Bitte lesen Sie die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch. Bei
Fragen wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Fachhandel von dem Sie dieses
Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um einen oene Schulter-
Armbandage zur Immobilisierung des Schultergelenkes in definierter Position.
Indikationen
Präoperativ, postoperativ, posttraumatisch, z.B. bei Rotatorenmanschetten-
ruptur, Endoprothesenimplantat, Distorsion, einfache Humerusfraktur,
Supraspinatussyndrom.
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen auch unklare Weichteilschwellungen körperfern
des angelegten Hilfsmittels, Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen der
versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten Körperabschnitt.
Anwendungsrisiken/Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.
– Medizinprodukt vor radiologischen Untersuchungen ablegen
– wurde das Tragen bei Nacht angeordnet, Stauungen des Blutkreislaufes
vermeiden
– bei Taubheitsgefühl Medizinprodukt lockern oder ggf. abnehmen
– bei anhaltenden Beschwerden den Arzt oder Fachhandel aufsuchen
– Medizinprodukt indikationsgerecht einsetzen
– gleichzeitige Nutzung anderer Produkte nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Arzt
– keine Änderungen am Produkt vornehmen
– nicht auf oenen Wunden tragen
– nicht verwenden bei Unverträglichkeiten gegen eines der verwendeten
Materialien
– kein Wiedereinsatz – dieses Hilfsmittel ist zur Versorgung eines Patienten
bestimmt
– während der Tragedauer der Schulter-Armbandage: keine lokale Anwendung
von Cremes oder Salben im Bereich des angelegten Hilfsmittels kann Material
zerstören
Anziehanleitung

Führen Sie den betroenen Arm durch die geschlossene, vernähte
Schlaufe, bis diese unterhalb des Ellenbogengelenks anliegt. Achten Sie
darauf, dass der Gurt nicht verdreht ist. Die vernähte Stelle der Armschlaufe
sollte zum Körper hin zeigen.

Führen Sie nun den Gurt hinter den Rücken und lassen Sie diesen
senkrecht über die gesunde Schulter nach unten laufen.

Kletten Sie nun die beiliegende Umlenkschlaufe auf das schwarze Velours-
polster an der Schulter. Die Umlenkschlaufe sollte nach unten zeigen.

Legen Sie das Ende des Gurtes um das Handgelenk des betroenen Armes
und führen Sie anschließend den Klettstreifen durch die vorher angebrachte
Umlenkschlaufe. Schließen Sie den Klettverschluss. Durch das Versetzen des
oberen Klettstreifens, kann die Position des Armes verändert werden.

Wenn Sie die richtige Position eingestellt haben, befestigen Sie das
beiliegende breite Klettband mit der Aufschrift OmoBasic an der
Bandage. Dazu kletten Sie das eine Ende des breiten Klettbandes am
schwarzen Velours unterhalb des Ellenbogens und das andere Ende am
schwarzen Velours am Handgelenk fest. Das breite Klettband sollte horizontal
vom Ellenbogen zum Handgelenk laufen.

Bei Bedarf kann das separat zu erwerbende Produkt „Orthosan
Thoraxgurt für OmoBasic, Art. Nr. 121 860 CH“ an der Bandage befestigt
werden. Dazu führen Sie den Gurt zirkulär unterhalb der Brust entlang und
fassen Sie den betroenen Oberarm mit ein. Zum Schluss schließen Sie den
Klettverschluss um den Thoraxgurt zu befestigen.

Ablegen
Zum Ablegen der Bandage entfernen Sie zuerst, wenn verwendet, den
Thoraxgurt. Kletten Sie das breite Klettband mit der Aufschrift OmoBasic ab.
Önen Sie den unteren Klettverschluss, um die Handgelenklasche zu önen.
Ziehen Sie nun vorsichtig den Gurt vom Unterarm und ziehen Sie die Bandage ab.

