cancel.
NOTE: The phone number (extension number)
of your ID5101, 113, will be displayed on
top-right corner of the Dial page.
Press the SpeedDial Dedicated Function
Key and then press the speed-dial number
to make a (video) phone call as shown on
the right column.
Set Up the Speed-Dial Number
You may use numeric keypads as shortcut keys
to dial a (video) phone number rapidly. To bring
up the Speed Dial screen, please press the
Dedicated Function Key SpeedDial to
show up your speed-dial names and phone
numbers. There are total of 9 speed-dial names
and numbers from 1 to 9 can be set.
To dial a speed-dial call, just press the
SpeedDial Dedicated Function Key
and directly press a number keypad to make a
(video) phone call.
Voicemail
Press the SpeedDial Dedicated
Function Key, and the function will show on
lower- left corner of the page. For checking the
messages leave from callers.

Incoming Call
When a call comes in, the phone will ring. The
caller information will be displayed on the
screen. You may answer this call by following
ways:
Press key.
Press Answer Soft-Function Key.
Reject calling
Reject calling:Press Reject Soft-Function Key.
End a Call
Press key to end a call.
Answer Door Phone Ringing
When visitor rings the door phone, user can see
who the visitor is and decide whether to open
the gate/door or not.
Talk:Press the Answer Soft-Function Key to
talk to the guest.
Reject:Press Reject Soft-Function Key to ignore
the door phone ringing.
Open the Door:To open the door by pressing
the “ # ” keypad, the door must have been
installed “Electric-door Lock”.
Scan RFID card to set Security
RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification) card is
used to set ID5101 Security (Area A, B, C, and D)
On/Off.
When you use your RFID card to set Security On,
system will wait about 30 seconds to set
Security On.
Waiting time 30/60/120/180/240 is set by
Web UI.
ID5101 RFID Internal Module, ISO 14443A
Compliant/ 13.56 MHz.

Messages
This feature provides you important and useful
messages while you were out or you are home
now. They include Alarm Record, Pictures of
Visitors, Call Record, and, Community Notice.
1. Choose “Message” icon, and press “” to
enter the Message screen.
2. Use Navigation Key Pad “∧”and “∨” to
select items, and then press Enter “”
button to enter it.
Alarm Record:Each alarm that has
occurred will be recorded (maximum 30
alarms record and if the quantity is over
30, it will cover the oldest one).
Visitor Record:Each visitor will be taken 3
pictures (maximum 15 visitors). You can
see pictures of visitors here.
Call Record:All incoming calls, dialed
calls, and missing calls will be recorded
here (maximum 30 calls record and if the
quantity is over 30, it will cover the oldest
one).
Community:This item acts like
Community Notice. Community notice or
Mail notice may be sent from community
management or guard room.

Alarm Record
Alarm Record records all alarms that have
occurred, and it also displays the time and
status of the alarms. Maximum 30 alarms
record and if the quantity is over 30, it will
cover the oldest one.
As shown below:
Area ABCD (Doors or windows magnetic, etc.)
belongs DI1~DI4. If you would like to disarm
these kinds of alarm, pressed Dis-Alarm
Dedicated Function Key first, and scan cards to
disarm the alarm, details in page 16.
Safety alarm (Gas detector, etc.) belongs
DI5~DI8. After it is not detect unusual (Gas
concentration is not exceeded), it will disarm
itself.
Description of Alarm Record:
This symbol means the security of safety
area is currently on.
This symbol means the security of safety
area is currently off.
This symbol means the alarm is manually
dis-alarmed temporally.
This symbol means the alarm is triggered.
This symbol means the alarm is all clear.

Visitor Record
When visitor rings the door bell, three pictures
(maximum 15 visitors) will be taken and be sent
to your ID5101.
Visitor may come to your house while you were
out, and you can see who came to visit you
when you are home. Press Enter Soft-Function
Key or “” to view pictures of your visitors.
NOTE: To have the pictures of visitors, you
must have installed Amroad Door Station
series as your Video Door Phone.
Call Record
Call Record displays calls including incoming
calls, dialed calls, and missing calls, etc. It also
shows the time of the calls.
The maximum number of the calls in Call
Record is 30. You may delete less important
calls in Call Record manually by pressing Delete
Soft-Function Key.
To go back to previous screen, press Exit
Soft-Function Key.

Community
There are two kinds of messages on
Community, Community Notice and Mail
Notification.
These messages are sent to your ID5101 by
community management or guardroom.
Press Enter Soft-Function Key or “” to view
detailed information.

Safety
On the home screen of the ID5101, you can
easily see the status of Safety and Security A, B,
C, and D.
The status of Safety indicates four safety
devices, CO Detector, Emergency Button, and
Gas Detector. It should be always green for
normal situation.
The statuses of Security Area A, B, C, and D
may indicate the statuses of 4 magnetic
sensors that may be installed in Front Door,
Balcony, Kitchen and Rear Door to guard your
home safe.
Status description of Security light:
The Green light means that security is On.
The Gray light means that security is Off.
The Red light means that Alarm is
triggering. It may mean that someone
broke in Area B.
User can scan authorized RFID card on Card
Reader of ID5101 to turn Security Area A, B, C,
and D On/Off.
To turn on security area, system will wait about
30/60/120/180/240 seconds for you to leave
the house. (Delay time is set by Web UI)

enter the Safety menu.
There are 4 items for Safety Status:

Security Group
Security Group lets you set individual security
area’s Security On/Off, and allows you to
Disable/Enable Safety (including CO Detector,
Emergency Button, and Gas Detector).
To enter Security Group, you need password
(Default password: 1111) to enter Security Group
page.
Use Navigation Key Pad “∧”and “∨” to select
the item, and then press Soft-Function Key or
press “” button to change the setting.
After finish the settings, please press Exit
Soft-Function Key to go back to previous
screen.
NOTE: There are two ways to set Security
On/Off on your ID5101. First is use your
authorized RDID Card; second is Security Group
described in this page.

Set Security
Arm Security
RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification) card is
used to set ID5101 Security (Area A, B, C, and D)
On/Off.
When you use your authorized RFID card to set
Security On, system will wait about 30 seconds
to set Security On.
In these 30 seconds, Security Dedicated
Function Key blinks. Security will arm after
scan the card second time. Then, Security
Dedicated Function Key – LED Indicator keeps
on.
If you want to disarm, you need to scan the
card third time.
Disarm Security
After home, disarm security by scanning the
authorized card in 30 seconds.
Or, press Security Dedicated Function Key, and
enter the password.
Disarm alarm
If you want to disarm alarm which has been
triggered or be triggering, press Dis-Alarm
Dedicated Function Key and disarm security.
There are 2 ways to disarm security:One is use
the authorized card to scan; the other is press
Security Dedicated Function Key, and then
input password.

Safety Card Management
Add RFID Card
1. Choose “Safety” icon, and press “” to
enter the Safety screen.
2. Choose “Card Management” as shown
below. There is a figure KEY that means this
item is protected by password. Press Enter
Soft-Function Key.
3. Choose Management Soft-Function Key,
and enter PASSWORD. Default is 1111.
4. After enter, there are 2 ways to ADD
Card:
(1). Scan the new card directly, and input the
basic information. Save it.
(2). Choose Add Card Soft-Function Key, and
input the basic information. Save it.
