ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient dem schnellen und leichtem
Doppelt- und Einfach-Bördeln von Leitungen.
Die Werkzeuge sind geeignet für Bremsleitungen
DIN 4,75 mm und SAE 3/16".

SAE BÖRDELUNG (Zwei Wege der Bedienung)
OPTION 1
Sichtblende

Ausrichtungsbolzen
Leitungsende an der Mittellinie ausrichten.
Zum Einspannen der Leitung die
Klemmschrauben festziehen.
Ausrichtungsbolzen einsetzen.
Leitung gegen den Ausrichtungsbolzen schieben.
Zum Einspannen der Leitung die Klemmschrauben
festziehen
Druckstück OP1
einsetzen.
Druckstück weiter
drehen, bis der
Sechskant an der
Klemmung anliegt.

entfernen und mit
der anderen Seite
(OP2) einsetzen.

Doppelbördelung

Achtung
Sind die Klemmschrauben nicht ausreichend angezogen, wird die Leitung zurückgedrückt und nicht
ausreichend gebördelt.

Automotive Flaring Tool, DIN & SAE
GENRAL INFORMATIONS
This tool set is designed for fast and easy flaring single
or double flares.
The tools in this set are suitable for DIN 4.75 mm and
SAE 3/16" brake pipes.

ATTENTION
Please read this operating manual carefully and observe all safety instructions before using the
product.
SAFETY ADVISE
•Use the tool kit only for the purpose for which it is designed.
•Do not use the tool when parts are missing or damaged.
•When using, wear proper safety clothing and observe protective advise.
•Using of protective gloves, safety goggles and safety shoes are recommended.
DIN FLARING (Two ways to use)

Position Bolt
Keep the pipe end
flat against center line.
Tighten the locking screws
fully to clamp the pipe.
Insert the position bolt,
then keep the pipe end flat against it.
Tighten the locking screws
fully to clamp the pipe.
Insert the punch and
tighten fully up to
hexagon.

SAE FLARING (Two ways to use)
OPTION 1
Visible Aperture
OPTION 2
Position Bolt
Keep the pipe end
flat against center line.
Tighten the locking screws
fully to clamp the pipe.
Insert the position bolt,
than keep the pipe end flat against it.
Tighten the locking screws
fully to clamp the pipe.
Insert the OP1
and punch (l.D
groove) and
tighten fully up to
hexagon.
Remove the
punch, rotate and
insert the OP2
end punch and
tighten fully up to
hexagon.
SAE Double Flare
(Concave)
Warning
If the locking screws are not tight enough then the pipe will push back during the flare process and will
not produce the correct flare.

Ce jeu d’outils permet de réaliser rapidement et facilement
des sertissages doubles et simples de conduites.
Les outils sont appropriés pour les conduites de freins
DIN 4,75 mm et SAE 3/16".

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
•Utilisez le jeu d'outils uniquement aux fins pour lesquelles il a été conçu.
•N’utilisez pas l’outil lorsque des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.
•Portez toujours des vêtements de protection appropriés lorsque vous allez utiliser l’outil et prenez les
mesures de protection pertinentes.
•L’utilisation de gants de sécurité, de lunettes de protection et de chaussures de sécurité est vivement
recommandée.

Boulon d’alignement
Alignez l’extrémité de la conduite à la ligne
centrale. Serrez les vis de serrage pour fixer la
conduite.
Insérez le boulon d’alignement.
Glissez la conduite contre le boulon d’alignement.
Serrez les vis de serrage pour fixer la conduite.
Insérez la pièce de
pression.
Tournez la pièce de
pression jusqu’à ce que
l’hexagone repose sur le
serrage.

SERTISSAGE SAE (deux modes d’utilisation)

Attention
Si les vis de serrage ne sont pas assez serrées, la conduite sera repoussée et pas suffisamment sertie.

Abocardador para automóviles, DIN y SAE
INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
Este juego de herramientas permite realizar el
abocardado doble y simple de tubos de manera rápida
y sencilla.
Las herramientas son adecuadas para tubos de freno
DIN 4,75 mm y SAE 3/16".

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
•Utilice el juego de herramientas sólo para el propósito para el cual ha sido diseñado.
•No utilice la herramienta si faltan piezas o están dañadas.
•Al utilizarlo, procure que la ropa de seguridad y las medidas de protección sean correctas.
•Se recomienda el uso de guantes protectores, gafas de seguridad y calzado de seguridad.

Alinee el extremo del tubo con la línea central.
Apriete los tornillos de sujeción para fijar el tubo.
Inserte el perno de alineación.
Empuje el tubo contra del perno de alineación.
Apriete los tornillos de sujeción para fijar el tubo
Inserte la pieza de
presión.
Continúe girando la
pieza de presión hasta
que el hexágono apoye
en la sujeción.

Alinee el extremo del tubo con la línea central.
Apriete los tornillos de sujeción para fijar el
tubo.
Inserte el perno de alineación.
Empuje el tubo contra del perno de alineación.
Apriete los tornillos de sujeción para fijar el tubo
Inserte la pieza de
presión OP1.
Continúe girando la
pieza de presión
hasta que el
hexágono apoye
en la sujeción.
Retire la pieza de
presión OP1 e
insértela con el
otro extremo
(OP2).
Continúe girando la
pieza de presión
hasta que el
hexágono apoye
en la sujeción
Abocardado doble
SAE
(cóncavo)
Atención
Si los tornillos de sujeción no están bien apretados, el tubo será empujado hacia atrás y no se
abocardará lo suficiente.
