
With a correctly selected size:
• you should feel noceable but not unpleasant pressure over the enre length of the
product
• the product does not slide nor roll down below the knee or on the instep when walking
• the hem does not choke
Informaon about compression class, size, and manufacturer can be found on the tag sewn
at the upper edge of the compression arm sleeve. Should the tag be removed in the course
of use, sizing informaon is also knit in at the boom of the sleeve.
Pung on the compression arm sleeve:
Pull the compression sleeve onto the arm gradually; do not tug on the upper edge alone.
It is best to put on the compression arm sleeve in the morning before any oedema occurs.
When pulling on the compression arm sleeve, keep it away from sharp objects (e.g.
jewellery) or long nails. The compression sleeve must be stretched evenly, without folding,
to ensure eecve pressure distribuon. If you use any body cosmecs, allow 15 minutes
aer applicaon before pung on the sleeve. In the event of visible mechanical damage to
the product, stop wearing it and replace it with a new one.
Care and maintenance:
This compression arm sleeve is a medical aid intended for repeated use by a single person.
The product will maintain its properes and safety for 6 months from the rst use under
these condions:
• the compression arm sleeve may be machine washed (max. temperature 30 °C, gentle
cycle) with a soap soluon or a special detergent for compression medical aids, in
a protecve cover (washing bag)
• do not use fabric soener
• do not spin-dry, press the wet compression sleeve dry between two towels
• lay at to dry away from a direct heat source (radiator, direct sunlight)
• do not iron the compression sleeve
• maximum number of washing cycles is 120
• store in a dark, dry place in the original packaging
• do not alter the compression arm sleeve in any way, do not repair areas damaged
by use, do not trim the edges or hem
• to refresh the adhesive properes of the silicone studs along the hem, wipe clean with
an alcohol soluon
• pay special aenon to the hook-and-loop fastener (for compression arm sleeves with
shoulder support):
- contact of the hook-and-loop fastener with the knit area may cause damage
- contact of the hook-and-loop fastener with other materials (fabric, texles,
dirt and grime) may damage it and cause it to stop working in whole or in part
• keep the compression arm sleeve away from organic solvents and bleaching agents
This medical aid may be used safely for 60 months from the date of manufacture. This date
is part of the product batch number expressed in the format YY/MM-1234567, where YY is
the year and MM the month of manufacture.