Reinigungshinweise
Schonwaschgang Nicht chemisch reinigen Nicht bleichen
Nicht im Wäschetrockner trocknen Nicht bügeln
Keinen Weichspüler verwenden. In Form ziehen und an der Luft trocknen. Vor
dem Waschen die Umlenkschlaufe abnehmen. Klettverschlüsse schließen, um
Beschädigungen an anderen Wäschestücken zu vermeiden.

Gebrauchsanweisung nicht ausreichend beachtet, so kann die Gewährleistung
beeinträchtigt werden bzw. entfallen. Ausgeschlossen ist eine Gewährleistung bei
nicht indikationsgerechter Anwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Anwendungsrisiken,

Die Lebensdauer des Medizinprodukts wird durch den natürlichen Verschleiß
bei sach- und anwendungsgemäßem Umgang bestimmt.

Verschlechterung des Gesundheitszustandes, dann melden Sie dies Ihrem
Fachhändler oder uns als Hersteller sowie dem BfArM (Bundesinstitut für

you purchased this medical device.
Intended purpose
This medical device is an open shoulder-arm support for immobilising the
shoulder joint in a defined position.
Indications
Pre-operative, post-operative, post-traumatic, e.g. for rotator cu tear,
endoprosthesis implantation, distortion, simple humerus fractures,
supraspinatus syndrome.
Contraindications
Lymph drainage disorders, also unclear soft tissue swellings distal to the
aid positioned, sensory and circulatory disorders with the region of the body
treated, skin diseases in the part of the body treated.
Application risks/Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert sta from whom you have received the
medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding its use.
– remove the medical device prior to radiological examinations
– if wearing at night is prescribed, avoid congestion of the circulatory system
– in case of numbness, loosen the medical device and remove it if necessary
– in case of persistent complaints, consult the physician or specialist retailer
– use the medical device in accordance with therapeutic needs
– only use other products simultaneously after consultation with your physician
– do not make any changes to the product
– do not wear it on open wounds
– do not use in case of intolerance of one of the materials used
– no re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient
– whilst wearing the shoulder-arm support, please neither use any creams
nor ointments locally in the region of the attached aid as they can destroy
the material
Fitting instructions

Guide the arm aected through the closed, sewn strap until it is positioned
beneath the elbow joint. Ensure that the strap is not twisted. The sewn arm
strap position should be positioned towards the body.

Then guide the strap behind the back and let it fall downwards vertically
over the healthy shoulder.

Then attach the guide loop provided to the black velour pad on the
shoulder with Velcro. The guide loop should point downwards.

Pla ce the end of the strap around the wrist of the arm aected and then
guide the Velcro strip through the previously attached guide loop. Close the
Velcro fastener. The upper Velcro strip can be moved to change the arm position.

When you have set the correct position, attach the wide Velcro tape
provided with the label OmoBasic to the support. For this, attach one
end of the wide Velcro tape to the black velour beneath the elbow and the
other end to the black velour on the wrist using Velcro. The wide Velcro tape
should run horizontally from the elbow to the wrist.

If required, the product “Orthosan thorax strap for OmoBasic, art. no.
121 860 CH”, which is available separately, can be attached to the
support. For this, guide the strap circumferentially beneath the chest and
also bind the upper arm with it. Finally, close the Velcro fastener in order to
attach the thorax strap.

Removal
To remove the support, remove the thorax strap first if used.
Remove the wide Velcro tape with the OmoBasic label.
Open the lower Velcro fastener to open the wrist flap.
Then remove the strap from the lower arm cautiously and pull the support o.

Cleaning information

Do not use fabric conditioner. Stretch back into shape and dry in the fresh air.
Remove the guide loop before washing. Close the Velcro fastenings to avoid
damage to other laundry items.
Guarantee
The legal regulations of the country in which you acquired the product apply
to the purchased product. Please contact your specialist retailer if you suspect
a warranty claim. Please clean the product before submitting a warranty
claim. If the enclosed instructions for use have not been properly observed,
the warranty may be impaired or cancelled. The warranty does not cover use
of the product inappropriate for the indication, non-observance of application
risks, instructions and unauthorised modifications to the product.
Useful life/Lifetime of the product
The lifetime of the medical device is determined by its natural wear and tear if
treated appropriately and as recommended.

