Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei
Fragen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Schulter-Arm-Tragetasche zur sicheren Lagerung des Arms in Adduktion.
Indikationen
Distorsion, Kontusion, Verletzung der Rotatoren, Luxation, subcapitale
Humerusfraktur, Oberarmkopf- und Oberarmschaftfraktur, nach operativen
Eingriffen.
Kontraindikationen
Thrombosegefahr, hochgradige Varikosis, periphere arterielle
Verschlusskrankheit (PAVK), Lymphabflussstörungen auch unklare
Weichteilschwellungen körperfern des angelegten Hilfsmittels, Empfindungs-
und Durchblutungsstörungen der versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der
Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt.
Anwendungsrisiken/Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– bei längeren Ruhephasen ablegen, z. B. beim Schlafen
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf offenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung eines Patienten
bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Bandage: keine lokale Anwendung von
Cremes oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels – kann Material
zerstören
Anziehanleitung

Legen Sie den Unterarm in die Armtragetasche und positionieren Sie
Ihren Ellenbogen in den halbrund abgenähten Bereich.

Mit dem kurzen beigefügten Unterarmgurt wird die Armtragetasche in
Höhe des mittleren Unterarmbereichs geschlossen. Dieser Gurt fixiert den
Unterarm in der Tragetasche.

Der Tragegurt verläuft vom Ellenbogenbereich über die gegenüberliegende
Seite der Schulterhöhe und wird anschließend in Höhe des Handgelenks
um die Armtragetasche herumgeführt. Durch Klettverschlüsse am Gurtsystem,
lässt sich die gewünschte Lagerungsstellung individuell einstellen.

Optional kann der Richtung Hand zugewandte Bereich der
Armtragetasche umgeschlagen werden.

Kontrollieren Sie den korrekten Sitz der Bandage.
Ablegen
Zum Ablegen der OmoSat ECO Schultergelenksbandage öffnen Sie die
Klettverschlüsse in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, dann Bandage ablegen.

Textiletikett.
Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang 30°C Nicht chemisch reinigen Nicht bleichen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen Nicht bügeln
Klettverschlüsse schließen, um Beschädigung anderer Wäschestücke zu
vermeiden. Keinen Weichspüler verwenden.
Gewährleistung
Für das erworbene Produkt gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des
Landes, in dem Sie das Produkt bezogen haben. Bitte wenden Sie sich
an Ihren Fachhandel, sollten Sie einen Gewährleistungsfall vermuten.
Bitte das Produkt vor Einreichung eines Gewährleistungsfalles reinigen.
Wurden beiliegende Hinweise der Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend
beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen.
Ausgeschlossen ist eine Gewährleistung bei nicht indikationsgerechter
Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken, -hinweise sowie
eigenmächtig vorgenommenen Änderungen am Produkt.

Die Lebensdauer des Medizinprodukts wird durch den natürlichen Verschleiß
bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.

Kommt es bei der Anwendung des Medizinproduktes zu einer
schwerwiegenden Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann
melden Sie dies Ihrem Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM
(Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte).

you purchased this medical device.
Intended purpose
Shoulder-arm pouch for safe positioning of the arm in the adduction position.
Indications
Sprain, contusion, injury to the rotators, luxation, subcapital humerus fracture,
humerus head and humerus shaft fracture, after surgery.
Contraindications
Thrombosis risk, extreme varicosis, peripheral arterial occlusive disease
(PAOD), lymph drainage disorders, also unclear soft tissue swellings distal to
the aid positioned, sensory and circulatory disorders of the region of the body
treated, skin diseases in the part of the body treated.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.

– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary

– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the support, please neither use any creams nor ointments on
or around it as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions

Place the forearm in the arm pouch and position your elbow in the semi-
circular stitched down area.

The arm pouch is closed at the height of the central lower arm region
using the short forearm strap included. This strap fixes the forearm in
the pouch.

The shoulder strap runs from the elbow area over the opposite side of the
shoulder height and is then guided around the arm pouch at wrist level.
The strap system Velcro fasteners enable individual setting of the desired
resting position.

Optionally, the area of the arm pouch facing the hand can be turned up.

Check the correct fit of the support.
Removal
To remove the OmoSat ECO shoulder joint support, open the Velcro fasteners
in the reverse order and then remove the support.

Cleaning information
Delicate wash 30°C Do not clean chemically Do not bleach

Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

and the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Nous vous remercions de la confiance que vous accordez à l’un des
dispositifs médicaux de la société BORT GmbH. Veuillez lire attentivement
l’intégralité du présent mode d’emploi. En cas de question, consultez votre
médecin ou le magasin spécialisé qui vous a fourni ce dispositif médical.
Utilisation prévue
Poche de soutien épaule-bras pour position stable du bras en position
d’adduction.
Indications
Distorsion, contusion, lésion de la coiffe des rotateurs, luxation, fracture
sous-capitale de l’humérus, fracture de la tête humérale et de la diaphyse
humérale, après interventions chirurgicales.
Contre-indications
Risque de thrombose, varices importantes, artériopathie oblitérante
périphérique (AOP), troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris
tuméfaction des tissus mous d’origine inconnue éloignée de l’aide posée,
troubles de sensation et de la circulation sanguine des régions du corps
traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées.
Risques inhérents à l’utilisation/Remarques importantes
Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l’utilisation et la durée de port. Le
choix de la taille ainsi qu’une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le
personnel spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.
– retirer le dispositif médical avant les examens radiologiques
– retirer lors des phases de repos prolongées p. ex. pendant le sommeil
– en cas de sensation d’engourdissement, desserrer ou retirer
éventuellement le dispositif médical
– consulter un médecin ou un magasin spécialisé en cas de gêne persistante
– utiliser le dispositif médical conformément aux indications
– utilisation simultanée d’autres produits exclusivement sur avis de votre
médecin
– ne pas modifier le produit
– ne pas porter sur des plaies ouvertes
– ne pas utiliser en cas d’intolérance à l’un des matériaux utilisés
– ne pas réutiliser. Ce dispositif est conçu pour le soin d’un seul patient.

dans la zone d’utilisation du produit, risque de dommage du matériau
Instruction d’application

Placez l’avant-bras dans la poche de soutien du bras et positionnez votre
coude dans la zone cousue en demi-lune.

