Fettpresse mit Handhebel
ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Die Einhandfettpresse ist geeignet zur Füllung mit Kartuschen oder losem Fett.
Ausgeliefert wird die Fettpresse mit Düsenrohr und Mundstück.

Beachten Sie bitte zur Vermeidung von Fehlfunktionen, Schäden und gesundheitlichen
Beeinträchtigungen folgende Hinweise:
•Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur
Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung.
•Legen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung dem Produkt bei, wenn Sie es an Dritte weitergeben!
•Lassen Sie Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos herumliegen. Plastiktüten etc. können zu einem
gefährlichen Spielzeug für Kinder werden.
•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Teile fest montiert sind, bevor Sie die Fettpresse verwenden.
•Wenden Sie keine Gewalt beim Betätigen des Pumphebels an.
•Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Original-Zubehör.
•Schadhaftes Zubehör ist umgehend auszutauschen.
•Zerlegen Sie das Gerät nicht und unternehmen Sie keine Reparaturversuche.
•Das Gerät enthält keine durch Sie auswechselbaren oder zu reparierenden Teile.
REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG
Reinigen Sie die Fettpresse nicht mit scharfen Reinigern oder aggressiven Chemikalien.
Grundsätzlich ist die Fettpresse wartungsarm.
Aufgrund der Betreiberpflicht müssen jedoch Teile wie Fettpressenkopf, Verschraubungen,
Schläuche, Mundstücke, Hebel, etc. regelmäßig überprüft werden, um Umwelt-, Sach- oder
Personenschäden zu vermeiden.

BEFÜLLEN MIT KARTUSCHE
Hülse vom oberen Teil
Demontieren.
Kolben gegen die
Federmechanik nach hinten
ziehen.
Kartusche in die Hülse
schieben.
Hülse mit Kartusche wieder am
oberen Teil Befestigen.
Lasche zur Entriegeln drücken.
Der Kolben wird durch die
Federmechanik nach vorne
gedrückt, Kolbenstange von
Hand nach vorne drücken.
Düsenrohr und Mundstück an
die Fettpresse anschrauben.
Entlüftungsventil (V) drücken
Pumpenhebel einige male
betätigen, dadurch wird die in
der Fettpresse befindliche Luft
aus dem Düsenrohranschluss
herausgedrückt.

BEFÜLLEN MIT LOSEM FETT
Hülse vom oberen Teil
Demontieren.
Hülse in das Fett eintauchen.
Kolben gegen die
Federmechanik nach hinten
ziehen und gleichzeitig die
Hülse tiefer in das Fett tauchen.
Befüllung ist beendet, wenn der
Kolben bis zum Anschlag zurück
gezogen ist.
Hülse aus dem Fett ziehen und
die Hülse äußerlich vom Fett
befreien.
Mit Fett gefüllt Hülse wieder am
oberen Teil Befestigen.
Entriegelungslasche drücken.
Der Kolben wird durch die
Federmechanik nach vorne
gedrückt.
Entlüftungsventil (V) drücken,
Pumpenhebel einige male
betätigen, dadurch wird die in
der Fettpresse befindliche Luft
aus dem Entlüftungsventil
herausgedrückt.
Düsenrohr und Mundstück an
die Fettpresse anschrauben.

Lever Type Grease Gun
GENERAL INFORMATIONEN
This lever grease gun is suitable for filling with 400g cartridges (220 mm) or bulk grease.
The grease gun comes with nozzle tube and nozzle.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
•This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes on operating the unit. Please pass
it on along with the unit if it is handed over to a third party!
•Dispose of the packaging materials carefully; the plastic bags may become a deadly toy for
children.
•Make sure that all parts are firmly assembled before you use the grease gun.
•Do not use force when operating the pump lever.
•Only use the supplied original accessory.
•Exchange damaged accessory immediately.
•Do not disassemble the unit or attempt to repair it yourself. It does not contain parts serviceable
by you.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Do not clean the grease gun with aggressive detergents or aggressive chemicals.
The grease gun is low maintenance unit in general. Because of the operator obligations have to be
regularly checked parts like head unit, screw joints, lever, hoses, nozzle, etc to avoid environmental or
property damage and to avoid persons being hurt.

FILLING WITH CARTRIDGE
Disassembly the sleeve from the
top of unit.
Pull back the piston against the
spring mechanism.
Push the cartridge into the
sleeve.
Install the sleeve with cartridge
again at the top of the unit
Push the release button.
The piston is pushed forward by
the spring mechanism. Press
piston pin in the grease housing.
Install the nozzle tube with
nozzle onto the grease gun.
Press the Valve (V) and press
pump lever several times, to
push air out of the grease gun.

FILLING WITH BULK GREASE
Disassembly the sleeve from the
top of unit.
Dip the sleeve into the grease.
Pull back the piston against the
spring mechanism.
When the piston rod is drawn
more, the sleeve must be dipped
deeper.
Filling is completed when the
piston is moved back to the stop.
Pull sleeve out of the grease
and clean the outside of the
sleeve.
Install the sleeve again at the
top of the unit.
Push the release button.
The piston is pushed forward by
the spring mechanism.
Install the nozzle tube with
nozzle onto the grease gun.
Press the valve (V) and press
pump lever several times, to
push air out of the grease gun.