Utilisation prévue
Ce dispositif médical est un bandage ouvert du bras et de l’épaule pour
immobilisation de l’articulation de l’épaule dans une position définie.
Indications
Pré-opératoire, post-opératoire, post-traumatique, p. ex. en cas de rupture
de la coie des rotateurs, implant d’endoprothèse, distorsion, fracture de
l’humérus simple, syndrome sus-épineux.
Contre-indications
Troubles de la circulation lymphatique y compris tuméfaction des tissus mous
d’origine inconnue de l’aide posée, troubles de sensation et de la circulation
sanguine des régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones traitées.
Risques inhérents à l’utilisation/Remarques importantes
Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l’utilisation et la durée de port. Le
choix de la taille ainsi qu’une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le
personnel spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.

Instruction d’application

Faites passer le bras lésé dans la boucle fermée cousue jusqu’à ce qu’elle
repose sous l’articulation du coude. Veillez à ce que la sangle ne soit pas
enroulée. La partie cousue de la boucle du bras doit être dirigée vers le corps.

Faites passer maintenant la sangle derrière le dos et faites-la descendre
à la verticale en la faisant passer par-dessus l’épaule saine.

Accrochez maintenant la boucle de renvoi fournie sur le rembourrage en
velours noir au niveau de l’épaule. La boucle de renvoi doit être dirigée
vers le bas.

Posez l’extrémité de la sangle autour du poignet du bras lésé et faites
ensuite passer la bandelette Velcro par la boucle de renvoi précédemment
posée. Fermez la fermeture Velcro. La position du bras peut changer avec le
déplacement de la bandelette Velcro supérieure.

Une fois la position adéquate réglée, fixez la bande Velcro large fournie
avec l’étiquette OmoBasic sur le bandage. Accrochez également la
première extrémité de la bande Velcro large sur le velours noir sous le coude,
puis l’autre extrémité sur le velours noir au niveau du poignet. La bande
Velcro large doit aller horizontalement du coude au poignet.

En cas de besoin, le produit «Orthosan Sangle de thorax pour OmoBasic,
réf no 121 860 CH» peut être fixé au bandage (produit à acheter
séparément). Faites alors passer la sangle de façon circulaire sous le torse
et bordez la partie supérieure du bras concernée. Enfin, fermez la fermeture
Velcro autour de la sangle de thorax.

Retirer
Pour retirer le bandage, enlevez d’abord la sangle de thorax (si utilisée).
Décrochez la bande Velcro large avec l’étiquette «OmoBasic».
Ouvrez la fermeture Velcro inférieure pour ouvrir la languette de poignet.
Retirez maintenant délicatement la sangle de l’avant-bras et enlevez le bandage.

Ne pas utiliser d’assouplissant. Mettre en forme et faire sécher à l’air libre.
Retirer la boucle de renvoi avant le lavage. Fermer les fermetures Velcro pour
éviter d’endommager d’autres vêtements.