La poche de soutien du bras est fermée au niveau du milieu de l’avant-
bras à l’aide de la sangle courte fournie pour l’avant-bras. Cette sangle
permet de fixer l’avant-bras dans la poche de soutien.

La sangle de soutien part de la zone du coude, passe par le côté opposé
du niveau de l’épaule et fait ensuite le tour de la poche de soutien du
bras à hauteur du poignet. Il est possible d’ajuster la position souhaitée de
manière individuelle grâce aux fermetures Velcro du système de sangle.

En option, l’espace de la poche de soutien du bras tourné en direction de
la main peut être retourné.

Contrôlez le positionnement correct du bandage.
Retirer
Pour retirer le bandage d’articulation de l’épaule OmoSat ECO, ouvrez les
fermetures Velcro dans le sens inverse, puis enlevez le bandage.

Destinazione
Tasca reggibraccio e spalla per sostenere stabilmente il braccio in posizione
di adduzione.
Indicazioni
Distorsione, contusione, lesione dei rotatori, lussazione, frattura subcapitale
dell’omero, frattura della testa dell’omero e della diafisi omerale, dopo
interventi chirurgici.
Controindicazioni
Rischio di trombosi, varicosi grave, arteriopatia ostruttiva periferica (AOP),
disturbi del flusso linfatico e gonfiori, anche poco evidenti, dei tessuti molli
distanti dall’ausilio applicato, disturbi della sensibilità e della circolazione nelle
regioni anatomiche interessate dal trattamento, patologie cutanee nella zona
del corpo interessata.
Rischi correlati all’applicazione/Avvertenze importanti
Questo dispositivo medico è un prodotto prescrivibile. Chiedere informazioni
sull’uso e la durata al medico prescrittore. La selezione della misura e delle
istruzioni adatte è effettuata dallo specialista da cui ha ricevuto il dispositivo
medico.
– rimuovere il dispositivo medico prima di sottoporsi ad esami radiologici
– rimuovere durante periodi di riposo più lunghi, ad esempio prima di andare
a dormire
– in caso di intorpidimento, allentare o, se necessario, rimuovere il dispositivo
medico
– se i sintomi persistono, consultare un medico o un rivenditore specializzato
– utilizzare il dispositivo medico secondo le indicazioni
– l’uso simultaneo di altri prodotti può avvenire solo dopo aver consultato il

– durante il periodo d’uso del bendaggio: evitare l’applicazione locale di
creme o unguenti nella zona di applicazione dell’ausilio, perché può
danneggiare il materiale
Istruzioni per indossare l’articolo

Posizionare l’avambraccio nella tasca reggibraccio e collocare il gomito
nell’area semicircolare con la cucitura.

La cinghia corta per l’avambraccio chiude la tasca reggibraccio all’altezza
dell’area centrale dell’avambraccio. Questa cinghia fissa l’avambraccio
nella tasca di supporto.
3La cinghia di supporto parte dalla zona del gomito, raggiunge il lato
opposto all’altezza della spalla, per poi passare intorno alla tasca
reggibraccio a livello dell’articolazione del polso. La posizione desiderata
può essere regolata individualmente con le chiusure in velcro del sistema
di cinghie.

Opzionalmente è possibile risvoltare la parte della tasca reggibraccio
rivolta in direzione della mano.

Verificare il coretto posizionamento del bendaggio.
Rimozione
Per rimuovere il bendaggio per l’articolazione della spalla OmoSat ECO aprire
le chiusure in velcro nell’ordine inverso, poi rimuovere il bendaggio.

dentro il prodotto.
Istruzioni per la pulizia

Non asciugare in asciugatrice Non stirare
Chiudere le chiusure in velcro per evitare che vengano danneggiati altri capi.
Non utilizzare alcun ammorbidente.
Garanzia
Per il prodotto acquistato si applicano le leggi del Paese in cui è stato
comprato. Se si sospetta un difetto che giustifica una richiesta di intervento in
garanzia, rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore specializzato. Si raccomanda di pulire
il prodotto prima di presentare una richiesta di intervento in garanzia. Se le
indicazioni delle istruzioni per l’uso non sono state adeguatamente rispettate,
la garanzia potrebbe essere compromessa o annullata. La garanzia è esclusa
in caso di utilizzo non conforme alle indicazioni, inosservanza dei rischi
correlati all’applicazione e delle indicazioni, come pure in caso di modifiche
non autorizzate al prodotto.
Vita utile/durata utile del prodotto
La durata utile del dispositivo medico è determinata dall’usura naturale se
maneggiato correttamente e in conformità alle istruzioni per l’uso.
Obbligo di segnalazione
In caso di grave deterioramento dello stato di salute durante l’utilizzo del
dispositivo medico, segnalarlo al rivenditore specializzato o a noi in quanto
produttori, inoltre in Italia anche al Ministero della Salute.