Pompe à graisse avec levier manuel
INFORMATIONS GÉNÉRALES
La presse à graisse manuelle peut être remplie avec des cartouches ou de la graisse en vrac.
La presse à graisse est livrée avec son tube à douille et sa tuyère.
INFORMATIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Pour éviter des dysfonctionnements, des dommages et des problèmes de santé, veuillez respecter
les instructions suivantes :
•Le présent manuel fait partie intégrale de ce produit. Il contient des informations importantes sur
la mise en service et la manipulation.
•Veuillez joindre le présent mode d’emploi au produit si vous le transmettez à des tiers !
•Ne laissez pas traîner les matériaux d’emballage. Les sachets en plastique et similaires peuvent
être extrêmement dangereux pour des enfants.
•Assurez-vous que tous les composants sont fermement fixés avant d’utiliser la presse à graisse.
•Ne forcez pas lorsque vous actionnez le levier de la pompe.
•N’utilisez que les accessoires d’origine fournis.
•Les accessoires défectueux doivent être remplacés immédiatement.
•Ne démontez jamais l’appareil et n’essayez pas de le réparer.
•L’appareil ne contient aucune pièce que vous pouvez remplacer ou réparer.
NETTOYAGE ET STOCKAGE
Ne nettoyez pas la presse à graisse au moyen de détergents abrasifs ou de produits chimiques
agressifs.
En principe, la presse à graisse ne nécessite que très peu d’entretien.
Cependant, en raison du devoir de l’opérateur, les composants tels que la tête de la presse à graisse,
les raccords vissés, les tuyaux, la tuyère, le levier, etc., doivent être vérifiés régulièrement afin d’éviter
la contamination de l’environnement et les dommages aux propriétés ou aux personnes.

REMPLISSAGE PAR CARTOUCHE
Démontez la douille de la partie
supérieure.
Tirez le piston vers l’arrière,
contre le mécanisme à ressort.
Glissez la cartouche dans la
douille.
Reconnectez la douille avec la
cartouche insérée sur la partie
supérieure.
Appuyez sur la languette pour
déverrouiller.
Le piston est poussé vers l’avant
par le mécanisme à ressort ;
poussez la tige du piston vers
l’avant à la main.
Vissez le tube de douille et la
tuyère sur la presse à graisse.
Appuyez sur la valve de purge
(V) et actionnez plusieurs fois le
levier de la pompe pour évacuer
l’air attrapé dans la presse à
graisse hors du raccord de la
tuyauterie de la douille.

REMPLISSAGE PAR DE LA GRAISSE EN VRAC
Démontez la douille de la partie
supérieure.
Enfoncez la douille dans la
graisse.
Tirez le piston vers l’arrière,
contre le mécanisme à ressort et
enfoncez en même temps la
douille plus profondément dans
la graisse.
Le remplissage est terminé
lorsque le piston est retiré
jusqu’à la butée.
Retirez la douille de la graisse et
essuyez la graisse de l’extérieur
de la douille.
Reconnectez la douille remplie
de graisse sur la partie
supérieure.
Appuyez sur la languette pour
déverrouiller.
Le piston est poussé vers l’avant
par le mécanisme à ressort.
Appuyez sur la valve de purge
(V) et actionnez plusieurs fois le
levier de la pompe pour évacuer
l’air attrapé dans la presse à
graisse hors du raccord de la
tuyauterie de la douille.
Vissez le tube de douille et la
tuyère sur la presse à graisse.

Pistola engrasadora con palanca manual
INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
La pistola engrasadora de una mano es adecuada para llenarla con cartuchos o grasa suelta.
La pistola engrasadora se entrega con el tubo de boquilla y la boquilla.

LLENADO CON CARTUCHO
Desmonte el casquillo de la
parte superior.
Tire del pistón hacia atrás contra
el mecanismo de resorte.
Empuje el cartucho dentro del
casquillo.
Vuelva a fijar el casquillo con el
cartucho en la parte superior.
Presione la pestaña para
desbloquear.
El pistón es empujado hacia
adelante por el mecanismo de
resorte, empujar con la mano la
varilla del pistón hacia adelante.
Atornille el tubo de la boquilla y
la boquilla a la pistola
engrasadora.
Presione la válvula de purga (V)
Presione la palanca de la
bomba unas cuantas veces,

fuera de la conexión de la

LLENADO CON GRASA SUELTA
Desmonte el casquillo de la
parte superior.
Sumerja el casquillo en la grasa.
Tire del pistón hacia atrás contra
el mecanismo de resorte y, al
mismo tiempo, sumerja el
casquillo más profundamente en
la grasa.
El llenado está completado
cuando el pistón se tira hacia
atrás hasta el tope.
Saque el casquillo de la grasa y