Destinazione
Questo dispositivo medico è un tutore per spalla-braccio a struttura aperta che
consente di immobilizzare l’articolazione della spalla in una posizione definita.
Indicazioni
Ambito pre-operatorio, post-operatorio, post-traumatico, ad esempio per la
rottura della cua dei rotatori, impianto di endoprotesi, distorsione, frattura
semplice dell’omero, sindrome sopraspinosa.
Controindicazioni
Disturbi del flusso linfatico e gonfiori poco chiari dei tessuti molli distanti dall’ausilio
applicato, disturbi della sensibilità e della circolazione nelle regioni anatomiche
interessate dal trattamento, patologie cutanee nella zona del corpo interessata.
Rischi correlati all’applicazione/Avvertenze importanti
Questo dispositivo medico è un prodotto prescrivibile. Chiedere informazioni
sull’uso e la durata al medico prescrittore. La selezione della misura e delle
istruzioni adatte è eettuata dallo specialista da cui ha ricevuto il dispositivo
medico.
– rimuovere il dispositivo medico prima di sottoporsi ad esami radiologici
– se è stato prescritto di indossarlo di notte, evitare la congestione della
circolazione sanguigna
– in caso di intorpidimento, allentare o, se necessario, rimuovere il dispositivo

creme o unguenti nella zona di applicazione dell’ausilio perché questi possono

Istruzioni per indossare l’articolo

Far passare il braccio interessato attraverso il passante chiuso e cucito, in
modo che quest’ultimo si trovi posizionato sotto l’articolazione del gomito.
Assicurarsi che la cinghia non sia attorcigliata. La parte cucita del passante
per il braccio deve essere rivolta verso il corpo.

Ora portare la cinghia dietro la schiena e farla scorrere verticalmente
sopra la spalla sana.

Ora agganciare l’occhiello di inversione all’imbottitura in velour nero sulla
spalla. L’occhiello di inversione deve essere rivolto verso il basso.

Posizionare l’estremità della cinghia intorno al polso del braccio interessato
e poi far passare la striscia di velcro attraverso l’occhiello di inversione
precedentemente applicato. Chiudere la chiusura in velcro. Spostando la
striscia superiore in velcro, la posizione del braccio può essere modificata.

Dopo aver impostato la posizione corretta, fissare al tutore l’ampia banda
in velcro in dotazione con la scritta OmoBasic. Per fare questo, attaccare
un’estremità dell’ampia striscia di velcro al velour nero sotto il gomito e l’altra
estremità al velour nero sul polso. L’ampia banda in velcro deve scorrere
orizzontalmente dal gomito al polso.

Se necessario, è possibile fissare al tutore il prodotto „Cintura
toracica Orthosan per OmoBasic, Art. n. 121 860 CH“ acquistabile
separatamente. Per fare questo, guidare la cintura circolarmente sotto il
petto e cingere la parte superiore del braccio interessata. Infine, chiudere la
chiusura in velcro per fissare la cintura toracica.

Rimozione
Per rimuovere il tutore, togliere prima la fascia toracica, se utilizzata.
Staccare l’ampia striscia di velcro con la scritta OmoBasic.
Aprire il velcro inferiore per aprire il cinturino da polso.
Ora tirare con attenzione la cinghia dall’avambraccio e rimuovere il tutore.

Istruzioni per la pulizia

Non utilizzare alcun ammorbidente. Mettere il capo in forma e farlo asciugare
all’aria aperta. Prima del lavaggio, rimuovere l’occhiello di inversione.
Chiudere le chiusure in velcro per evitare che vengano danneggiati altri capi.
Garanzia
Per il prodotto acquistato si applicano le leggi del Paese in cui è stato comprato.
Se si sospetta un difetto che giustifica una richiesta di intervento in garanzia,
rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore specializzato. Si raccomanda di pulire il prodotto
prima di presentare una richiesta di intervento in garanzia. Se le indicazioni delle
istruzioni per l’uso non sono state adeguatamente rispettate, la garanzia potrebbe
essere compromessa o annullata. La garanzia è esclusa in caso di utilizzo non
conforme alle indicazioni, inosservanza dei rischi correlati all’applicazione e delle
indicazioni, come pure in caso di modifiche non autorizzate al prodotto.
Vita utile/durata utile del prodotto
La durata utile del dispositivo medico è determinata dall’usura naturale se
maneggiato correttamente e in conformità alle istruzioni per l’uso.
Obbligo di segnalazione
In caso di grave deterioramento dello stato di salute durante l’utilizzo del
